I purchased three 2021 1oz Silver Libertads from Bullion Exchanges at $55 each. Thats the best price Ive seen anywhere. Checkout was simple, not unlike other online retailers. I shop on several websites as I know where to go for specific coins. They dont have the largest selection, but they do have a decent variety.They are far away from me; all the way in New York with me in Southern California. But I will definitely be back for more Libertads on my next payday!!!I could not have been happier with any other purchase. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

The only reason I shopped the site was to purchase certain advertised coins, they are more expensive than other sites although fairly competitive (a couple dollars or cents a coin goes a long way) anyhow they advertised the specific coins I was looking for. A few days after my order was placed they called saying they didnt have the items I had purchased. There are so many things I could say but I will leave it as borderline bait and switch. Customer service was the bright spot they were nice and refunded me. Overall a colossal waste of my time, i may be taking them off my search list now that they cant be trusted to even have what theyre advertising

I first have to state Jessica in customer service was the only bright spot at this place giving exemplary customer service. Fatima was also friendly at purchase of sale, which was quite substantial.The issues started when Ben promised I would get the delivery latest the following Monday or Tuesday. When I heard nothing by 3pm Tuesday, I had to call their office to follow up. Jessica finally gave me a tracking number it would be delivered Wednesday.UPS didnt deliver, which wasnt Bullions fault. I received a call Thursday stating theyd call back later in the day with a new tracking number. I heard nothing again, so had to call Friday 1pm.The owner, Eric, happened to pick up, but he was so agitated by the entire explanation he called me difficult when I was trying to arrange a new delivery date. He was so flustered by my asking him have his staff communicate from point of sale to the delivery that he became so angered he said hed rather return my wire instead of redelivering, which wasnt my intention.This tells me hes great at receiving payment, but doesnt care once payment has been made and please keep in mind, I had said my delivery wasnt urgent. I thought there couldve been better communication with his staff, so I didnt need to be held captive at my home waiting on delivery via promises from his staff and the continual chasing for updates.In addition, both Ben and Eric tried to bully me into coming in person to carry home over 30lbs of metals. They, clearly, didnt want to ship to my home. I found this truly infuriating and unprofessional by demanding to know why I couldnt carry the metals home myself.I would rather pay more for respectful business practices than doing business with someone, who doesnt seem to need my business or my recommendations. Erics anger was unnecessary and will drive business away.I made certain Jessica knew her boss should never pick up the customer service line again. She apologized profusely for all the issues and I appreciated her professionalism. Its unfortunate as Id planned on buying more metals, but definitely not after this ordeal.

20 coins missing from 100 dollar face value bag of 90 percent silver quarters. It was also shipped loose not in rolls, This alone throws red flag Is you cannot immediately assess what you have properly! No help from management whatsoever. Warned them that they had somebody very dishonest working for them. This doesnt really surprise me now that I am reading the Google reviews. I gave them every opportunity to fix the problem.

His price to buy my bullion has been higher than other shops in the area, by at least a few bucks per item.2. My father left me a military watch that he gave my grandfather circa 1965 and I knew nothing about it. We stopped in to the shop and were given honest and outstanding customer service. While we had no interest in selling the watch, and Bullion Exchanges was not interested in buying the watch, they still took the time to research and discuss this family heirloom with us with integrity and compassion. While no money was exchanged hands, we gave nothing and received copious amounts of good will and human kindness in return.

Went to the store recently and the customer service was trash. The manager seemed to be in a rush for me to buy something or get out. The guy doesn’t even know what he has (or doesn’t have) in inventory when I asked for what brands of 1 oz gold bars he has. Please don’t leave your generic apology comment below, just do better accounting of your inventory and give some dignity to the customer, place is worse than a pawn shop.

Excellent customer service. We visited the shop on W 47th Street with a Vietnam Era military watch. The gentleman behind the counter made it clear that he was not a buyer, but took the time researched the watch and gave us enough information so that we could identify and value the watch in order to make a decision whether to sell or hold.

Purchased a few times successfully before, this time they canceled my order on ebay once bullion prices spiked 40 dollars or so around 5 days after ordering. Made up an excuse about it being a problem with my account when i ordered successfully from them within the last few weeks shady practices not uncommon these days.

Worked with Ben and another lady that were very forthcoming with information. I had a number of gold American eagle coins and some gold necklaces/scrap that my wife was no longer wearing. Unfortunately I sold a few of the coins prior to coming to this store. Ben quoted me a price $31 higher per coin than the previous place I sold them at. You can get his buy and sell prices right off his website and that is the exact amount that I received, no games. I highly recommend dealing with this company.

The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. I am not giving five stars because I had to call the company four times to know the status of my order. The product I ordered was out of stock but I wasn’t informed by anyone until I called. I was offered a replacement and when I called a couple of days later the other product was also out of stock. I was offered a slightly higher priced product for same price as a favor. I will still highly recommend the business although they need to get better at communicating about online orders with customers.

Would not even bother with this place!... Placed an order on 10.3.19 and they took money out of my account on 10.4.19. I also received a confirmation # via email on 10.4.19. Followed up on my order 10.11.19 and I was told the order was cancelled per compliance. I asked to speak w/compliance for an explanation and I was told they did not take phone calls. I asked for a supervisor to see what the problem was and of course they were all busy. After no return phone call from a supervisor I called again and they were all busy again. I never received an explanation why the order was cancelled even though they had my funds for 5 days before reimbursement. I never received an email or a call letting me know they cancelled the order. After my final call I was told it was a internal error on their part and that I could place the order again? Still no phone call from a supervisor! Place is a serious joke....

My transaction couldnt have been smoother. As a first time gold buyer, Ben took the time to explain to me my options and was very helpful. It was obvious he was trying to build a long term relationship, which he did with me. Highly recommended.UPDATE: I went back to Bullion Exchange and Ben once again was there and took great care of me. Not the greatest experience but product was as advertised. Very slow and checks and balances should be faster. I should of went with my gut which is always Apmex or Scottsdale Mint. I was paranoid dealing with bullion exchange.

For in store purchases they charge $25 on top of your order if your purchase is less than $1,000. I didn’t see this advertised anywhere before arriving so the “vault access surcharge” was a huge surprise. Otherwise they were helpful and trustworthy.

Be careful when bringing in coins to sell! The clerk in the store has no idea how to handle precious coins. I brought in a gold proof coin unopened condition directly from the mint. She unprofessionally took out the coin from the capsule and did some tests on the coin and scratching it thru the process. Then the numismatists refused to buy it because its not in mint condition.

Was very disappointed with this company. I placed an order on December 20, and I think cool, this will be here by New Years...well on December 22, they sent me an email telling me that they could not process my order until I sent them a copy of my ID - so I did - even though I was not real comfortable doing that. Well then I got an email saying it would ship on Dec 27..so I waited for the shipping email and never got - so sent them a message asking about, and finally had to call them - on Dec 28, at which point they still could not tell me when this was to ship. So I told them I need to change shipping address bc I was going out of town. They would not let me change the shipping address, so I asked if I could pay an expediting fee to get them out overnight, again they said no. I tried to explain to them that I when I ordered these, they did not tell me about needing more info and was upset that they would not work with me - at which point - the customer service rep hung up on me. Then I called back and they would not answer, so I had another number and called that one. They still would not work with me, they offered to keep my money and hold on to my shipment until I was back in town. At first I was going to do this, but then I realized that they would have both my money and my product for the time I was gone, and I was not comfortable with that. I wanted the product, but if the company is not willing to work with its customers, then I dont trust them, so I cancelled. Ill never deal with them again. They were so rude and just kept saying - all the dates are estimated..I told them if they asked for ID when I checked out, they could have been shipped in a more timely fashion...Ive purchased gold and silver from many places, Ive never been asked to scan my driver license to send them...They just didnt care..but without good customer service, they will lose customers,

I found Bullion Exchanges through the NGC website and went in to submit a coin for grading. Ben took the time to educate me about the market for my coin and when it is and is not worth getting a coin graded. He didnt pressure me either way, I trusted what he was saying, and I found it very helpful. I would definitely go back to get a coin graded or to sell bullion.
