Small shop filled with all types of items regarding herbs and herbal medicine. I could have spent a long time there asking the owner questions about all of the herbs in jars; if my time hadn’t been limited. I purchased a bag of dandelion chai loose tea that is delicate and delicious. Rosalie Botanicals would be a great stop for anyone interested in herbs or books on herbal medicine.

Love this store. I get a lot of my tinctures, herbs, incense and natural/spiritaul self-care products here. They also have books.Due to Covid, they still require masks and sanitizing upon entry and limit the number of persons shopping inside the store at any given time.

Cozy neighborhood apothecary. They have just about any herb or tincture you might need.Great one stop shop for your metaphysical and spiritual needs; books, gridding crystals, cleansing tools, herbs, tarot, and spell/ ritual supplies.I really appreciate that they still take covid precautions to keep everyone safe.Great calming energy and helpful staff.

Very nice and cozy shop they sell some great tasting tea the cashier at the store was very nice and friendly btw she was black! And i am a latina and i had a very positive experience i am looking forward to shopping here again they have some unique things you dont see in other shops!

I visited recently and the lady inside was rude & screamed to me from the inside were close...not sure if it was my race or what but I see perhaps maybe it was...theres only 2-3 other apothecary in New Orleans and MAYPOP in Bywater is very friendly. I am recently certified as a Herbalist and Im trying to prepare my own herbs and apothecary but I will not be supporting a business whos attitude should reflect her business of healing, health and genuine concern for all people. After reading reviews this owner is obviously against blacks. Will never visit or promote, I will actually spread the word of her rude behavior and discriminatory reviews on yelp. I dont think she wants to heal certain communities. I will be sure to promote the rudeness of this lady and never return b/c apothecary is about energy and healing...and I dont want her essence in my home, body or amongst my family. But if it works for you good for you!

The store is well organized. The lady that was working their was friendly. All sorts of fresh herbs. Plus it smells ssssoooooo good! You instantly mellow out the moment you open the door.

Fantastic little shop. They offer a very interesting line of classes which are Affordable and informative. There have been a few things Ive gone by for and they were out but with so much inventory that is bound to happen. Definitely worth the trip!

This herb shop is amazing and filled with amazing knowledgeable herbalist who are eager and always willing to assist you on your healing journey. The classes they offer are quite beneficial if you are seeking to take a do it yourself approach using herbs in a variety of ways.

The young woman who assisted me was very knowledgeable about herbs and put together a great tincture for me. She gave me great instructions on how the products should be used. Small shop but well-stocked. Keep wandering around because you will probably see far more things tucked away than you might at first glance.

The ladies werent too friendly initially. When I asked for certain info they pretty much told me the minimum and pointed to a piece of paper to read on the wall. After my purchase and I tipped then they were willing to overload me with info.

Went to your shop after having lunch at parkway. My mom and I went in looking for some elderberry syrup. The two girls that were working were very rude and unwelcoming. We asked questions about the elderberry and was basically made to feel stupid. We tried to talk and be friendly but I guess we went in the wrong day as the girls were very unprofessional. My mom and I both ended up buying a bottle of elderberry cause it was convenient. I feel wrong for spending money in your establishment after being treated like that. Cute little shop with great product just crabby girls.

Super disappointed... I purchased more than one package of classes from them and spent like an additional $200 when I came in and I called and explained to them that I had a lot going on and missed the class. The lady that I spoke with told me that she would let me get the classes back and she would call me for when I wanted to sign up for the next class. 2 weeks later I never heard anything so when I called back she tells me that the owner told her that I couldnt do it (when she told me that she was part owner so she is just saying no and never called me to even say anything) I always try to support local businesses but will not be back to this one due to the back and forth. I spent a lot of money not only on the classes but I also spent money on products.

Catcher with dreads could b a little more friendly. She really ignored me the whole wild i shopped would have bought much more but she wasnt very helpful.mabe if she put her phone down she could have been a little more attentive in helping the customers.. I loved the place..Next time Ill visit the other store..

Very rude, completely unhelpful. I walked in with a clear idea of what I needed. Upon explaining it, I was interrupted with her sales pitch of what she thinks I needed, as I tried to finish my sentence this woman snaps at me. I will never go back to this place again. And my Aunt who lives 3 houses down from this shop won’t either. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Besides me selling honey and pollen here, its a very good library of medicinal herbs and spices. Even if you just need a question answered about a rare herb, they can answer it for you.
