I have been unhappy with T-Mobile recently during the merger with Sprint. Any time I have visited this store they have been more than helpful. If it’s an issue with my phone or something T-Mobile corporate can’t correct, this store does. I have been helped by Matt many times. My most recent issue was fixed by Max. He wrote down instructions for me step by step. He wanted to make sure I didn’t lose anything when my old phone was transferred to the new phone. This store cares about the customers. If you visit T-Mobile in the Danbury area, go to this store.
Max & Shantee we’re absolutely AMAZING! So professional and so helpful. I highly recommend them whenever you go into the store. They helped me convert from Sprint to T-Mobile so quickly. They also explained everything and made it so much more simple to understand everything than speaking to someone on the phone and giving false information.
I went to this store to convert my Sprint phone to their network. I was greeted immediately and, although there were snags along the way with the conversion, at no point did they try to tell me that I needed to purchase a new phone from them to make the process work. The conversion was completed and I finally had the plan I wanted. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
This store gave the best experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The manager was present and super helpful.
Worst experience I’ve ever had trying to do something so simple. We’ve been customers for 15 years... our lease was up and we wanted to upgrade our phones and see what discounts we could get because we’re paying over 200 a month for 3 lines. The manager took us through a process of opening a new account and promised a quote we liked. He had us coming back to the store 5 TIMES, AND WE STILL GOT NO WHERE. After the 5th time visiting the store he said he actually couldn’t give us the quote he PRINTED OUT ON PAPER and gave us a price higher than what we are paying low after we explored all the options of trading in phones, etc. Completely unprofessional, every time we went back he told us something different and I concluded they just don’t know what theyre talking about. Throughout the process he told us to call and take off a discount we had on our account so we can switch accounts... so we took off the discount for absolutely no reason. I’m done with dealing with Sprint. They just lost us as customers of 15 years.
The Staff was very friendly and helpful.
This place is trash, why say you close at 8 and it’s only 5?
Awesome customer service !
Staff Julia and Edward were awesome. I high recommend!!!! Best Sprint store I been to by far
It’s a whole new staff. They are willing to help and explain everything. No misleading!
Very helpful staff, the manager, Julia and edward...Changed my carrier to sprint and they all took the time to give me the best experience plus great deals HIGHLY recommend coming here.
Beware of this Sprint store. First of all they are not a corporate store. The staff (Brian) will blatently lie to you about the plan and the products. They do not give a printed quote. When the bill is issued 3 days later, it is not the amounts they quoted. The plan and products are far more costly, but then it is too late. I tried calling Sprint Customer Care directly to solve the many problems, to no avail. I got caught in their web of lies and deception, and ended up paying $225.00 in restocking fees to get out of the contract. A very disreputable company!!!! I have done business with Verizon and T-Mobile. Never had so many issue. BEWARE!!!!
This review not only praises Edward in the New Milford Ct. store for his diligence and persistence, but also to Ann, an overseas rep who also assisted. After 4 phone calls and no results, only empty promises, Edward called on my behalf and was very persistent with individual on the other end. He asked all the right questions, stood behind me and what I was going thru and was finally able to identify the underlying issue with my bill. And of course, it was an error with billing dept.Although he did not have proper authorization to rectify my issue on the spot, he stated I needed to call Escalations Dept.I can understand his position easily, however, the responsibility of getting matters rectified again fell on the customers lap.I called Sprint again at 6:25 am on Friday, the very next morning, and spoke with Ann. I asked Ann to please connect me to Escalations, however, she followed script as taught, and I for the sixth time had to go thru the whole scenario again. This now has been 5 weeks and my sixth time explaining this which started on Aug. 8th and this day was now Sept 13th.Ann listened and put me on hold several times. Her final answer was I need to speak with Escalations....however, they were not open yet. Ann assured me she will call me back in two hours and connect me with Escalations. To my surprise, Ann called me back in forty minutes and stated everything was rectified and my bill went back to its normal price, not the $486 Sprint was trying to bill me at.I was relieved and paid the corrected amount immediately to avoid any further charges. As promised, I went back to Edward at the store in New Milford Ct on Sept. 14th to attempt to pay off my lease on my severely damaged S8 and get into a new phone from the store. And of course, Edward was fantastic!! He looked at all options and decided paying the remaining $204 on my lease was cheapest option. He did his thing on the computer and meanwhile, I was using my mobil Sprint account and looking for best price/phone options, the same as Edward was also doing. And much to my surprise, Edward was UNABLE to accept my lease payment because on his end, and I saw if for myself, in my account my S8 was listed as not being on ANY lease, therefore preventing me from paying Sprint at their storefront!! Another error of many I encountered with Sprint during this escapade. The twist, I was able to pay my lease using Sprint mobil account and purchase another phone right there with Edward standing next to me stuck on his computer, unable to assist thru no fault of his own.Nearly 15 years w Sprint, it seems to get harder and harder every year to get good help. Im sure its no different with any other carrier.Bottom line, it took 5 weeks and 7 calls/visits to get issue resolved. But my praise and respect go to Edward and Ann for their genuine concern and determination to assist a Sprint customer to the end.Thank you Edward and Ann!!!
Not a corporate store.Unprofessional and incompetent staff.
Very very good staff here, they immediantly asked if i needed help.. The manager was the most helpful and respectful person. He took on my problem an stayed on the phone until it was settled with my complete satisfaction. Highly reccomend people to go here if you are looking to set up a phone or with any questions or problems.
All these people do is lie to you about the plans, promotions, I asked how much my monthly payment would be, they said $150 and my first bill was $288. They charged me for phones I was apparently getting for “free”. And not just that but they are rude and have a very bad attitude, Im no longer a sprint customer (thank god) but I feel others need to know about these scams.
Very helpful. Great customer service. Would recommend to anyone
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!!! Don’t like the attitude the people working there have, one girl was very helpful and kind but the other 2 seemed like they had better things to do. Idk I ported over from verizon, they quoted my the “cheapest” plan would be $130 for 2 people but i go online and see so many other cheaper plans. Idk if they make commission off of selling plans, but im not happy. Also my bill was WAY higher then what they told me. I’ll be going back to Verizon.
I had a particular issue moving my Nexus 5x from Google to the Sprint network. I was in need of a verty specific SIM and Cory was able to secured the correct card. All though there are tons of comments all over the internet explaining Sprints inept tech support on this issue, togerther we were able to work through most of the initial hurdles of the network transition with the right SIM. Cory and staff put a 100% effort to mitigate this very frustrating problem. Were happily communicating across the Sprint network. Cory is worth a 5 star review but until Sprint can get this phone connection back up to 4G LTE speed I experienced with Project Fi network they get a Meh rating.
Cara and Timothy are the best! Extremely knowlegable and helpful........
Just got off the phone with Cory who is seriously in need of some basic human interaction training. He told me to return my phone I needed to go on the website and authorize my wife, who was standing right in front of him. As stupid as that sounds, I tried. I asked where on the site to go and he said let me check. 5 minutes later, he comes back on the line to tell me he cant get on the website. I should go on and ask for help...on the website HE cant get on. WHAT???I would call him back but not sure he knows how to operate a phone. Which I am assuming isnt a requirement for getting the sprint job.
Worst customer service experience I had today, made an appointment to upgrade my phone which I order online and they had at the store but the “manager Dvonne” wasn’t there for our appointment and said “he would be in later “ just like that for me to come back . Cancelled the order
Got assistance almost immediately... great job guys
The was very helpful n customer friendly
Seriously understaffed or mismanaged staff. Waited 2h to try to activate my new phone, and still didnt get it done since there wasnt enough staff. While I was waiting 3 others customers came and went. Funny thing is the day before there were three people in two of them were checking Instagram/Facebook on their phones
Very helpful staff and management!
Great place to work
