Im a beginner nail tech so of course I have a whole bunch of questions & the father Charlie I think ( can’t remember his name) gave me some of the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Soooo helpful like every question I had he was there to give me an answer, every product I needed he had it on hand I also had my 3 younger children with me & he was so patient with me. I will definitely be back! & thank you so much for just being kind that is so hard to come by nowadays.

Was sold MMA monomer after repeatedly asking was the monomer EMA or MMA and I was told it was EMA. When I did a soak off set an the acrylic was not flaky it was gummy. Very disappointed. Money wasted. Will not be going back! Affordable products but do not buy the monomer!

Go Support prices are good also owner take time to answer any questions you may have on any product he and his son are very polite to their customers any thing you want to know they go over with u now after they do that and you don’t pay attention to how to use products you mess up you on your own, you should pay attention don’t fault them for your mess up go support and buy their products it’s worth it

I liked it. Not much on decor but the employee(or owner) knew his stuff. Im a new nail technician and he helped me select a few brushes. I spent a few minutes in there looking at all the nail supplies Nail World had to offer.

Owner always sweet and helpful. Never follows me around the store. Gives great advice to students and helpful tips on nails and trends. Love the family and they have quality products. Nails aren’t cheap, so don’t expect dollar store prices for these products but it’s so worth it!!!!

Costumer service is great affordable and friendly

Should really change the store to temporarily closed and not have people drive all the way to Michoud to waste their time. Every other store in the world has kept their store updated but this one! Lol waste of time, don’t know if I’ll even attempt to come back.
