I give Mirabelli 5 stars. Vehicle broke down on Rt. 9 in a bad spot with even worse drivers. I called Mirabelli and they had a tow truck out and took me and my kid off the dangerous route within 20 minutes. Before coming I asked if they can fix the vehicle and they said they would. Tow driver was great, car was fixed the next day. It was a pleasure to pay the bill. Very fair price too.

Shamar was awesome! What a life saver. I called her from Boston for help with a stranded family member outside of Hartford. She had a driver on site within 10 minutes and kept me on the phone so I could hear that everybody was alright. I told that she didnt need to do all of that, but she said that my piece of mind was important. ..What a kind and special person.

Their receptionist is very rude and has a nasty attitude. She talks in a condescending manner and has no sense of customer service skills. I understand that people go through things but learn to put your personal feelings aside and treat everyone with respect and care. Especially when the person is responding to a letter that YOU sent them.

The guys here are great - wish I remembered the name of the shop manager I dealt with. I needed the left front wheel bearing of my Acura pressed out and they were willing to do it for $30 if I brought them the steering knuckle. Saved me $300-400 vs. bringing my car to any mechanic

AWFUL. AWFUL, AWFUL. They were lying in wait on the Berlin Turnpike when my daughter hit a road hazard. Mirabelli told her they had to tow her car even though we had AAA. They said they work with AAA and we would get reimbursed. Lie. They took her car 11 PM Saturday night and we got it Monday morning around 11 AM $250 CASH! Thieves and attitudes. Wouldnt even let her get her books for school Monday morning unless she paid. Advice would be if they have to tow you, just have them tow you to the nearest place and then call AAA where the service is good and the employees are helpful. I would never ever use them or recommend them to anyone.

Asked for a copy of a receipt from not even 4 days ago when I went and paid a tow fee. Never had to answer so many questions just to get a copy. Not only was the receptionist rude but also condescending. I get that they may deal with people that have no sense but when one does they still treat them like theyre dumb or something. Then as the other employee has the copy of the receipt in his hands he asks how much did you pay? I tell him anyways but come on why ask if youre looking right at it?? What shouldve took maybe a few minutes turned into 10 min of feeling like seriously why am I being asked so many questions?
