Told me I could get right in when I called. Got there 30 minutes later and was told 3 hours till they could get to me.

Usally great place. Last time I used a coupond that they did not apply. Fixed at check put but come to find out days later its a mail in rebate. Both myself and the service writers missed that one. My bag.

There is nothing quick about their quick lane. Ive tried 3 times with an hour and a 1/2 wait just to get in the door all 3 times. I wont be back.

More like slow lane. I avoid that place like the plague! Please dont associate this place with Gregg Young Auto, because it is its own entity.

It isnt Noble Ford anymore. Its worse than ever.

Nothing quick about it. I arrived at 7:28 am for an oil change. It is now an hour later and I’m told it will be another 20 mins. This is my regular stop for oil changes, but you just lost a customer.
