Although i luv the prices and items at the Newington store, they could make the shopping experience much much better by adding prices to the merchandise. No one wants to visit a store only to find that the items do not have prices on them. The customers should not have to track down a price checker to confirm a price on an item *especially when one of the price checkers is not working*. However, the staff is very nice and the store is very clean. The cashiers are fast and nice as well.

Not exactly thrill here they need to watch their self pricing more and maybe have bigger shelf numbers so that you can actually make sure that the product pricing matches or at least put prices on the product which they fail to do at times and they often run of things that are on sale although I sometimes wonder if they even got the merchandise in I ended up paying $8 more for something then the price on the Shelf because supposedly it was in the wrong place

Not busy, employees were busy putting out stock. Clearance items should be marked or a scanner should be available to check prices.

I wander through here sometimes when my girls are looking at Fabrics next door at Joanns. This place has a little bit of everything from clothing to food to Basic Hardware to cleaning supplies to furniture. The staff ranges from friendly to indifferent, just like it any place. The store could use a decent cleaning but overall seems like a good place to shop. Prices in general look to be very good. Plenty of parking in the large parking lot in the plaza.

I really like this Big Lots. Its very organized and neat. It doesnt have a lot but it has a good amount of everything. We looked at furniture, specifically mattresses. They had very good options at a very good price. They had a very good deal with delivery. They even have an option to deduct right for my payroll if I would like to do something like that. I really was impressed with the service from Brenson, hope thats his name or Im saying it wrong and sorry, but he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be going back to speak with him and do business. Keep up the great work and I wish there would be more store reps like u.

This location is good for inexpensive and attractive homegoods or furnishings, some foodstuffs and especially seasonal items. Checkout could go smoother with better staffing but few complaints overall.

I never been to Big lots before. My experience here was good. They have a few hidden gems.

I really like their small home decore section. Theyve also expanded their food section to include a refrigerated section. Also great for smaller everyday items.

I honestly love shopping here they always have great prices and amazing deals. The staff is always helpful and easy to find.

Got some great deals the entire store was 20% off and it made the deals even better always find something your looking for even if you wasnt going there looking for it. Big Lots has deals on many items which you will not get anywhere. There are good number of deals on furniture items as well. We went there to buy trolleys and are very much satisfied with the product. We wouldnt have got that item anywhere for that price.

Plenty of stuff on Sale and too many nice things to look at

I went looking for a pot for a plant, didnt find that but there were other excellent deals.

Cramped, tight aisle, empty displays here and there. Out of some items. Not handicapped friendly. Prices are great, special are super.

Big lots is ok. Not like it used to be. Furniture looks good but not made good. Food stuff is mostly over priced.

Never find anything here worth buying. Its always cheaply made products. I went in once trying to buy a sofa they had on extreme discount. I thought the original price seemed fair and that the sale price was a steal. When I showed up at the store and looked at the sofa I determined that the discounted price seemed like the original price. It looked like it would fall apart if I sat on it. Would recommend shopping elsewhere.
