This place is awesome! Your able to choose from many flavors of frozen yogurt, and add tens of toppings! This is a great place to go for a delicious treat every once in awhile.

I went to a place similar to this in Missouri a few years ago and I loved it so I wanted to give this a try. Their selection of frozen yogurt and toppings is phenomenal and the prices are pretty decent.

Possibly the best frozen yogurt ever. I usually do mango froyo with raspberry turtles, cheesecake pieces and gummy bears.

The process is fool proof... Sanitize, gloves, wait for your turn, pour, toppings, & DONE! I love bringing my daughter to the Newburgh, NY location she gets so excited Everytime and the offers I get every week make it totally worth it!

This place was filthy when I walked in, there were sprinkles on the floor yogurt all over the floor near the machines and the floor was sticky. Everything in their looked like a hot mess. Very disappointed.

Let me start this review by saying that my family and I are connoisseurs of frozen yogurt. We stop at every new, fancy yogurt place we findThere are lots of great ones out there, or at least thats what we thought....until we visited SweetFrog . The new era of frozen yogurt has arrived!The yogurt was so creamy, made with quality ingredients . If wed known how yummy this yogurt was, wed have skipped lunch altogether and had SweetFrog for lunch!

The staff are always friendly and the shop is always clean.The best deal is to go on Monday when you can get a small for a single price regardless of the weight. Its a great deal.I would give them 5 stars, but they took away the free water dispenser. It was a great perk to this location that had free water.

Great variety of flavors and soft serve ice cream treats some of which are dairy free, vegan, sugar free, and/or gluten free.

Ive been here twice so far. The first experience was great the ice cream was good, second experience they had just cleaned the machines but the peanut butter ice cream was sour. Will definitely return in the future.

So disappointed lately. Their staff have been inattentive and somewhat rude. The one thing they had that stood out above all others was their whip cream and any more it’s just runny and ruins the overpriced cup of ice cream.

Hoopla is a very clean happy joyful environment its always filled with lots and lots and lots of choices of frozen yogurt thats very fresh. You can taste any of the yogart flavors before you buy it which makes it very fun. I always feel like Im on vacation when I go in the hoopla store. Im so happy its in my city.

My sons love this place. There are so many flavors to choose from.There are toppings galore. They are always making sure the toppings are not commingled. The place is clean.

This used to be Hoopla but is now Sweet Frog. They have sample cups so you can try different flavors before making your final choice. There are lots of toppings to choose from. Staff was very nice.

Nice, tasty selection of yogurt. A lot of yummy toppings. Young lady was nice and helpful. The establishment was clean as well as the bathroom. Plan to go back, especially now with the summer coming.

Visited Sweet Frog this week and was disgusted at the condition it. The smell coming from the yogurt machines, smelt like bad milk. The entire place was filthy and the workers were just standing around. MY shoes were actually sticking to the floor. Absolutely awful conditions.

Variety and set up is great for a small place. Interesting flavors. Daughter and her friend enjoyed themselves. Would definitely go back

Awesome customer service!!! Very involved in community projects, they hosted a Girl Scout event for us to teach our girls about running a business!! A++++ They always have great deals & discounts also!!!

Most of their selections were way too sweet for my family and friends. I used to go to the Yogen Fruit in Buffalo when I lived there, they had unsweet and more healthier choices but I couldnt find the same things at here...(sadly).. Wish they had some low sugar ice creams to down the sugar level from their other choices.If you like to taste a box of sugar, I recommend here but otherwise, youll experience the most sugar-full tastes youve had from other regular ice creams.. Ill visit once again soon, hopefully theyll upgrade their selections .

Yummy yummy yummy. Flavors are awesome, esp. Dole Swirl and Spiced Brownie. We topped with Boba, chocolate chips, sprinkles, nerds and so mich more. Very reasonable too!!

The lowfat Peanut butter and cake batter ice cream is packed with yum! I like that you can put blueberries on top or chocolate or ...there are many choices. You cant get that at a regular icecream stand.The only downfall is the music and the bathroom. The music should be more neutral for everyone. Like Starbucks. The bathroom needs to be cleaned regularly and more hooks to hang a bag from and towels. I hate only an air dryer.

Froyo is great, but todays visit at noon, was met with empty toppings( told they ran out of some, and didnt offer to refill other). Floors were extremely sticky, and several froyos were unavailble, as well. Usually a great place to go, hoping it was just a bad day.

I was in there with my 6 year old daughter and there was a young girl behind the counter playing extremely offensive music with the word F*** and N****r said more then 15 times in one song. This place is not age appropriate for young kids. The girl behind the counter was told by several parents to get this music off and she refused and all she could say is it is Pandora, if you dont like it leave! Not only did she loose my business but quite a few other peoples.

Whenever they have the Valencia Orange, this is the greatest place on earth! And even if they dont theres some good mixes.
