Sergio was fantastic. They had to keep my car a while to figure out the issue but he kept me informed every step of the way!
My tesla had a battery coolant leak on my way to Mississippi from California and this service center was the closest one and luckily it was also on the way. Unfortunately, it happened during memorial day weekend so they werent able to work on it until the next Tuesday which was understandable.Even though they were closed, a staff named Wesley was still communicating with me through the Tesla App to get me with the process and answer my questions. I believe Robert was the staff at the front desk that was helping me answer my questions after dropping off my Tesla and he was also very helpful. He gave me an estimate of when it should be repaired, but they managed to get it fixed 5 hours before the time they gave me which REALLY helped me a lot in trying to get my errands done that day. The repairs were quick and the communication was amazing. Thank you so much!
Two years into Tesla ownership, and the service center in New Orleans continues to impress me. They treat us like family. Theyre so good to everyone. Robert, Sergio, Charles, Mike, honestly the whole crew is amazing. If youre on the fence about buying an EV, know that they are inherently MORE reliable than any gasoline or diesel car. Why? LESS MOVING PARTS. On the rare occasion that something does need to be addressed, Tesla Nola Service Center has your back!
Technicians were good about answering the phone and handling our request ( which was for a product not a service). They also did a great job of communicating on the app.
The guys & girls that work there are great. Professional and courteous. They helped me with my problem when they didnt have to.
Most of the communications with Tesla is done via messaging app. This makes for a smooth, documented experience. Customer service representatives are knowledgeable and efficient. Work gets done on time.
Bad experience, manager comped my tire rotation. Had first appointment of the day, took 2 1/2 hrs. He was interested in improving what happened so two stars

My car got a flat tire on saturday and no one in Louisiana could fix it so i had to have it towed to this location where it was keyed and vandalized by monday. then i had to pay for that too. nice!
Service people were friendly and made sure I was happy with the work before sending me off. Took a little longer than I expected but hopefully that just means they did a good job.
Excellent service. They were very helpful navigating the delivery process and fixing glitches with the registration paperwork.They are very pleasant to talk to on the phone and answer the phone quick. The were very responsive to the issues with my car. My car came with some minor scratches and they took care of it within a few hours.
