IN FACT, THEY WILL PICK UP THE PHONE and IMMEDIATELY HANG UP ON YOU!!! 5 TIMES!! Was happy to video record the experience!STAY AWAY!! THEY WILL SELL YOU ALL THAT THEY CAN& PROVIDE ZERO SERVICE!!! Twenty Two (22) years dedicated Sprint customer with same cell number now part of T Mobile. On my 70th Birthday my son elected against my will to buy me a new cell phone. Graduating from Galaxy S6 to the Galaxy A71. Ariel B. was a super gentleman, very patient, very professional. And he was able to move all my apps from my phone to the new one which was a concern for me. I highly recommend the service at this store. If you have a 70 year old acting like a two year old disgruntled about changing their phone Ariel can help calm the situation. Unless you are going in there to buy a new device or service, they do not really care about you. The management is terrible and that guy, Juan Pablo needs to be trained or work somewhere else. Besides being totally unprofessional he likes mocking a client (me) just because I dont understand about technology as he supposedly does. To complete the worst experience I ever had in my life, I spoke to the manager (Ariel), however, his lack of professionalism was the same if not worse than Juan Pablo. T-Mobile just lost a couple of lines!

I recently visited this store out of curiosity and was extremely happy that I did. I have been contemplating switching from another carrier for some time. When I walked in the store, I was greeted immediately by a T-mobile representative. The rep who greeted was extremely knowledgeable and made the switch between carriers fast and efficient! Because of this outstanding service that I received, I’m very glad that I walked into the store that day and happy to be a T-Mobile customer!!!

I’ve been to other stores where people have messed up my account but at this t-mobile you can always depend on everything to be perfect.

I went to activate 4 new lines. I was provided with excellent customer service, specifically by Joe. The store is centrally located, even though I had to pay for parking, availability of bus makes it easy to access the store. I also realized the service agents spoke both English and Spanish.

I had to edit my review from two years ago because I am not able to post another one. I wanted to say I always receive over the top customer service at the T-mobile store in New Rochelle. The staff is out of this world and their manager is the same way which is a plus. Bernie was great, he always helps me with my questions and concerns, along with making me laugh which makes my visit pleasant each time. Keep doing the great work.
Recently went to this store and the customer service was horrible this morning. The young man did not know anything he was talking about and he was not trying to give me other options. This specific store in new Rochelle on Main St. Need to do better ! I’m a long time loyal customer for more than 4 years!!! Those boys need more training!!

I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for more than 10 years now, since my first cell at 17 on a family plan. I have had good and terrible experiences with this company. But let me tell you this, this store is amazing. Their customer service has been thorough and beyond helpful. This store gets insanely busy and I have waited nearly an hour for assistance, because they are assisting others. But even on days when their whole store is full, the staff here is ready to walk me through all of my questions and options. If I could give this store a higher ratin, I would. 20/10 - I go to the store for things I could probably call the hotline for, because they are that good at their job. They’re great.

Ive called to verify information that was told to me on Saturday by Nick. I was told by Miguel that Nick would call me back in ten minutes. Well ten minutes turned into no one calling me back. From my first time calling and after speaking with Miguel, I called thus store a total of 8 times from two different phone numbers and NO ONE has answered. Im definitely not a satisfied customer and will be calling the Better Business Bureau because this is unacceptable.

Friendly staff, manager works for her customers, store is always clean. Only downfall is long waiting periods but that is due to the individualize service. All in all great place.

I hve visited this store on 12/8/18 to get an additional line information for my friend who is going to stay for a couple months only. I asked for the monthly fees of prepaid line and additional line to my family plan. The representative Mark told me that prepaid line is $50 with 10gb limit. However, he mentioned that additional line to my family line would cost only $25. Thats why I ended up adding an additional line. I asked him several times what would be my overall bill next month and he kept answering in a rude way $25 more what I am paying right now. He didnt even bother to log in to my account and check. I have found out after I left the store that additional line had cost me $45.

I had such a terrible experience since joining T-mobile from sprint. Its only been 3 weeks! I was told I was able to finance airpods and so I walked into this store and they denied me the airpods unless I chose to get a wireless charger or a screen protector. Meanwhile 611 and corporate stores told me I should be able to get them alone to finance with my account! I was very sad and dissapointed! Very!!I hope they change their selfish policy. I had 3 reps from 3 different locations tell me they should have been able to sell them to me but I was denied and given a BIG NO! THATS NO BUENO! THEY NEED NEW MANAGERS!

If I could give this store a negative rating I would. Let me start off by saying their customer service is non existent. The current “store manager” Juan G. (Refused to give me his last name) is the most uncompliant, unprofessional, unreasonable manager I have ever came across. Working and managing in a customer service base atmosphere before his actions and the way he spoke would have got him fired. He started off by raising his voice for simply asking him to do his job and give us a follow up on a current situation we’re having with a rebate. He had no respect for the customer (me) and then went ahead and verbally threatened me when I said I was going to call corporate. We have gone ahead and filed a complaint with his superiors and as we were doing so we proceeded to yell “I’m not scared to lose my job” gladly, the customer service rep I was speaking to over the phone heard it and made several notes. I am completely disgusted by the fact that this highly unprofessional person was even considered for a “store manager” position. He alone changed my whole prospective on the t-mobile brand itself.
They kept me waiting for an hour. The other guy told me his shift had ended so I had to wait for the other guy who said had a customer. Now this guy whose shift ended was still hanging in the shop helping other customers for the hour that I was sitting there waiting. I regrets having to to wait until the next day to go to my Larchmont shop where I always go

They were very rude and Demeaning. They had issues with fraud before and they judge other customers in a negative way. We were there to buy their product not get humiliated. I advice other people to chose alternate location.

Yesterday I wanted to recharge my phone bill in this store. I felt that the staff was very unskilled. I waited for a long time and didnt get it right. Then I was able to go online and hurried away. When I got home, I found that I still couldnt make calls and text messages online. I was really disappointed. I wasted time and money. If some friends come to the United States again, Im afraid I would advise them not to choose t-mobile calling cards.
Its a bit disappointing, but the clerk didnt mask it.

Attention is super bad, two young people who are poorly educated work today. I went to pick up my cell phone and they did not give it to me, according to them, it did not arrive, but I called 611 and they assured me that the phone was already in the store and those two mouths were bad. Open that they work in that store but they still didnt give me the phone because their boss did not leave the machine a lot of negligence.
