Always stocked, fresh fruit and vegetables every time I go, lines never noticed long but I use self check out & they never are backed up..Employees are great especially Starbucks and customer service desk..Kroger brand just as good as any... only thing I would say is bathroom needs more attending to... but I get it..I worked at target years ago the bathroom was impossible to stay up with..

The pizza place inside Krogers always has burnt pizza. Ask to see the bottom of the pizza. It was so burnt it was impossible to chew through. I have brought this to the employees attention each time. However, nothing is ever done. I also enjoy the chicken dinners but the greenbeans are raw and the mac & cheese nasty. I was told by numerous employees they wanted to switch to one brand (Home Chef) for everything and that all customers hate the change. Listen to your employees Krogers! They deal more with the general public.

There is only 1 soap dispenser in the bathroom. Its not even in the middle of the 3 sinks. Literally waited for 5 minutes for someone to stopFixing their hair so I could wash my hands... Come on, add more please.

This seems like one of the largest Krogers in in terms of the area. They do have Pharmacy Marketplace pick up instacart options available as well. That is free parking. Kroger Liquor and Kroger gas station are nearby. Its wheelchair accessible. Options for every item are many, so you better come prepared to what to buy.

It is a wide variety store, they EVEN HAVE CLOTHES, mind blowing isnt? It is not your typical Kroger because it has a lot of stuff you can buy ranging from food, to cleaning stuff,to kitchen accecories, TO CLOTHES! I would highly reccomend there to do your shopping. 👌

Horrible harassment Me and my family as we checked out three employees watching us like a hawk I was very disrespected and hurt that my children were witnessing it (stereotyped!) I showed my son what he might have to encounter in life as he asked why are they watching us like that I said it has to be cuz the color of our skin cause they came straight to use and were the only people of color in this area. Great supermarket. Excellent produce, a wide variety of meat and seafood along with a slew of ready prepared foods. Aisles are wide and well lit and staff are helpful.

Great place for your monthly groceries. The produce is quite fresh. The other sections are also having a very good quality products. Their own private labels - STO (Simple Truth Organic) and Private Selection products are great with very reasonable price. There is a bulk section but is very small and limited number of options. Although relatively its better since the competitors Target and Walmart dont have any kind of bulk section at all. However, I have seen much larger bulk sections in Winco in Texas. So, coming from there, it is a disappointment. There is also a salad bar right next to the bulk section which has all kinds of veggies, fruits and meats that go into a salad. The bakery isnt so great though. We tried a couple of things like cheesecake and Tiramisu and they were okay.There is also a pharmacy and walk-in clinic which is good. Generally there is a little wait time involved in the clinic. The nurse and the rest of the staff is good.We have been purchasing groceries from here since last four months and are very much satisfied. The staff is good and quite supportive. On some occasions we did come across 1-2 folks who were rude but otherwise the people have been very supportive.

A nice Kroger Marketplace with some recent updates including Elis Bbq and an expanded seating area for their Starbucks. The biggest problem is parking - in part due to its popularity.

Customers be sure to grab deli items from the back of the rows. Manager Jason said no markdowns on items expiring in less than 24 hours. Might as well get whats freshest and pay the same right :)

Amazing store and amazing variety with awesome employees!!! All great things aside, this store has some of the most atrocious customers. There needs to be some sort of control on some of these horribly evil arrogant customers with their vile attitudes.

The deli needs more than 1 person working at this location. The poor woman had 4 people waiting. There was a man working too, but he left. We probably waited for at least 15 minutes. One customer left because she waited so long.

The produce here is better than the fresh thyme. It is clean and the staff always tries to do their best to help. The app is great for getting deals on the go if you are a smartphone guy like me.

Always excellent service....clean, well stocked and the employees all have great attitudes and willing to help you locate what you are looking for. Deli service was excellent to with fast moving line. 💖

I went through the self check out at Krogers in Newport pavilion and had the best experience I have ever had!!! The gentleman that was working the registers is the best most respectful, caring, awesome employee. His name is Todd and he made me rethink on how I felt about krogers after an nasty incident with a worker who was so foul to my ex husband and I. But Todd was like a breath of fresh air versus the last time!!!

Not actually 24 hours, the store closes at 11 pm and Kroger refuses to update the hours on its app and website.This store is large and almost always crowded, but you can usually find what you need. The parking lot is awful and not designed well. It has a nice bulk section and produce is usually good.

I love this Kroger. It is always clean and has so many products that the other Krogers dont have! Starbucks is a nice touch too!

Every other time I go here my car gets nicked. The number of grocery carts left out in the parking lot is absurd. The return stations are constantly full and carts are abandoned between vehicles and on islands. The bottom of the lot always has half a dozen carts that rolled down hill scratching cars as they go. Between negligent employees and lazy customers, the safest place to park is at a different grocery store.

The new sushi they have switched over to is just disappointing. Especially on sushi wed.

Eli’s BBQ is unbelievably good! I go to Kroger’s and get it once a month. I would never imagine the packaged food would be that good but it is. The campfire chicken salad hands down the best we have ever eaten.

I dont shop here often but when i do, i always forget just how large this store is. Very clean. Courteous staff.

A couple of my friends and I came in to the liquor store to get some drinks when we were approached by an employee who seemed to hover the entirety of our visit. He then asked what our plans were for the night, making it very obvious we were not really interested in personal conversation. I let him know that it had been my birthday, and we were going to a bar in Cincinnati. He proceeded to continue standing overly close to us and hovering quite a bit. we left and he said “see you around”. low and behold, once we arrived at the bar, he immediately found us and began sitting down and trying to converse. he then asked if him and his friend could come sit, to which we replied no. i have been made EXTREMELY uncomfortable by this and will not be returning. unfortunate but posting so other women are aware

The lady that worked in the flower department took the time to make a wonder pink flower setup for my sister’s graduation. It was absolutely beautiful!!! Great customer service.

Last week we did a clicklist order picked it up, drove home to find all of our refrigerated/freezer items were missing had to drive from cold springs back to newport to get them. This week not just refrigerated items but several others and apparently i was interupting someones texting time by picking up some of my groceries because when i got home the first 3 thing i took out of my trunk was 3 empty bags and my apples and the 4 out of 10 yogurts i recieved rolling around my trunk. Never again will i use click list which makes it rough because i am dissabled. Are these among the same people screaming for 15 dollars an hour? Its sad people have one job and do so with no descent work ethics or care for other peoples product.

Great place to go, however youll most likely have a long wait for a table at restaurants during the weekends.

The only Kroger ever where I saw the cart boy pushing carts up next to parked cars like literally up along the doors. I saw it once going in and then when leaving. Smh. When leaving the second boy hit a cars mirror. I felt obligated to leave a note. Theyre not training these kids well. They cant bag groceries correctly either. I shop instacart and theyre rude! Even when you tell them I have to separate orders they mix them up and then I have to stand in the parking lot for 10+ mins sorting my customers items. Smh!I would give zero stars but some people are nice there and the womens bathrooms are very well kept surprisingly. Most Kroger bathrooms are gross!!!

The best Kroger in the Cincinnati area. The cashiers are always extremely nice! This store is definitely doing something right!

Going to the grocery is not usually fun, but this is the best Kroger I have ever used. There is great selection and perhaps most importantly, there are plenty of lines open. While it does get crowded due to the volume of customers, I almost never have a wait time. I believe the corporate headquarters keeps a strong presence here because it is close, but that pays off big time for us.

Clean and well stocked. Outstanding staff and great service. I left my phone in a cart and the teenage kid collecting the carts found it and made sure it was kept and returned to me (Thanks Dylan). You will not regret shopping in this store. They always have a huge variety of product and amazing sales. I highly recommend you all check it out.

I did something really stupid and I called the manager to see if they could help. In my heart I knew there was nothing they could do but I was wrong. I spoke with the manager, Mary, and she could not have been more empathic and kind. They were able to help me and I will be forever grateful.

Dont buy anything other than food at this store. Lousy customer service and forget about trying to exchange clothing bought a dress and a sweater and way over priced but I purchased anyway got home and sizes are way off. Took it right back to the store to get smaller size and sorry about my luck no exchange no refund, no apologies. A hundred dollars worth of clothes wasted. A month later and rude customer service and the same excuse. If you are not interested in honoring your own policy then you should post signage stating what your policy has been changed to at the least. Never again will I ever purchase anything but food and even thats debatable. Shame on you Kroger, your getting to big for your britches. I so wish there was some place else to shop, guess theres always Walmart.

Will sell anything in the store but say that they dont know when you will be able to return defective items. Which I myself dont have the extra cash to waste on broken goods with no honor to having your receipt

My clicklist order was delayed by an hour and then I still had to wait 45 minutes. On top of that, there were still errors in my order!

Love the marketplace Krogers It is not the same to go into a so called regular store anymore when marketplace stores have such a huge inventory!

For a Monday afternoon, it was busy! I wanted to change up and shop at a different Kroger instead of my usual stores. It didnt take me any additional time to get there from my house. Lots of folks having lunch (they have Elis BBQ there!). Staff were attentive and nice. Store seemed to have greater selection as well. Ill go back.

Normally I love Kroger Marketplace. Just went and not only was the lady at clicklist super rude and rolled her eyes at me, she decided slamming my groceries down next to my three month old was a good idea. Super disappointed.

It is very disrespectful to not update your hours. People drive here because it says 24 hours, but it is not.

Price gouging bigtime. Excuse is plants are not able to keep up with demand. Well krogers you have not been closed down. So why is even your big k cola gouged in pricing? I went to get some pork chops there was 3 small packs on the shelve. But your people shopping for people on call in orders all had chops they got from the back. Roll 3 lb hamburger $16? Well i went to eberts meats and got 3lb burgers $9 hmmm. Ny strip steaks $25 at your store. $12 at other stores. The only thing you havent gouged is snacks. You lost this shopper of a average of $600 per month.

Pharmacy takes forever. Even if you call ahead it doesn’t matter. They will make you wait 30 minutes or longer. This has happened 4 out of the last 5 times I used this pharmacy. Today was the last straw. They told me it would take 30 mins again when I came in even though I called it in this morning. It ended up taking an hour. Then to top it off they only filled one of my medications and forgot to fill the other and I had to wait again after that. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

This store would be great if they stopped SCREAMING over the intercom every few minutes. I have also asked them to carry a couple items unsuccessfully but I find all Kroger stores ignore that type of request, not just this one. The selection is good and employees pleasant enough

Great place to shop. The variety is wonderful, prices are great if you shop smart. Meat and deli service is the best. You can find anything that you want here. They have ready to food should you be for dinner and even a nice courtyard of sorts should you want to have your meal there. The even have a pharmacy on site so can get your prescription needs filled while you shop, eat or both. A must shop!Enjoy!

By far my favorite grocery store! I work thirds so this location being open 24hrs. Is crucial and a huge plus. It is always clean, and theres always deals. They added more U-scan registers, and its a one stop shop i.e. theres food, bakery, produce, makeup, pet supplies, school supplies, grill supplies, cook/bakeware, appliances, cleaning supplies, baby aisle, beer and clothes (shoes included). They have US Bank inside, a Little Clinic and pharmacy as well. Staff are helpful if you cant find a product, and will assist the elderly in loading their groceries into their car if needed. In addition to all that they do have online shopping available, and drive thru pharmacy availability for those that dont want to go inside or arent able. In addition to the:- Starbucks.- Elis BBQ.- Jewelry store.

Reviewing the Starbucks not Kroger itself. Probably some of the most unengaged members in the service industry I have encountered. When they were not complaining about a new transfer to their dept and their hours they were taking their time avoiding their 2 guests at the counter, not following up on orders to completion and generally lacking any sense of urgency. Maranda in particular was extremely unengaged, short, and lacking in basic service skills.

This is the best Kroger in/ near metro Cincinnati in my opinion. Larger store, more selection variations, large section of STO products as well as all-natural, gluten-free, allergy sensitive staple foods. The produce sections is one of the best next to Findlay Market in the summer. Best time to get good steaks are in the morning around 11-12 after they put the managers special on the shelf, lots of sirloin, t-bone and medallions for >5 dollars. There are usually a lot of people in this store but there are also lots of checkouts and during the work day it is actually pretty quiet. This location also has a large clothes, makeup and shoe section.

This place is absolutely enormous and could be overwhelming. We stopped here last night. Hubby put gas in the car while I ran in to pick up a couple pints of ice cream for our drive home to Dayton. When you Gas up, make sure to put your rewards number in because you might get some money off!The frozen isles are all in the middle, back half of the store. I was happy to find a large selection of Graeter’s! And while they do carry Homemade Brand, they were completely out of the flavor I was looking for - Peanut Butter Oreo. Obviously, that one is quite popular and they should order more. The prices here are good - you can usually find a sale or a coupon on the app.I chose to use self check out. There was no line on a stormy Sunday night. And when I needed help using a coupon, it was taken care of quickly.

Krogers are notoriously shabby and under kept, but this is usually one of the slightly less gross ones. However, the mens bathrooms here are straight disgusting. Theyre worn out and extremely dirty. One of the urinals had caution tape and sand bags around it for weeks. Furthermore, after watching a deli worker come out of a stall, not wash his hands, and go straight back to the deli, Im fully turned off from this place. Cant recommend this Kroger in the least. Just — yuck.Update: Just saw another employee in a stall with their price tag gun laying on the floor in the stall with them, in a river of unknown fluid pouring into a nearby drain. What is wrong with people. Disgusting!

Always busy and for a good reason. Best grocery store in Northern Kentucky! Friendly staff and Fresh produce. A big store with a lot of choices.

I am not always happy with my choices at Kroger and have often complained publicly. Therefore, I feel the need to also offer good comments when they are deserved. The deli this morning was quite busy. The employees remained courteous, helpful and were quite speedy. Today, Katie waited on me and she was great. Last week, it was Michael and he is terrific as well. These two employees are exemplary examples for their peers in customer service.

I love this store. Its the only place I grocery shop. Sales are great. The organic section could be a little bigger and the scale for the bulk foods has been broken for months but I just go to the fruits and veggies section. Its clean, staff is friendly, they have everything you need from socks, shoes, bananas, fresh sea food, coloring books and house hold decor.

This is my go to store for everything!!! I don’t like going to 3 different stores to grocery shop and get everything I need, I find everything right here!! Sure there are a couple things overpriced, but if you use the mobile coupon app you will save quite a bit!!! Everyone here is so sweet and helpful!! Wouldn’t shop anywhere else!!!

Produce not employees. I bought a small watermelon on the 14th, shook it a bit to make sure it was fresh, didnt hear it sloshing around so I assumed I found a good one. I went to cut it open 3 days later and the watermelon exploded everywhere and smelled horrible. It was all liquid and spoiled. How does produce like that end up on the sales floor? Usually love this Kroger but this was not good.

Be prepared for it to be super busy. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is very clean and well organized. If you can get over the crowed it has all that you need and is always well stocked.

This place has such a great variety of things. I found several vegan Ben & jerrys flavors Ive been looking for. Im pretty impressed with their vegetarian and vegan options. I only became a vegan a couple months ago so I can also say their meat selection is great and they often have amazing sales on giant chuck roasts and steaks...which I kinda miss. Their produce is always fresh as well which is hard to come by. I will say I didnt notice staff at all. I didnt need any help with anything though. It was a quick trip. Fast lines whether U Scan or otherwise.

Fresh Cod from your Seafood dept. was wonderful last night and this afternoon for lunch! Your ClickList team is great. Always friendly and punctual.

Its a nice big store. With wide aisles. Really clean, and easy to shop. I never had to wait in a long line to check out. They have plenty of cashiers.

The store with everything. Tons of food options. Meals to go from Elis, The Chicken Company, Pizza Romana or prep and pared kits you can make at home. They even have clothing and a jeweler if you need it. Fun place to shop. Next door is a wine and beer counter to finish your day off.

The deli is so incredibly slow. People stand 15 minutes waiting for only 2 employees working the deli. As busy as this store is, youd think they would have more people to serve you. Also, they never have small carts available. 10 million huge carts but never the smaller ones. Young people dont want to shop with the giant carts. Get with it Kroger

This store is almost always packed and extremely busy, but they always have the things youre looking for and are rarely out of stock. they do a very good job of keeping the shelves full. Quality of the food is almost always excellent.

This is a really nice Kroger with a great inventory. However, their pharmacy is always backed up and running behind/understaffed.They also only have a few parking spots for grocery pick up. So I have had to wait for a spot to open up for at least 15-20 minutes. Seems like they only have a couple people staffed for this service even during their busiest hours. Also when I’ve picked things up, they have alerted me of a substitute on my order since I allowed substitutions. However, most times they don’t sub for anything similar, they just don’t give you anything in place of that item which is very inconvenient when planning to cook certain meals. I will say the staff is always pleasant and helpful though.

It was the Saturday before Easter and my dad needed groceries. The store was busy and the items we wanted did take onger to find. The checkout time was longer also. This store has everything you want but it is just to big for me. With both a front and rear section of aisles the store is not designed for a quick grocery trip. On the other hand if you can not find something at a smaller store this is place to come to.

I wasnt particularly impressed. The produce was less than fresh, I wouldnt buy it! They have a lot of choices but really how many choices do you need? the see-through case look beautiful but when I I, none of it sustainable so again not the least bit impressed. Bigger does not mean better.and in this case it just means less convenient because of the massive size of the store and the busy parking lot. Ill stick to my store on Glenway.

It makes no sense why the return/customer service desk closes at 8pm. First the store stops accepting all returns for months during the pandemic, and then closes early so we can’t even do them afterwards. What about the people who can only do grocery shopping after 9pm?

Great store, great selection, just dont try to use a 5/3 (fifth- third) debit card. Youll have to do 37 swipes because the chip readers are total garbage :) fix this bug and the experience will be much smoother.

Love this place. Its huge. Has everything but still wish they had more. Employees arent very helpful, so you might have to ask a few before you find one that is willing to help. Check out people are all wonderful

Not my favorite Kroger due to always being crowded.. Went in at 10pm tonight and still had to wait 20 minutes in line to check out with only having a few items (under 15, including a few boxes of jello).. even the self checkout had a line going down the aisle. Got some good deals on 50% off summer items and closeout medicines. Some prices are a little higher (On non-sale items) than another Kroger about 4 minutes away.

Tons of people walking around without masks. Shame. Won’t be coming back to this Kroger!

So many hat things: artisan breads, gourmet cheeses, sushi, amazing produce. They even have Starbucks! My Daugherty and I love visiting this Kroger.

The parking lot and inside of the store are almost always crowded. The staff does their best, but I dont think anyone could keep up with the amount of business they do. If you go at really off-peak hours, its great. Otherwise, avoid it if you can; there are plenty of other Kroger stores in the area.

If youll notice something is missing from the shells in Krogers these days name brands. The cheese department is almost entirely Kroger Brand. I think they just change the color and the package and call it whatever they want because it has zero flavor. Horrible products and taking the good stuff off the shelves is not a good idea.

Ive been there three times in the last two weeks and they have been out of lemons. Quality control they say but I have seen beautiful lemons at fresh market and whole foods. Feel like I wasted a trip to Kroger today when I couldve gone elsewhere. I am a very frequent Kroger customer and this is unacceptable

Had a nice time with the girls at Starbucks. They were explaining the differences in a lot of things I had questions about. 2 girls seemed very knowledgeable about any questions I had.

Very helpful staff and they remember you after a while which helps. Huge selection and great quality. I really enjoy my krogering trips. The gas station and neighboring stores are a huge bonus. Best Kroger ever !!

Great customer service and great selection! Plants were looking a little puny and dead today, but it was pretty hot. I filled in my whole garden for a price I couldnt get anywhere else, for sure!

This Kroger is always very busy. The clothing and shoes are ridiculous expensive! The pet food section is nice, they have a bone buffet for the doggies! They do have a really nice meat section also. Its just too crowded for my liking. That doesnt make it bad for someone else. Its clean, they have everything you could want. Even an isle of professional beauty products & any kind of chip or popcorn you could ever want. Its just very crowded, a lot of people!!

Good place for shopping. The people working there are helpful in looking for the required things. They would infact walk you to the aisle, no matter how far away is it.

Probably the most consistently busy Kroger market Ive shopped and still almost always find what I need. The food quality is good and the customer service team is friendly and helpful. This is my preferred grocery store.

Overall they have great food choices and plenty of them. staff is always friendly and willing to help... Only con is that the place seems to always be packed every time I go and it can get pretty chaotic.

Local and honest

Was busier than normal. Snowed in people venturing out first warmer day (40s)..everything stocked nicely, plenty of markdowns to be had. Even had an item ring wrong corrected, without hassle! Its never quick in quick out at this humungous Kroger, but at least it was fairly pleasant!

This location is a super Kroger, meaning it has an extended selection of foods, a restaurant-like cafeteria, a sushi bar, an expanded deli/bakery, large fresh seafood bar, and roughly half the store is devoted to a non-foodstuff section including clothing and home goods.The food in the cafe is always freshly made and delicious, but the chairs are high chairs so it can be a little uncomfortable. The deli and bakery are always well-stocked with quality products that you cant find at regular Krogers. The sushi bar has an impressive variety of ready to go meals, as well as chefs on hand for fresh orders.The clothing section isnt enormous, but it is much larger than one might expect and, besides clothing, includes shoes, belts, and other accessories.There are always plenty of registers open and two full sections of self checkouts, one at each entrance. This location is also equipped with an actual jewelry store, coffee shop, bank, and gas station.Parking is atrocious, however it is not due to lack of space or poor design, but rather the popularity of this location. You may have to circle the lot a few times, but the store is well worth it.

This is my favorite Kroger to shop. They have so many unique items to try. I love the way its layed out because I can make a quick trip through or linger to see it all. Their employees are extra helpful if you need help finding an item and they have plenty of checkouts open so there isnt any wasted time.

Love Krogers Marketplace but I hate that I have to travel through out the entire store now just to get MILK. And there seems to be a lot of malfunctions going on at the customer service counter when attempting to load prepaid cards and do MoneyGram hopefully you all will see this message and try to rectify the situation as the systems being down and unable to complete my transaction tonight put me in a very strained situation Isle of the store Miss Dale Ann, Miss Rachel Sullivan, and Miss Patty are my favorites always a wonderful greeting and smile and all ate very knowledgeable

Its amazing how one employee can ruin your whole day! I had done my shopping and had great interactions with every single employee I encountered. It was in the parking lot I had a very unpleasant experience with the employee gathering up carts. I loaded my groceries and then I walked my cart over to him to add to his carts. I saw he had just rounded up all the carts from the stall right next to my car so I made a point to walk my cart over 2 cars rows so he wouldnt have to double back just to get one cart. Apparently he did not appreciate that he grabbed the cart from me without a single word and then SLAMMED it into the corral so hard it flew into the garbage can making a huge crash. I just stopped and looled at him and he was staring at me all crazy like he wanted to fight me. Seriously? What the heck is wrong with people?! I almost went inside the store to complain about him, he actually scared me with how hard he slammed the cart. Sorry you are having a bad day guy but dont take it out on someone who was only trying to help.
