Its 902 and I was going to ask quick question the guy working with store raised his arm and said closed closed. I understood he was closing I just wanted to find out Samsonite made a suitcase that was waterproof. We flew in from Phoenix and our suit cases and all the materials inside were soaked. We bought a prior luggage at Sams Club it is also Samsonite

When I first walked into the store, the clerk at the counter looked directly at me and asked if I was looking for anything specific today. I replied no, but thank you for asking. She then turned to two older woman who clearly looked as if they had more money than me and said, Im sorry, that question was meant for you. Did you guys need help with anything today? Her comment to the two woman was completely unnecessary and rude and made me feel very unwelcome. I shouldnt be made to feel like a second-rate customer.

We had lost our receipt, contacted the shop by email and they found and sent us a duplicate :-)
