Les Schwab account is so awesome! Needed air in my tires, winter is coming, and they are always so helpful & nice.

We were on vacation and our rental car low air indicator appeared. Les Schwab was just around the corner. They have a free tire check and found a nail. Immediately fixed it and didn’t charge me. What great service and great people! Nice to see these days!!! Thank you Les Schwab!

Brakes totally failed same day of service leaving me stranded on highway with family. Store did not want to send a tow truck and suggested that I try to drive the car back to the shop or get my own towing service. I asked to talk to the manager but it was not permitted. On the bright side, once the vehicle was brought back, employees stayed after hours to fix the issue. They had not fully tightened a bleeder allowing the hydraulic system to suck air, leading to complete brake system failure. This could have been a catastrophe.

We had a bit of a problem when we went in on Tuesday for brake work but Blakely quickly corrected the issue and when we returned today on Saturday for tires we received excellent service and our car was done lightening fast. I truly appreciate their willingness to correct mistakes made and ensuring we are treated right. Thank you Blakely - see yall in about 3-5K miles! :)

One of the best experiences I’ve had in terms of customer service! Gerald was very helpful. I originally called in wanting information on the leveling kit for my truck, and he quickly quoted me a very fair price for the kit and installation. I took the truck in, and halfway through the crew found that the sidewall of one of my tires was leaking air and was splitting. They quickly called me and let me know, and offered to put a free loaner tire on my truck. After talking with my wife, we decided to just put brand new tires on it. Gerald again took the time to quote different options, and talked to me about how it would look in combination with my increased clearance. The process was not pushy, and it seemed like everybody I talked with genuinely cared about not only what I wanted, but the safety of me and my family! I definitely recommend them.Edit (10/6/21):Got a new truck and wanted to put a lift kit on it. Gerald was still working at this store, so I contacted him and asked what they could do for me. He went even more above and beyond than the first time, and worked with me to understand the look and performance that I wanted. He helped find high quality products at the best price point I have ever seen. Could not be happier, and I 100% recommend that you go talk to him if you need any work done!

Brakes froze up, luckily there was a Les Schwab close by. They got us in and taken care of quickly, so we could continue on our journey.

Took battery in, had it tested after I was told I needed a new alternator, bought new battery and it runs very good. Saved me a lot of money

So far, had rear brakes and shocks, and 4 new tires replaced at the Hillsboro location. No issues with that. Shortly after that, the new tires slowly started leaking. TPMS light came on. Eventually took vehicle back to Newberg location and was told it could be due to corrosion rims or weather. Rims, maybe...but the weather has been summer weather with no cold nights. They unmounted all 4 and resealed them. Got the car back and the TPMS sensor light was still on. They told me to drive it for 5 miles and it should turn off. Drove for 11 miles and the light is still on. Took it back and they are still checking them. Im disappointed in Les Schwab. Their customer service seemed more about pushing sales of their rims rather than simply fixing the leak after they put tires on that had not been leaking. Ive been coming here for years and the service has become more about sales than customer service which was why I chose them in the first place. I still remember when they would greet you at your car. Now its like it is a burden when you come inside.

Im giving them kind of a harsh review because Ive repeatedly had undiagnosed worn parts on my suspension and steering system that they should have noticed. Its not the first time theyve given me the green light saying everything is tight and good to drive on, to list a few key points they failed to diagnose my outer tie rod is worn out and is causing vibration in my steering wheel, which is one of the main reasons I went in for an alignment. They also didnt mention that my CV axle boot was torn or that the upper ball joint was worn out and needing replacement. All I ask and expect is that they actually go through everything, write me a quote for what needs to be replaced and not do an alignment when I ask only to do it if everything is in good shape. I still trust them to do a proper alignment and change my tires but beyond that Ill be taking a look myself when it comes to the technical stuff. I now after only a few months have to replace my tie rod and potentially compromise the alignment I paid them $100 to do on my car, rendering their service worthless. Id pay for all of these parts to be replaced by them if they would properly diagnose the worn parts. If youre going to have them do anything beyond alignment or tire replacemen, get a second opinion on your car before you pay them to service your car as they may leave key details out to quickly sell you an unneeded alignment. This isnt the first second or third time they have given me sub par service and I w alont soon be forgetting it. Dont know what they were saying about my brakes being good either considering they have uneven wear and were almost worn down to the backing plate. I hate writing this review because I like supporting local businesses but their quality hasnt improved over any of the amounts of time Ive gone to them for service on my vehicle. Spend your money wisely and be informed.

Took 2002 Chevrolet Suburban in for a rear brake and rotor job. Spent $616.00 to have it done here in Newberg Friday morning. My husband picked up suburban Friday evening drove to our home in Yamhill. I loaded up my 4 kids and a friend of theirs (5 kids in total) got half way to Newberg and realized something is making a funny sound. I drove slower sound persisted. Got to Newberg pulled over again with 5 children in the car only to find out that the lug nuts on the driver rear tire are loose and moving with my fingers! Super angry, frustrated most of all what would have happened had I not been paying attention and pulled over!!! Also, have called Les Schwab many times in side of road (after hours)with no way to even leave a voicemail.

We had wheel and hub trouble while pulling our trailer near Newberg. I called and spoke with Justin on the phone, then pulled the tire and hub off, leaving our trailer on the side of the road unable to be towed. We arrived at the shop, and Justin and the Crew repaired our hub and put our tire on a new wheel in about an hour so we could get back on the road. Thanks so much.

I hadnt been to their store in a long time, but when I brought my truck in needing the tire fixed, they got right on it! Well I was there I asked for an estimate and was blown away at how affordable it was! There was no charge to fix my tire and it was all done with a smile from everybody! I am going back to get the work done!

I went In for a tire rotation today on my way to the beach I heard this bad rattle noise so I pulled over with my family in the car so began to check come to find out that my rear tire lug nuts werent even hand tight so I gave them a call they said to bring the car in they wana look at it 🙃 for the second time the other time was in the hillsboro location where they broke 2 of my studs told me that the car was fine just not to drive fast this people are clowns putting families and other drivers at risk bad service

In the future, when I am asked for my greatest customer service experience, it will be this visit to the Newberg Les Schwab Tire Center.I am from out of town, one. I have never been to a Les Schwab, two. I went in for tire love. Patching leaks, rebalancing, rotating; however, i never expected it all at no charge! Apparently, this is the service guarantee that comes with purchasing Les Schwab tires! It can go without saying, but I shall shout it loudly and proudly, I will be buying all my tires from Les Schwab! You should too! Special shout out to Dustin. The whole team nailed it, but Dustin sent me home. Thank you all for making customer service your greatest priority!

I had a nail in my tire. I brought in and it was repaired and I was on my way in less then a half hour. Great service and no charge no less.

I went in to have my shocks inspected for replacement as one corner was sagging. Just the torsion bar needed to be adjusted and there was no charge. Its also the only place that I buy my tires.

I walked in expecting to leave my car over night. Although I do have to go back this afternoon to have more work done on it, when the part arrives, but they were able to get me right in and get most of the work done. I was treated with respect, they never pushed any extra work on me. My car is old and it shows, but it still runs great and gets me where I need to go. Thank you ladies and gentlemen for taking Care of my car and pushing any extra repairs.

These guys are rock stars!!! My daughter had got in an accident when a truck dropped a metal object on the road. A LEs Schwab delivery truck was out in the field and stopped to help her out change the spare. When I went to change the one out they couldn’t match it exactly so they went the extra mile to find me an alternative. Their added services to take care of the community are worth coming in. I’ll keep giving all my business and support to them! Great job!!!

The only place I will buy my tires! I’ve been to Costco and discount when I lived out of the area and they values policy over service. I just pulled in 5 minutes after close and manager Mike still took care of me. If you live in the greater Newberg area, it is worth your drive to get great service, fast repair, and they go above and beyond!!

So Im standing in Silverton parking lot for maybe 2 minutes to have my tires rotated bought 2 new ones from Newburgh Les Schwab asked for them to be rotated whether the to existing ones that were still in good condition Specifically asked them to rotate them at Newburgh and And brought me the car without that done when I noticed they already had a new vehicle parked in there and wheels off I was not going to sit around for them to fix their mistake... My mistake for trusting anybody but the town I grew up in ..

Schwabs has always taken care of what I needed. Even if they want to take care of it before it ACTUALLY needs to be done.

The service was fine and the tires were fairly priced, and the employees were nice. However, I specifically asked them to take extra care to not scratch my wheels. Its not that difficult of a request. I would gladly pay extra if it takes more time or whatever. Instead, I get my wheels back and they have scratches all the way around the lips on all 4 wheels. It is obviously from the tire machine as it is the exact same scratches all the way around all 4 wheels. I spent hours polishing the scratches out the best I could. Unfortunately, there are still multiple large black scratch marks on my polished aluminum wheels. These were flawless before with pictures to prove it.On top of that, they charged me for rebuilding my tpms sensors when the wheels do not even have tpms sensors in them.Pay extra attention next time guys.

Good quality service. Just make sure to check your car afterwards. The management is good and theyve been known for quality service. People do make mistakes though and they dont always get mentioned to the service writer. They are accountable if nothing else though so id say its worth the money for their services.

My husband and I went in yesterday to swap his tires for a set he had purchased that morning from a third party. We were there from noon until six. Now we usually get great service here and don’t typically have problems. The long wait wasn’t an issue they are currently undergoing renovations and with the weather getting warmer people are rushing in to get their studded tires removed. When my husband bought the tires he did a thourough inspection and there were no issues with them what so ever. Once they had started putting the new tires on the rims they called my husband and said there was an issue. So he walked over to the office and they said the tires were no good and they couldn’t mount them. So he went over to where the tires were and there were large chunks of rubber missing from the beads. While he was over there he saw the tires they had removed from the rims and there were chunks of rubber missing from them as well. We told them the tires were not like that when we bought them. They basically just shrugged and said we got a bad deal on those tires and there wasn’t anything they could do. Those tires were perfectly fine when we bought them and there’s no way that the tires that were on the truck were like that either. I understand that mistakes happen but they never admitted to us that they had done anything wrong and simply said we “got a bad deal on those tires” They did offer to sell us a used set that they had at a discount but they were highway tires as opposed to the off-road tires that we had brought in. Without the option of using our new tires or even the option of putting our own tires back on we took their offer and went home. When we have always had such great service this experience was just very disappointing.

Wow seriously really impressed with this les Schwab. I’ve been to at least 10 different locations and this one is in a class of its own. I believe the ladies name was Hannah, she took in my requests and did everything herself from inspection, work, and the invoice bravo! Give this person a raise.

Dont expect sudden service like the old days. I did brake service an asked them to fix tire while they had tires off. Watched service rep hand write instructions down. Apon paying bill I asked what was in the tire.. oops we didnt do it..so 45 mins later. In fairness Saturdays are busy days for them ...

Took my 4x4 in for an alignment, they quoted me 1800 dollars. Said I needed a lot of new parts, including new hubs. I just had new hubs installed. Cant believe they tried to rip me off.

I had the privilege of being present when Jared, the manager, dropped what he was doing to serve a young man in need. He had blown a tire and damaged his car. Jared came out in the rain, in the dark, and with the tools to serve this kid to get him home safely. It is leaders like this that we need in our community and I am proud of the skills he displayed and the kind of business they conduct at Les Schwab Newberg! We are loyal customers!

We recently took our trailer to have the bearings serviced before we left on a vacation . We were quoted $160 to pack the bearings.While removing the seals to get to the bearings they bent the seal. The only options they gave us were to pay for a new axle ($500+)or pay for new seals that were going to cost upwards of $600+. Not once did they offer to split the cost or give us any sort of discount for their mistake.Very disappointed in how we were treated. I have been a long time customer and will not be recommending them and not taking my business back to them.

Went to go and try and fix my car after it went into a curb at 60mph. They told me they could fix it, kept it in the shop for 2-3 days, Kept calling Up saying “oh it needs this part, and this part, and this part”I took it in and it was pulling to the left with the tire rubbing, 2,000$ later finally got the car back and guess what, still pulled to the left with the tire rubbing.. took it to another mechanic and they told me it had a BENT FRAME they never once said it had a bent frame. Not to mention they took advantage of my elderly father and still made him pay money for a new set of tires. Never going back there again.

Not happy with the service I received today. I was told it would be a three to three and a half hour wait. Five hours later we left with only have of the job done. Sorry guys we will find a different tire shop to go to.

I chose 3 stars as I have had reasonable service before, however there are a few experiences that leave a bad taste in my mouth.I went here with my 2013 Subaru WRX about a year ago, as I was doing a lot of moving tires between different sets of wheels.One day when I had them remount and balance a newer set of tires, I come back to pick up my car and I am informed that the TP sensors (Tire Pressure) arent linking properly to the cars computer.The person who I was supposed to pay didnt seem to think twice about letting me drive off the lot with a job half-finished. There wasnt a solution offered, a possible cause to the issue, literally no explanation or support plan.I could have left that day paying full price for their service, with only a portion of the task finished.I insisted that they have another member of their staff try again to link the sensors to the car. Less than 5 minutes later the sensors were linked and the job was done. Im glad the problem was solved efficiently, and I am thankful for that. However I was very frustrated that the person at the desk had no backup plan, or even bothered to try and upsell me a new set of working sensors (even though mine worked all along).Im sure this was a case of the first tech that tried just didnt quite get it right, I imagine its a wireless system that predates even bluetooth. Im sure its prehistoric and difficult to work with. Regardless, no shop should try and charge full price for a job half-done.

This place is nice, as soon as I got here, one of the employees ran to me and asked if I needed help, I said yes I have a puctured tire so he took my car and fixed it as fast as he could. And the service inside is also great...

Went in to get tire pressure checked & the gentleman working there said that each tire was down 7lbs from I had my my tires rotated...the dealer that rotated the tires did not put air in them after they rotated them. Good catch Les Schwab!!

Nothing but stellar service every time I go in to the Newberg location. I recently had sidewall damage to one of the tires on my wifes Lexus and of course it was beyond repair. Expecting a $200 bill for anothertire I was pleasantly surprised when they handed me the keys and told me they set me up with a new tire at no charge. Thank you again for your awesome service guys and thank you Mike for answering all my question regarding my last set of tires and wheels for my new Tacoma it looks awesome!!

Great place to have work done on your car from Battery snow chains to having airbags installed front end alignments and of course new tires and rims.

Did my alignment which seemed fine. Come to find out my steering rack boots are twisted so much they are torn in multiple spots! I dont know how you over look that or how you even do that! And this is on my show car and they were brand new before I took it here..

Took my 08 Prius to the Newberg Schwab yesterday, got some good tires put on and returned today for a brake job but came home without the new brakes because I may have as much as a hundred thousand miles of service left on my brakes. The brakes man knows what he is doing! (Just saying)

I asked them to put on my tie chains when purchasing new tires to make sure they were all there and that they fit. They refused. I also wanted to return my studded snows after a week and they also refused. The service was however quick.
