This product is awesome and the customer service is amazing! Everyone is so nice and i am super glad that I was pulled into the store. Now i can stop spending so much money on my skin. Thanks guys

This place really creeped me out. The were super pushy and I really feel like they did something with my wallet. When I left, my wallet was not in my purse at first I thought it was stolen. One of the guys had gotten super close to me. But I found my wallet in my shopping bag, which was weird. When I got back my hotel card was missing. I was concerned so I blocked my credit cards. They kept going back to the register to check on things, made me think that maybe they had a card or my wallet. Stay away. Their bait and switch with the soap is a trick!

Bait and switch! A pushy salesperson lures you in with the promise of looking at some nice smelling soaps, then they plop you in a chair and hardcore push for you to try their insanely overpriced skincare. The stem cell containing under eye cream the lady tried on me didnt list any stem cells or similar on the ingredient list (Im a chemist so I like to read labels), but there were plenty of silicone based materials and components that can dry down to a film and make it feel like your skin has been tightened. Read about skin firming creams on beauty brains and Paulas choice, its overpriced nonsense. I didnt appreciate the bait and switch and high pressure sales tactics. The lady then tried to pitch a discounted damaged box of the same overpriced cream. Soaps do smell nice though, wish they would just let you look at those.

Tricked me into putting glue on my eye. Made it puffy. Felt horrible. Said it was paralyzed but it was only sticky.

I loved the whole experience.
