Customer Service is Alive and Well in the French Quarter!From the first phone call about my flat tire to the fast and friendly customer service when I got it fixed, Oliver was amazing. I had recently spent a hellish two weeks and too much money on my two bikes in a hipster mid-city bike shop where I was lectured, patronized and overcharged, so finding the French Quarter Bike Shop was a godsend. Oliver is knowledgeable, passionate about bikes, honest and has good people skills, just a breath of fresh air. If you are looking for someone who genuinely seems to care about their customer, this is the bike shop for you! Thanks Oliver, you have a customer for life!

These guys are awesome. I went in looking for some help with my bike and they solved my problem perfectly! They gave me some sounds advice and even helped me out on finding a good coffee shop.When my friends arrive Im going to drag them over here for bike rentals so we can explore the city :D

Best shop in the quarter. Fixed my bike twice free of charge, super friendly and gives great advice for riding around the city. Wont go anywhere else.

The gentleman who fixed my bike was extremely kind and helpful and did a fantastic job repairing my tire. He literally saved the last day of our trip since I was borrowing my bike from the air BnB I was staying at and not only was it my only means of transportation and I needed to return it in good condition.
