We went there 4 years ago and started to finance in house. 2 years later we were able to trade in and get a better vehicle. Last month we traded that vehicle in and upgraded Friday. Bryan and Scott gave us a heck of a deal on my husbands car. Both vehicles are soild, good running, and reliable!!! Bryan has done great for us!!! I bought a low mileage Ranger from them recently and couldnt be happier. We did hit a snag with some rust in the bed but they were quick to fix the problem and gave me a loaner to drive in the mean time. Jason was the mechanic that worked on my truck and he went above and beyond to right the problem. Brian was my salesman and was a pleasure to work with. I will personally be a customer for life and I cannot recommend them enough if you are looking for your next vehicle!

Made a offer online they agreed to it then when I took a vacation and my child down to look at it. when I asked for a warranty they said they wont because there was modify to the engine.so they fix a few things that were a concern to me I was still on track to buy it. After waiting a hour in a half in there waiting room they came out with a purchase order of 15 grand. Moral of it all dont expect them to follow threw with what they say.other then that they were friendly.thats why I gave them two stars

I asked questions about parts that have been replaced or crash reports that may depreciate the value of the car, they appointed me to another representative, who got offended, sent me a link, and ran. Didnt answer my questions, very unprofessional. Do not buy any cars from these people. If I could attach screenshots to this Google review, I would. Told me $2000 for a car is a Beater with a Heater, the car had over 200,000 miles on it. Its worth about $900, generous.

Bought a car from here 6 months ago and it’s been nothing but problems. Paid them $1700 to fix one issue the. Took the car back the next week for separate issues that they supposedly couldn’t find. Brought the car home and it immediately set warning lights off. Only go here if you want a pos car.

If you are looking for a good used car DO NOT go here. Bought a car the day we got it the check engine light came on and for a month we fault to get it fixed. They finally came back to say it was our issue and they would not fix anything else on it. Everytime I have been in there people have cars in with temporary tags getting worked on. They had our car for a few days and it came back with a rip in one tire and a roofing nail in another. They then go on to blame us for the issues. If you are looking to get a car or truck that you spend more time putting it into the shop than driving this is the place for you. They should change their name to Crooks auto.

Bought a truck that started breaking down immediately off the lot. Busted a couple tires before I even made it home. Had it maybe two or three months now and Ive had to put over $16,000 into it to make it run. I had to take it straight from the dealer to multiple shops and couldnt even drive it myself for weeks. The head gasket was completely blown ($8,000 repair), two bad turbos ($6,000 repair), plus a list of other little things that had to be replaced because it just didnt work. Cant say Im too happy with these guys that sold me a complete piece of junk that they probably bought off a lot at auction for $2,000. Theyre either completely incompetent to have sold it to me saying it was in working condition, or they are out right scammers.

Great get folks there. As soon as we make up our mind on which one we want, we will be back. Great folks!

I would avoid this place! Bought a car from them started having problems. Had it towed to a garage th I paid 1200 to get it fixed the owner of the garage himself says shook auto should be shut down and everyone should be taken out back amd horse whipped for ever even putting anyone in a car like the one they sold me. 👎 BAD !!

Thank you Nick and the rest of the friendly and helpful people at Shook Auto Sales. It was the complete opposite if high pressure. We were able to look at the entire lot without having somone pressuring us to hurry up or shoving something down our throats. We went in there with a certain plan that we wanted and Nick was able to do EXACTLY what we wanted in a friendly and helpful way. Thank you for making the experience a very good one. Lazy salesperson didnt want to waste his time actually showing me anything. Tossed me keys and pointed in a general direction of where the vehicle should be located.Not a single smile from anyone working there the whole time. Not the gals in the office, not the sale people, not the guys milling around outside. A very somber place.Got impression that they dont care about anyone and everyone walking on their lot is just a number.Wont bother going back or recommending to anyone.

Stopped by to look at a couple of trucks, was after closing time. They treated us great! No rush, no pressure. Was a very good experience.

I seen a car on their lot. I was indeed interested. So I stopped in. I was not greeted so I went in to the office which is a dirty old double wide trailer, when I walked in the door, it was loud, I heard swearing and it was so unprofessional I should of left then, but moving on, a women said she could help me, she was very unprofessional as she talked to me their was people talking loudly without showing any respect for their customers. This lady’s first words were how is your credit? Its good or I wouldn’t be looking to buy a car, she said I better take a application so I can see your credit score and then we can continue. Their is no way in hell I would of given my social security number to this group. I hate to judge but trailer trash workers in a dirty trailer showing no respect for their customers. I’ve always heard bad about this place, trying to give it the benefit of the doubt but it’s all true, plus their was no place to park and I was the only customer there. So bottom line if you want junk cars, and don’t mind being treated like trash by trailer trash and pay way to much for a dirty vehicles then this is your place. For the average customer like myself I’ll never be back. I’ve been to other dealerships their service and respect to the customer is want I expect. Stay away and don’t waste your time. Jm

All of the staff at Shook Auto were extremely accomodating to my budget and time constraints. Richie was very friendly and fun to work with. He was patient as he explained the loan process to me and then my brother over the phone. They were also very generous with my trade in. Scott arranged for all the processing (title transfer, recall fix, etc) could be done in the next business day before my travel. Gracie the poodle that comes to the office was so friendly and sweet :) They all made buying a car very fun and unstressful! I would recommend everyone to try Shook Auto when looking for a car!!!

Bought the car in June, completely broke down. They even went to the shop and took my car without notifying me so I can get my belongings. I wasnt 30days late. So gave them the car back. I will NEVER recommend them to my family and not even to my enemy. They are Loan sharks and scammers. And obviously from the other reviews they sell broken down cars. I wasnt even originally there to buy the car I bought. Was gonna buy a Jeep Liberty and when I came to pick it up for purchase the Jeep wouldnt start. Shouldve been a red flag. But yeah, very rude costumer service and a terrible terrible place to buy a car from! Rip Off!!!

They rip people off, especially ones that are on SSI! Car breaks down after 45 days, then after repairing there, they charge arm and leg! The very day it got picked up from repair drove 15 miles and breaks down again, this time the engine! They wont Do Good on replacing it fairly! Never buy here!

Horrible purchase. Transmission went out almost immediately but right after warranty expired. They did replace it with a rebuilt tranny for just some labor costs, which is the only reason they are getting two stars, but would not do a warranty on the new transmission. The car is horrible, shifts hard still and supposedly they fixed an exhaust issue and replaced another part. Guess what, they didnt. I have already had to fix multiple things on this horrible vehicle and have only owned it for 6 months. Will never recommend anyone purchase through them unless it is as a last resort. Bought my lemon outright and already having to look for something much more dependable. Do not go here! Do not trust them!

The CEO and sales people are wonderful great to work with only reason for the 2 stars. However never I say never deal with the Finance department. Terrible customer service nasty attitude and lazy. Paid my car off and asked for a receipt of last payment was told that he wasnt going to get off his butt and look in the file cabinet behind him. If you havent been there its a trailer I can spit from one end to another. Terrible that that department makes the dealership look so bad.

Vehicle I bought was way over priced for the condition.( I know my fault) they did how ever fix a few of the problems with the vehicle, and service there was great. Wish I read the paper they handed me so I knew that everything I wanted fixed would not be fixed. One week after I got the vehicle the rockers completely rotted out. The only reason I give 3 stars and not less is because they were the only dealer to be able to get me approved in my situation. Not the worst dealer Ive seen but I was hoping for a little more honesty from a small (I believe family owned) dealership.Edit.Hey shook, The nada value of a vehicle is clean retail. A clean vehicle does not have check engine lights on, low tread tires(one i have to fill with air weekly), lights burned out, and bondo cover rotted spots on the rocker panels. A lot of that stuff is easy to fix so no big deal, however, to fix the exhaust leak it will take around $600. And to fix the poorly repaired rockers will take an amazing $3000. Now when I came to look at this truck, there was no rust. On my test drive, I parked in a lot down the road, and hit the rockers with my hand to see if they fall apart. They held up so I figured they were actually in good condition. A week after signing the papers, i opened my door to see the rocker panels completely falling apart. I have sent pictures, and I was told service would contact me. Its now been 3 months and nothing. I appreciate you guys helping me get into something that drives great though. It has been a good truck. The biggest problem to me, and the reason for 3 stars, is the rocker panel rust. I went in to a body shop and they told me it is a light bondo covering. And its fresh. Really tired of that happening at every dealer. My wife recently traded a truck in at another dealer, and a week later she saw her truck, and the rust was very poorly hidden with new paint. Now for anyone reading this review, I know its a 2005 vehicle from Ohio, and its 2018. But when you look at a rust free vehicle and a week later its falling apart, Im sure you would be salty too. K thanks byeSecond edit.Ask mr sales guy why and how long the fender flares have been on this truck I got. He completely ignored the question and went on with something else.Well I just got the guts to take one off to see how bad it is. The fender is completely rotted out. With some bondo by the way.There you go, you got me.So if you buy a vehicle from here, and it has flares, either walk away or ask them to take them off. Me and the sale guy were outside when I looked at the flares, pointed to them, asked him about them, and he said, uh I dont know, and swiftly went to the next subject. I didnt pay 10k for a truck for it to be rotted out. For 10k I couldve went somewhere else, got the same truck with half the miles, and half the rust. Now if you want to be an honest dealer, stop hiding rust. I know I will not be back
