This is the best way to enjoy a day of travel while not worrying about your luggage at all! the service is so easy, just insert your info a they literally show up at your door to take your bags. they were unbelievably on time for both pick up and drop off. As well as called me prior to dropping off at the airport to ensure delivery. The gentleman who assisted us was so delightful, reassuring and did not hesitant to answer any questions asked. highly recommended!

Carry-on luggage service is a great service to use if you ever want to have a last day in the area without Lugging around your stuff. Devin was a great service provider and stayed in contact with every step of the way. He called right before he arrived and always arrived right on the minute he was very very friendly and took care of our stuff. When he was dropping off our bags we noticed all of the other bags and they were neatly organized and safe thank you very much for your service I highly recommend them!

I was a bit skeptical about this service since there weren’t a ton of reviews and I hadn’t heard of them before. This company exceeded my expectations. They were on time, kept in contact, and were extremely professional. Our luggage was picked up from our Airbnb and met us at the airport a day later for our flight, as we chose to stay up through the night on our last day in the city. Highly recommend this service.

This was one of the most convenient travel assistance services we’ve worked with ever and we travel quite a bit. Dante helped us from beginning to end. He was fantastic and really believe this completed our wonderful vacation so we could enjoy our day touring NOLA without worrying about or lugging our suitcases with us. These guys are nothing short of exceptional. Not only is the service extremely convenient at an awesome price, the team executes just as well. We were late on our pick up from Carry On at the airport and it was our fault. Deonte and the team worked with us, even when we managed to use our time poorly, and we received our bags with a smile and on time for our flight. Highly, highly recommend this professional service and will be contacting them again when we come back to NOLA.

Great service! It was nice to not have to coordinate with the hotel to store my luggage, then return to the hotel later to then get to the airport. It was quick and simple to schedule, the staff (Donte’) was nice, professional, and handsome (always a plus). Additionally, they where prompt and fulfilled everything they said they would do.I highly recommend them when you need to check out of a hotel, but still have a full day before flying out. Just make your way to the airport - luggage free - and they’ll meet you there!AWESOME!

This turned out to be such a great service for us during our last day in the city. We had to exit our Airbnb by 11 am and they had no place to store luggage until our late evening flight. Instead of having to pay for a Lyft to go back and forth to a random storage locker, we had our bags picked up and then delivered to us at the airport in the evening! Dante was super friendly and helpful to coordinate the timing.

They did a great job of informing me when they were arriving to pick-up and drop off my luggage. Very polite and professional. Their services provided an affordable way to spend the day in New Orleans without having to worry about hauling luggage around (if you have a late flight as I did).Everything went smoothly and hassle-feee. We were nervous at first since this was our first experience with this kind of service but it really turned out to be amazing! We had to check out of our Airbnb at 11am and had 6 hours to kill before our flight. It was well worth $19.99 to know our luggage was safe and secure while we explored the city one last time. I took this long to write my review cause my phone was stolen. But, Carry On Luggage Service was fantastic. After a long layover, I googled hard to see if there was any service that could hold our bags while we were out and about. The gentleman on the phone, which also turned out to be the one doing the pickup and dropoff ( I believe his name was Dante...? ) was very professional, sweet, caring and very diligent. I was a little skeptical since I didnt know of them, and I dont like to do payments over the phone, but I had no option. I read reviews online and took a chance. Our bags were intact, safe and Dante (?) even texted us and called us a few times to get updated on our timeline, which I didnt find annoying at all! The place is right next to the airport, so, everything is done very punctual. I cannot express my gratitude enough, and my only regret was that I couldnt tip him! Highly recommend this service! Sorry for the long post.

This a great initiative! The staff from Carry on Luggage is amazing. They were very helpful and took great care of my friends and I’s luggage. Our check out from our airbnb was at 11:00am. Our cruise did not leave until later that evening. We wanted to make the best out of our vacation and decided to explore the French quarters. With five females, you can not imagine how much luggage we had and the idea of having to tote it around the quarters would be a hassle! We are so thankful we found Carry On! They picked our luggage up from Cafe Du Monde after check out and delivered it to the cruise terminal in more than enough time before our departure. When we arrived back to New Orleans from our cruise one of Carry on’s friendly team members was waiting outside the port. We decided to do another booking since our flight did not leave until later that night. Once again they delivered exceptional service and delivered our luggage in more than enough time before our flight. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone in the New Orelans and surrounding areas, great customer service and very friendly staff!
