I had the best sales assoc, Derek. After having Sprint for far too long and being overcharged every single month, it was liberating to go to Metro and walk out with 3 nice new phones and month of service for less than half my Sprint bill. Derek even gave me a great deal on cases and screen protectors

Derek is awesome got my whole family into awesome phones will follow him to any location he is at. Even stayed late after an annoying guests took his time.past closing to make sure he could help me my mom and my daughter..... All Metro employees should follow his lead........I would give 50 Stars out of 5 for his service.

The store is ok, but you can pretty much forget trying to call. It seems that no one ever answers the phone at this location.

This is the only Metro I ever go to.

Went to this store and waited outside for them to open...waited until 10:20 and still not open.

Arrived a this store before posted open time. (10am) waited until 10:30 and they never opened.

The sales associate was a little pushy
