Okay, after reading the reviews. Im reassured its just wasnt me. I see that the same feelings I felt upon entering this business is the same as others. I walked in to buy some nail supplies and hair care products.Whomever that lady is that works in this establishment is not professional or welcoming. First off, I walked in and thought there wasnt anyone there. I heard noises, but figured it was coming from the back. As I walked through the aisle looking at items a woman appeared. She looked at me and I smiled. She had no greeting and looked at me as if I wasnt a potential paying customer. She never acknowledges me which is fine, but to look at me and blatantly cut your eyes are beyond a nasty attitude. I eventually found what I was looking for and picked up the items. I held them for a while, but put them back. I refuse to patronize a business who employees look as if they are upset they have to work. I hope this lady was just having a bad day because if this is how she is with all of her customers she is helping this business to lose money instead of gaining profit. An easy $50.00+ walked out of the door in a matter of minutes. It may not be much, but multiply it by 10 and it counts as a great deal of profits lost. Its not smart when it comes to business. She needs some training in professionalism. I proceed to pick up items and immediately thought myself, I cant spend my money in a place.

These people are very rude the older man is polite but Im guessing his daughters work for him and my God they will never have to worry about my service or me sending any of my clients here,they dont help at all,the prices are decent but they have no type of professional in them.Never again
