I cant give a review of this place. I can only give a review of the employee who laughed at & made fun of my husband to the other co-worker. Stopped here on Sunday, 6/06/21 @ 6:00pm. My husband had trouble understanding what the male employee behind counter was saying. They only had cups & cones available. As I was explaining to my husband what was available, the employee started audibly laughing & walked away to continue laughing & talking about my husband to the other employee. You dont know what situation my family might be in. You dont know if someone might have a brain injury. Might be on the spectrum. Might be whatever. To blatantly laugh at & make fun of a customer (literally in front of them) is beyond reprehensible & I will make sure anyone I know will not go to this location.

The workers have wonderful customer service and I would highly recommend this place to any and all my friends visiting the Riverwalk Outlet.

Me and my husband wanted something nice and cold so we went to Haagen Daz in the outlet mall every one in the mall was close but the amazing young lady name Tasha still served us she made our day she has the most amazing customer service they should have more employees like her in customer service I give her above 5 stars and more thanks Tasha fir making us feel so welcome in New Orleans

Omg every time I come to New Orleans river walk mall Mrs Tasha always treat me and my family like we are part of her family always greeting with a smile 😃 and engaging in conversation friendly and very professional.until next time….

Google says this place closes at 7. Nope! They were closed at 6:20 PM on 3-15-20, so if management reads this and they were supposed to be open, there you have it.
