Truckers!!! Don’t call this business for a road call. They are cheats, dishonest, almost criminal! They waited three months to slip in their inflated invoice on a road call where their tech was incompetent but spent 4 hours looking and couldn’t find anything. Thought it was a serious electrical problem when at Freightliner they found it was just the F10 fuse. Reported to the BBB.

My car was towed to West Hill upon recommendations I saw/heard. NEVER AGAIN! And it looks like someone else had the same exact issue as me. I needed a battery. He put a $245. battery in my car, without my permission, not one phone call! He had no idea if I had the money for that!! I tried calling and talking to him like the adult I am and found out I’m dealing with a child. He would not get on the phone when I called and my calls were never returned. Please don’t waste your time or your very hard earned money on this place. I tried to keep my business within Newington, thinking I could help a small business in my town. I helped them alright! Lesson learned!

This is a fraudulent company. Stay away if you want to save your money and equipment.

I had an emergency situation with an overheating radiator and Mike and his crew were wonderful to work with. Highly recommend their business.

West hill Auto was wonderful to me they are Fair & Honest! The people who work there awesome very kind and Helpful I will go them again check them out there arent that many places like them

Dont call for road service for truck. They give price 125$ per hour. But charge more money. I did call for my truck. Work 1 house but charge me 585$

These guys are absolute cheats. My sons car was towed to the West Hill garage after a small accident. I spoke to the owner about repairs and we agreed on a price to repair all the mechanical and cosmetic damage. They promised the car would be ready in a week, it took several weeks and numerous phone calls before they said the car was ready.When I went to pick up the car, I drove it and the motor was violently twisting under the hood, a broken motor mount. Obviously, they never even test drove the car after it was fixed. The car was totally undriveable and unsafe. Then they had the nerve to tell me that the broken motor mount was unrelated to the accident, so I had to pay for that repair, a pure scam.I would have taken these cheats to small claims court but work and home responsibilities would have prevented me from doing so. Avoid these guys like the plague. Amazing that they can even stay in business.

Owner of that towing company is a liar, he will estimate the job at one price and will bill you at different rate, my estimate for towing was $175 an hour (same as other towing shops in the aria) estimate 2 hour job, charge was $275 an hour total of almost $1000, avoid this scum bag at all cost!

West Hill fixed my truck after I was sideswiped. After a few months the paint on the bumper and fender started to bubble, chip and peel. Was obviously incorrectly painted the first time as subsequent to them repairing it, it hasnt since. Then started noticing squeaking and rattling underneath which my own mechanic described as one of the poorest weld jobs he had seen. Paid him a few bucks instead of the frustration of having to deal with West Hill again. Two-star rating only because they were pleasant in initially dealing with them.

My sunglasses went missing after a tow and car was keyed. My complaint was not resolved by the owner.

They have worst customer service thay dont no how treet customers before doing my truck job thay said I get charged 125$ for hourly its ends up 850 when I asked them u guys work hardly 1hr how its ends up 850$ I got answer I get charged port to port their shop is just 5 miles away from me bca they in traffic so I have to pay for it when just give me one answer hwy are empty this time which traffic u guys stuck no ans start behaving badly so guys just ready when u call them its ends up bigg surprise

Do not trust them, they will charge you twice more than you are expected at first time.

Criminal would be a good term to describe their business practices. Had my car towed there. It was in pretty rough shape, so I was just going to junk it/donate it. They persuaded me to get an estimate. After waiting a week, it was too expensive, so I returned to my original plan to donate it.When Im waiting to release it, they doubt that Ive paid the diagnosis, dont pick up the call from tow company who wants to take it to be donated, charge me storage and never contacted AAA and want to charge me for the towing. Fine, whatever, just take my credit card and max it out.

Absolute rip off. Charged 130$ for a 1 mile tow and 400 dollars for a partial replacement of a breakline. Extremely rude on the phone and never returned my phone call as they said they would to let me know the price they came up with, responding no one called you? Wouldnt have my car towed there or have work done there if it were the only garage in town. Save your money and go somewhere were you wont get ripped off.

Mike Camillo the owner is a thief and a liar. He cheated me out of $40k in unpaid rent and trashed my West Hartford property after I was forced to evict him. Im sure he treats his customers (victims) even worse.

Short version: RUN AWAY FROM THEM AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!Heres what happened:Our truck broke down near them, 3 miles, they towed it in for $750.00 ($250 per mile).They overcharged us on parts, claimed we needed to rebuild the engine (even thought the problem was turbo charger). For 2 weeks we couldnt convince them to leave the engine alone.Driver was paying motel during this time because they called the police on him to distance him from the truck so they could do and say whatever they wanted, without anyone being there to confirm or deny their lies. Finally, they figured they will rip us off without fixing the engine.. they called and said hey everything is fine with the engine actually, no need to fix it. Then they gave us a $8,000 bill to pay and said they dont take credit cards, its cash only. We had no other choice but to pay.The owner never answered the phone during the two weeks, I have called and asked for him about 5 days a day.On top of everything, several months later the same turbo they installed for us for $8,000 died. They said they provide no warranty and they didnt even want to help us get manufacturer warranty (1 year) by simply telling us who they bought the turbo from so we could go after the manufacturers warranty.My name is Igor Radicanin, I live in Berwyn, IL and if anyone wants any details on them, email me. This westhill towing company left me stranded i called dispatch for a tow they told me that the driver wa going to call me to make the towing arrangement they never called me back and left me stranded loosing a days work.this is the first time I call west hill.and it will be the last .terrible business practice.NEVER AGAIN!

Had car trouble on 84, and they quickly fixed the problem with no hassle, and they were nice!
