It sounds like I had the same poor experience so many others have. I placed an order 7/2020 online for a shirt, hat, and mystery box. The owner is related to a good friend of mine, so I wanted to give him my business. 8/2020 rolls around and nothing arrived, so I emailed Customer Service. They never responded to my email. So I waited until 9/2020 and emailed again, no response. I ended up reaching out to them on Instagram and explained what happened. They were apologetic and assured me they would check and get my package sent out. Eventually they stopped responding after multiple attempts, so I emailed one more time in March of 2021 and they never responded (again). AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

1 star would be perfect for this review, but we’ll play nice and give 3, because to be honest their merch is one of a kind and dope. Shopped in person first and we fell in love with their merch. Unfortunately, they have very limited sizes on racks and just not very customer service friendly to explain their store, concept or merchandise (should’ve known - red flag). Absent mindedly - Ordered items on their site 7/25 because of sizes, waited a couple weeks because let’s be real small businesses may take more time to get orders out - I was giving the benefit of the doubt at that point. Never received any shipping info a couple weeks later and finally emailed them. 1 week goes by, no response. Sent a second email, no response. Filed a claim with PayPal - THANK GOD I PAID WITH PAYPAL. They FINALLY responded DAYS LATER (in the meantime also messaged on Insta where they also have been posting daily, but can’t respond to emails, messages, PayPal claims? Odd?) asking what I ordered or if I wanted a refund. At this point I just wanted my money back for the headache. I was hesitant to post anything until I saw other buyers reviews with the same issues. Why would you ask what I ordered if you can look up orders by customer names as I saw in a response you submitted to another review? 2 months later messing with PayPal and the seller - finally getting my money back. Just wish y’all would realize social media is a great platform to get your name out there and sell your business BUT your customers are the reason you have an open business. Keep up with your emails and messages on every platform if you wish to be so successful. Y’all got this ✌🏼

My parents ordered a tshirt for my husband on 6/16/21. It was supposed to be a birthday gift for him in July. July comes and goes with nothing. My parents tried calling & sending an email to see what the deal was and had no response. So I began calling, emailing, DMing on multiple social media platforms… I got 2 sporadic responses on Instagram saying “oh so sorry what was it that was ordered” and then it would be another 1-2 weeks before another response (meanwhile they’re posting their own pictures to their account so it’s not like they’re inactive or not checking) It is now 8/24/21 and there is still no shirt. I wish I would have read the other reviews before telling my parents to order the shirt - this is absolutely ridiculous, horrible customer service, seems like an absolute scam, and I definitely will never order anything from here again.

Also waiting on product! I have purchased from this company at small events in the past with a good experience. However, I purchased a $100 gift card online in April and have yet to receive it (its June!). Even with multiple messages emails etc., and a promise to make it right, the owner failed to respond. Disappointed. 👎 Just want my $100 back!!!

I placed a order 4/30/21 me and my lady paid for our merchandise and here it is going on August and I still havent received my order yet and I have reached out to them and nothing still Im getting the run around I live in Indy trying not to drive back to the store but this poor customer service guess I might have to

If you haven’t read the reviews the company is a scam. They take your money and never give you the product, it gets “lost” i bough under a different name to surprise my husband with a hat, he’s from the area.... and apparently it was never placed. What?

This man is a great man he is also the guy who has helped out so many brands including my own witch is shadow network so yes there is times when things might look like there is a problem but at the same time we all know Jay banks is not the problem he has been good to all of us so keep that in mind

This Fraud Stole my Money as well. Ordered in May was charged full amount to credit card. Called and emailed many times to No answer. Don’t recommend you all take the risk and shop here, go to a different local shop.Hey man I see you said you would ship the shirts 2 weeks ago now when should I expect them to show up?

This company stole my money! I’ve called them, emailed them, and left dozens of messages! First it was they were moving locations, then he told me he’d send it right away. Long after Covid 19 slowed down and mail was back delivering they never shipped me anything. It’s been over four months. I’ve yet to receive my order I placed and was charged for in February!! There crooks and I promise I’ll be hiring a lawyer!

Ordered a shirt for my daughter over a month ago, he said give him a week to get the shirts in because he didn’t have her size and he would print it. Can’t get a return call have stopped by twice at this point I want my 30$ back 😡
