I bought a boost phone 3 days ago March 29 but came back today because phone is defective a worker spanish guy wearing chains on his neck told me to go to METROPCS because he got angry he cannot fix the problem on the phone he sold me no sound and mic not working he sold me a used and returned phone. Very rude and disrespectful already angry before he starts talking. Im an old man and he talked to me like his little brother. I bought the phone for $200 but did not give me any receipt so i can not return only 3 days stucked with this broken boost phone and he told me go back to metropcs over and over but he already used my information to boost

Ive suspected it when I was there but I wasnt sure until now. The guy who helped me name is wilbert and he took a picture of my ID and used it to sign up for things.

DO NOT PURCHASE A PHONE OR SERVICE FROM THIS LOCATION! They will sell you a refurbished phone and tell you that it is new. They will not honor thier own return/exchange policy if you did not buy insurance. the speaker on the phone was broken.it sounded muffled, i could not hear . i went back to the store and the girl who works on wed mornings said she was the owner and would not exchange the phone. i purchased the phone on the 13th i went back on the 17th. there refund policy is within 7 days of purchased as long as there is no physical or water damage. my phone still had the plastic on the screen. DO NOT PURCHASE SERVICE OR PHONES FROM THIS SITE.

Hello again this time I wanted to visit Boost Mobile in this direction everyone who knows about me will know that I love to share my experiences for the places I visited I do not like to describe a place as a bad place because many times it is not the site but the people who attend the site and today that was no exception How excellent site but the lousy sir customer service is good luck and will be until next time

The Boost mobile company is very good but this store and the service are thieves for a couple of months I went to pay for my line and they asked me for my pin as I always gave them and after 5 days they cut the line of one of my phones that it was in service and it turns out that supposedly I had changed my number to another company I have years with boost and I have never changed my number all my information was lost they stole my information and I returned to claim him but they backed off that I had I had done that bad service I do not recommend that store please and the worst thing that they sell phones that are from another side and can even be stolen be careful
