I went 5-8-21, I had Ryan as a sales guy and from the first hand shake to the last he was awesome and took care of all my needs. He wasnt pushy or Impatient an gave me lots of options to choose from. After we found the suv for my wife i went on down to financing. Michael did my financing, he was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything i had questions about. Will definitely be back for any future vehicle needs.

This was a very unprofessional place. I had to make multiple trips (a 2.5hr drive) to this place after they could not find/ didnt not have what they needed ready for me to purchase a car. I was ran through loops, lied to on multiple occasions and spoken down to and blatantly disrespected mostly by their financial person (Travis). I was told that the car would be dropped off to me which was a lie, I was told the car would be cleaned before I got there, that was a lie I almost had to force them to do it, I was told for all the hassle I had to go through the car would be filled with fuel which was also a lie and then anyone that could do it disappeared. They couldnt find the car I wanted for almost 30mins on my second trip up after calling them ahead of time and was told it would be cleaned, fueled, double checked and ready. The only positive note I have about this place is that MATTHEW INCARNATO a sales consultant there was very professional, a huge help, he was very patient and understanding and if Im being honest he is the only reason I put up with everything and bought a car from this horrible place.

Had an oil change and they did a good job.

The place gave us the run around for 3 weeks straight. Guaranteed multiple things and went back on all of them. They claimed the car was cleaned and it didnt look like it at all even the sales guy said the same. The car had multiple issues wrong with it. They couldnt get it to start the first day we were here, there was fuel in the oil. The financing agent was very cocky and had an attitude both times we came down. Will not be here again and do not recommend it at all.

Terrible service and clueless service technicians. I had three guys who worked in this CHEVY service garage and none knew where the battery was in my Chevy. I had to explain. Glad I was only there for a recall and didnt need to pay. Ill never go back. BTW, they needed to find the battery because they left my headlights on and drained my battery so the car wouldnt start!

I agree with a lot of the people here it was a total waste of time drove a hour and a half up and felt like I was was totally lied to and disrespected If they would have been straight with me from the beginning I probably would have bought the truck but I felt that they were giving me the runaround and being deceptive when I got there I sure wish I had read their reviews before I wasted gas and time advice to anyone driving a distance you will get the we got him he has to buy attitude very unprofessional

Was recently looking at a truck trying to make a deal thought about it overnight went back the next day and they sold it underneath of us for a lower price but they didnt want to give us.
