An amazing spot to start the day at. We came here on our first morning in Newberg and it was so good and welcoming that we had to come back. The coffee is amazing, not too sweet just a great balanced taste of their add ons and the actual coffee. The pastries are fresh homemade baked daily. The quiches were great too. I’m overall our favorite place for early morning coffee 😄

My favorite place to get a coffee for my road trips to the beach. Ive never had a bad coffee drink here. I love all choices they have!

Stopped here in the middle of a long bike ride. Ordered a latte, a cookie, and a cup of fresh fruit. Latte was excellent, cookie was good, fruit was truly fresh. They have a nice outside area. The place has a good feel. That’s the way to run a coffee shop!

This is a lovely little coffee spot in downtown Newberg. Coffee was really good and they offered very pleasant outdoor seating for our group of four. The service was friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back when were in Newburgh again.

I really cant believe Ive lived here for 2 years and never been to this place! I went for my first time last week, and have already been 3 times! My favorite is the turkey club sandwich and the drinks are delicious. I love that we can support local and get yummy food for breakfast or lunch! All of the staff is always kind as well which makes this place super sweet as well :-)

The service was fast, the food was tasty. Everyone was kind and extremely respectful of sanitation and social distancing. The space was adorable! I couldnt have picked a better morning spot to start our anniversary vacation. Featured: Iced MD Snickers with coconut milk and dark chocolate. Earl Grey Tea, Two signature breakfast wraps and salsa (meat and veggie) and a red, white & blue scone.

My goodness the scones were gigantic and fresh from the oven. Coffee was solid. Its a friendly neighborhood spot, larger than it looks at first.

Great in house roasted coffee, teas and smoothies to go along with some yummy pastries and gluten free treats. If you want something more substantial they have a nice sandwich/wrap selection. Several vegetarian selections as well. Freshly roasted bulk coffee beans are available as well.

My wife and I go on weekend drives and this is one of our mandatory stops. Good coffee, food and atmosphere. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

Coffee Cottage is a Newberg OR staple! Friendly staff, good coffee, and the food in the café building is always pretty darn good. Highly recommend even if youre just stopping through - Drive thru is usually pretty steady and prompt.Try the Raspberry+White Mocha latte iced or the Rosie which is Green tea, grapefruit, ( and honey, I think!?) With a splash of lemonade!

One of my favorite places to take a load off and read a good book. Coffee is superb and menu is sufficient for any coffee connoisseur.

A must go to coffee stop !My wife and I are new to Newberg and tried this place out for a coffee date and was very impressed how friendly and cute it is . We will definitely be back to get lunch .They had a warm covered patio seating with heat lamps and is up to standards with covid precautions and provide great friendly atmosphere and service . I am very impressed and happy you’re only a few blocks away :)

So good! I love the staff in the drive thru they always are friendly and so happy to help me out. The marionberry scone is a masterpiece worthy the trip!

Staff is very friendly. A cute little place to sit outside and have a bite to eat and a cup of coffee. The scones are pretty good, not sure if they make some of the food there or not but tasted like it (good). The coffee was average, foam didn’t seem right. The person making the espressos seemed a little bit messy. Other than that, I had a very nice experience 😊.

Amazing service and people! The coffees great and if you like something different they have smoothies and other non caffeinated drinks. They also have a fairly large selection of scones and other small snacks. Its been recently REMODELED too!

The best part of this coffee shop is the seating, both indoors and outdoors you can find a place to sit and unwind. This is just a fabulous coffee shop in Newberg, OR. The back yard is filled with outdoor tables and chairs, nestled into a gorgeous landscape oasis. Coffee is good as is price point. However, the BIG thing about this coffee shop is that their baked goods are just phenomenal!!! Try any of their scones - particularly the marionberry and the rosemary & lavender. This is the only place to get coffee and baked goods in the Oregon wine country!

I got seasonal smoothie and spinach ricotta quiche. The smoothie was delicious! And the quiche had a nice flaky crust

It’s so cute here! My friend and I spent a few hours there while I was visiting the area. We shared a delicious lunch and yummy chai teas. They have lots of seating for doing your work or reading. Yuppie coffee with a millennial price. Tastes good. Often frequented by a variety of characters from the community. Close by is George Fox University and a lot of students frequent this place. Im not original when ordering as I always get a mocha, but they can handle frilly orders too. Very pleasant staff and quaint diggs.

The coffee was great and my son liked the hot chocolate. The best part was the super friendly guy at the counter. He loved his job and you could tell. Also the really cool boarder that is made of lots of things was a hit with my son. He was so into checking it out. The book selection is amazing too. My son read alot of books, while I was having my meeting.

Sandwich was just okay, service is incredibly slow. 34 minutes from the time I walked in the door until I walked out with one sandwich.

Came here to support a local shop and hopefully find a new friendly spot to bring my family on my days off. I came in with my son at 7am and the two guys working were way too busy with their personal conversation to acknowledge me. I had to get their attention and initiate the order process myself. After experiencing their lack of interest in anything that I wanted to order, I elected not even to order coffee. How can I trust a barista to craft a coffee with excellence if they dont seem to have any passion for their product or their customers? So I ordered two types of scones (since I read online these were house made). I had to remind the barista immediately after ordering which scones I wanted. He was so disinterested. My transaction was completed without a thank you or any acknowledgement.Im sure that your coffee can be good, but I wouldnt trust the staff to go anywhere near the espresso machine without proper training on the basics of customer service. Managers should hire a team that is passionate about coffee and people.

Very cute place to relax and enjoy a treat. It is pricey so definitely only a once in awhile thing for me personally. They feature peoples art and have their own postcards and cards as well. Good variety of drinks and plenty organic options. You can also buy coffee beans from them as well. I also appreciate the single bathroom rather than stalls.

Excellent coffee and the scones are to die for. Get your drink with extra shots and half sweet because the espresso is so good, you won’t need syrup to mask the flavor.

I arrived 10 minutes before opening on a Sunday...they still served me...best customer service at a coffee shop in my experience...EVER!

Love love love this coffee cottage. I drove through often on my way into McMinnville, and sometimes have the time to stop in their cottage section and just relax. Everything is fresh brewed, including their tea (and I LOVE their chai spiced tea with hemp milk - brewed from their own loose leaf). Its so Oregon, and its just awesome.

Good choc chip scone, good coffee and cappuccino. Had the adult grilled cheese on a bagel and it was nice and hot, crispy and good flavor. I definitely recommend going here and trying it out. Super pleasant staff.

Good local coffee shop with lots of extra in terms of food. The coffee was tasty and inexpensive. I just had drip, none of the fancy drinks. The drip coffee came with a free refill too. I went to the coffee shop to meet with a couple friend and have a talk, but all of the tables inside were taken. Ur want that pleasant to spend a January afternoon outside, but the staff came and turned on the patio heaters, so that helped fight off a bit of the cold.

This is my absolute go to coffee place in Newberg/Dundee. If you need coffee quickly, they have a drive through option which is very fast. The coffee cottage space is super cute and cozy; great for meeting up with friends or getting some work done. The staff is always friendly and the coffee and food are always delicious! I highly recommend their breakfast too.

My son & I meet for breakfast once a week in Newberg before his classes. We like this bistro. It has a super patio, and a real quiet atmosphere. The quiche, IMHO, is average at best, but they have a nice selection of muffins, scones, bagels & rolls. Lots of coffee choices, & free refills, if you purchase 16 oz.

Ive become a bit of a coffee geek in the past year. I like my beans locally and freshly roasted and ground. At home I grind the beans myself and use an aeropress so I can brew exactly to my liking. When I get coffee away from home, I am usually disappointed. Coffee cottage didnt let me down. I got their Christmas blend brewed coffee and was really pleasantly surprised. It was delicious. We also sampled two of the quiches and a couple of sandwiches. All of the food was really good. I love this place.

You know when you go to local coffee shops, order a drink, drive away, and realize the drink isnt up to your standards (aka good)? This has happened at all of the coffee stands I like, except the cottage. They make the best drinks in the area- only problem is they are only in PF. The employees are always sweet. The selection of drinks and things to eat is good. I like that they have a drive thru, as well as a cafe that you can go in and hang out. I feel really empowered when I read the sayings on the coffee lids- until the coffee is gone and I realize Im back at square one.

Stopped through passing by. It was a deliberate visit. This was a favorite and a must stop for my late fathers trip to the coast. My decision was not only sentimental, but culinary as well. Great coffee and will now be a tradition for me. On top of that, I would much rather support a small town business with a superior product than a megabucks chain with an inferior product.

Asked for whipped cream in my coffee and she puts enough for me to slurp it off the top. Soooooooo yummy!

Great place to drop in when visiting the Pacific city area. Lots of antique shops and cute boutiques. We had lunch there and also dropped by the ice cream parlor on the same block.
