Called in advance yesterday looking for a supplement to go with my Thyroid medicine. Manager was very instructive and had the know how of what I needed. When I arrived at the store later that night, I was greeted and they went right to work. Looked up my needs in the GNC book and went right to the three supplements I needed. Professional, friendly and instructive. If I could give them a 10 rating I would.

9/8/15: Employee talked on phone with friend about deleting messages on Facebook, made customer wait and only provided product information to customer in between the breaks of the conversation which continued throughout the entire visit (made short due to lack of customer service).First obnoxious experience Ive had here, 2 star experience, 4 star overall store
