Always great service ! Coffee delicious! Absolutely recommend it!

I’ve stopped by about 3xs this week and thinking that may e since the weather is getting better they would have supplies as they portray in their menu. But no they don’t even leave a note or let customers know before ordering that they currently don’t have those items.! I just don’t understand how ??

Oh my God and yes all of this I must say oh my God Baskin-Robbins Dunkin donuts Broadway Newburgh New York 12550 squad working the 6 to 7:30 shift on Thursday August 19th 2021 they did a good job taking down my order they only got one mistake which was toasting the bagel it is uncommon for someone to not want the bagel toasted I guess but that is understandable but understandable mess up Im only giving five stars still because of how greatly they handled the situation within the store how easily it was to speak and be understood and how easy it was to know that they wanted to do their best to get my order right thank you keep doing your best.

I went inside this store to get an iced coffee. I waited in line for 15 min and no one took my order, there was only one other costumer in front of me. Once the customer in front of me received their order it took 10 minutes for someone to come when I asked if someone could help me and told me to keep waiting because they were busy. Ridiculous service.

Friendly staff! One young lady informed me of a special with the prepackaged ice cream that was really great!

They are always out of every kind of Ive cream. The service is good and the people are very nice its just hard being at the drive through with a few small kids and they dont have any flavor theyre asking for.

Very upset with this location. They never have cappucino blast or they will say it is close. I have literally gone by every day of the week around 6pm and they always say Baskin-Robbins is closed early because of some cleaning.

I love the fact you can get more than just vanilla or chocolate there

Didnt get ice cream, its actually inside Dunkin donuts so dont look for a stand alone baskin Robbins. They have already made ice cream cakes there as well as bedding able to get a bowl or cone.

Good good coffee and Ice cream....just run out of donuts too early
