I had such a good experience with William, one of the sales associate. I had a few issues with opening my plan at first on the phone, but once I went to the store in person he was nothing less than exceptional. Highly recommend working with William! Great Guy and will go above and beyond to find the perfect plan for your necessities.

We had really poor customer service when we stopped into the New Milford store. Quite frankly, it was no service at all. The store’s associates were all helping others, however no one even bothered to acknowledge us being in the store….for 30 minutes. It is one thing to be busy servicing clients, and quite another to ignore potential customers completely. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Have got my phones from New Milford Verizon for the past 6 years. THey are always great. Worked with Sameer this time, very knowledgeable and flexible in setting both my husband and I up with new phones. Even came back in when he was not working to finalize everything. Thank you!

The guys in the store were very helpful and a pleasure to do business with. However I do not like the fact that my new Samsung 21 disconnects signals, losing the ability to make phone calls in an emergency. Not at all safe when traveling alone!! Will have to go back and hopefully get this issue resolved.

This is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever dealt with... I have been in this store no less than 5 times in the last month for 2 hours at a time trying to get a brand new watch and phone to work since they sold it to me unsuccessfully....and then was told by Chris and William that they were doing there best when they STILL couldn’t resolve the issue. Then Chris and William were blatantly rude and disrespectful acting like they were doing ME a favor by even looking at it! Needless to say I’ll be switching to another carrier. Chris, William and Samantha could use some training because this whole store has zero clue how to fix these problems or deal with customers. Oh yeah the watch STILL isn’t working. EVERYTIME I’ve asked for a manager there is never one in the store and nobody can ever tell me WHEN there will be. This store is seriously THE WORST

Met with Chris today and he was extremely helpful. He understood my problems and went above and beyond in offering solutions. I’m a senior and learned quite a lot during my visit. He was very knowledgeable and understanding. I can’t thank him enough.

After a week of trying to work with Verizon phone technical support and the corporate store in Brookfield (terrible service) to fix some major problems with our service, we went to see Roy and his colleague at this store. The customer service was polite and helpful, and the experience was far superior to the treatment we received at the corporate location. By the end of my visit, all of my service issues had been resolved. My recommendation would be to see these folks first when you have Verizon issues. I wish I had.

My old phone was on its last legs. Did some homework, went in with some questions and got good answers. I got a great new phone on sale. Data transfer was a little glitchy because my old OS kept freezing, but they went above and beyond to make it work. Good folks.

I was long overdue for an update and clueless as to what best phone plan I could get. My salesperson Matt Lopes was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with me. All of the sales representatives that I dealt with were terrible. They did not seem to know much, and in fact one gave me completely erroneous information on the service he was selling me. I was looking into a prepaid plan with their mobile web, and I asked will this service allow me to check my e-mail via the cell phone network? and he said yes. After I left I realized that I could not do this, so I went back the next morning and was told I would have to pay more for the service that I was promised. The rate they were now quoting was more than I was willing to pay, so I requested that they just cancel it and refund my payment, since they cannot supply me with what I was promised for the price I was quoted, however they refused to fully refund my payment.

Kayla P. is an excellent sales woman, she helped me upgrade my phone and plan as well as resolve a hardware issue with my USB modem with no hassle. I was extremely pleased with her professionalism and her assistance with completing rebate forms and device returns to Verizon was outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend her to my friends and family and I plan on using her for my upgrades and plan changes in the future!
