They were quite rude. As I was looking around i felt very unwelcomed and any inquiries i had were met with a bad attitude.
I love this place just would appreciate more consistent prices. Ive only gone twice but they make great suggestions and store their tobacco really well so it tastes quite fresh when you get it.
Sunil was extremely helpful in finding a gift. Great service great cigar products
Great customer service, the gentleman who works alone is friendly, professional and knows his thing with regards to anything tobacco. I would advise anyone in the neighborhood looking to purchase good smokes, pipes or tobacco to stop by and drop in you wont be disappointed.
Good selection of cigars and friendly service, but twice the price of on line purchases.
Very nice walk in humidor with a huge selection of cigars. Staff was insanely friendly and helpful in choosing the right cigar. Even provided matches and cedar sticks. Fair prices.
Decided I’d try a new location for Cigars. BIG MISTAKE. Walked in the location and immediately the merchant offered no assistance, instead only watched me the whole time while I shopped. Not cool. Within 2 to 3 minutes, I felt disrespected, uncomfortable, and left. Poor selection, Poor location, even more deplorable service.
Great location which is close to MTA transit. Excellent staff who are well versed in cigar experience. They are very helpful and their prices are fair.
Im a smoking neophyte with no prior experience destroying my body with cancerous air (unless you consider BBQ as eating smoke then I am doomed!). I was dropped off around the area and this place caught my eye. I was with a friend who quit smoking and from time to time enjoys a cigar. The store is huge as mentioned by Phil H. There was only 1 person shopping beside us. I told the guy upfront that Im a newbie and he led us to the humidor. He nicely told us that we have to leave our bottle of water outside the moist room but we could bring our bags in with us. So, I dont think they are worried about you stealing tobacco sticks as mentioned by Phil H. but he is more worried about some shumck ruining the temperature/humidity sensitive room. Okay okay Id be worried about people stealing too. These cancer sticks are expensive! The guy was very helpful in asking me which brands to start off with and the duration of the smoking Id expect to smoke. I thought it was nice of him to ask and consider the time because Id hate to smoke a 30 minute stud but only enjoy it for 10 minutes.Id would definitely come back to get more information
This is one of the nicest places to go for a good cigar. I found them to be knowledgeable, extremely clean and bright inside. They truly cared about finding out what I preferred. The walk in humidor has a great selection with different price points. Love this place.
Shady place. They take products that contain multiple items and remove some of the original contents. Sales associate advertised a product that came as a set of 2 on the packaging and then when I opened it, it was only one item. Super shady business practices.
Found this shop by chance when i was visiting NY.I bought a new pipe and some american tobaccoes to bring back to Belgium. The Guy in the shop was very nice and take time to explained me the blend.
Great experienced staff that will help you pick the right cigar for the right occasion with mood and drink paring in mind
This place is huge! If you cant find it in here chances are you wont find it. They have such a wide variety of all different kinds of smoking accessories. The staff is more than happy to answer any questions or to explain any of there products in detail. With a huge selection of cigars in the back youre sure to find what youre looking for.
Large shop! Great Cigar Humidor room. Great pipe selection. Needs more pipe tobacco selection but the ones they have are great. Will visit this shop frequently. This week as a matter of fact...lol.
Big space with plenty of room to grow, well stocked walk in humidor with a good cigar selection, pipes and tobacco. Hookas and vape things as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice smell. They said they are hoping to convert to a smoking longer, just waiting for permits.
Good selection. Staff is friendly and helpful.
The store is ok, with a reasonable selection of cigars but nothing special - there are several much better cigar stores/lounges in Manhattan. And with the strict local laws about smoking in public parks etc. not having a smoke area is major disappointment.
Horrible customer service and shoddy products. I purchased a $35 pipe last week at this store and while lighting it the glass that holds the bowl cracked leaving two large shards of glass in the pipe. The shards of glass could be removed by breaking them into smaller pieces, but that would require going at the piece with a tool and that could easily damage the rest of the piece. With the shards remaining in the piece there is a health risk that at any moments the shards could snap and send glass shooting into my throat.I thought it was completely reasonable to ask for a new piece or at least receive 50% off a new one, even though I still think thats incredibly unfair. The staff members at the store also thought it was reasonable, two of them said at separate times it should be no problem come back when the manager is here.I came back to speak with the manager and had the most appalling sales conversation I have ever had. Firstly, the manager showed no remorse for his piece of crap product, he did not even apologize. He insisted that he is not responsible for the quality of the products he sells and that that is up to the manufacturers to be responsible for. I told him that is absolutely ridiculous how can you sell products and claim no responsibility for them? So he changed his tone to a nice one and said he could maybe give me 10% off of a new piece.I left and as I was leaving he said next time you come in you can buy a better piece. I scoffed and said I wouldnt be returning, was this guy serious? What an idiot. I am friends with the entire student community around this shop and they all frequent this store. They will no longer be doing that as I will be spreading the word to all the local smokers to steer clear of these crooks. I have been familiar with the store for 5 years though I have only purchased cigarettes from it in the past.Go to a different shop, there are many others and Id love to see this Cigarville go out of business. Actually, no I really wouldnt thats my attitude speaking. What Id really love is for the manager to get his head out of his pompous ass and provide good customer service so his stores ratings can go up and in turn his damn sales. Not a smart move for him to be foolish like this.
Pure class, exotic cigarettes, friendly and helpful staff. If youre visiting from another country and you cant find your brand of cigarettes, youll find them here.
The cigar wear good and fresh little hight in price for the cigar i got and I know my cigars
A big variety of hooka, lighter, cigars, electronic cigarettes, as well as filters, and staff very friendly, servicial and have knowledge of what they sell, he even recommend me a couple of electronic cigarettes on my visit and I got to say, Im so satisfy with my shopping visit.
Great select of cigars but cigar prices are not competitive. They are 30-40% more expensive than anywhere else in the city.
I transit NY a few times a year reasonable range, helpful staff and if you are from a country that taxes tobacco like crazy the pricing seems so cheap.
Very nice selection for all your smoking needs and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Will be coming back for sure.
It presents as a 14th st smokeshop, but, not-for-nothing, they have a pretty robust cigar selection. I picked up a Rocky Patel Sun Grown Maduro, which was delicious, and would recommend that you do so as well.
Very large selection of products. And good house blend vape juice
The staff was friendly and prompt with service and recommendations. The shop was very clean and inviting.
It close to where I work and the selection is great with a great staff as well very knowledgeable
Excellent blends of pipe tobacco! Very good attention too!
Very nice place! BUT a little bit too pricy a small Mya Hookah usually cost around $50 - $60, in here it cost $89.99
Clean but very limited selection. The pricing was way above normal. Asked for liga Privada, latelier, none. Looked for la aroma de Cuba zip.Dude was hovering and tapping his fingers while helping me. Oh and singing in some foreign language. That just friggin sucked.Never again.
They scammed me on a lighter ($70), 30% more than on line and when it stopped working they offered no help.
Huge variety of items and products. Some I never saw before.
Extremely overpriced. Find the same items online or elsewhere.
Amazing selection.
Always excellent selections
Big selection, a bit overpriced
Expensive
