North Avenue Metro site is the best Metro PCS by T-Mobile site ever!! (This was not solicited by company or its employees.)Why? Because of the exemplary customer service/sales reps at the North Ave. store. Their names are David and Nick. Professional, attentive, knowledgeable, absolutely amazing guys. Visited other Metro sites and as a result of David and now Nick Metro will continue to get my service. I assist the elderly, and others who are not in the know and are in need of good, dependable phone service. Thank you David and Nick.

Naderd... is a scammer! elder woman (Mother) walked in just to buy a t mobile flip phone (she thought by T-Mobile) and he transferred account to Metro without my consent or signature(account under my name). bill was going to be higher and he repeated to her it wouldnt.

Called in before heading over to see if the 3 phones I was getting were in stock . Women answered the phone and her first words were what do you want could not belive her customers service or better yet lack of.
