Couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. Even with an abundance of customers the employees worked with and and even helped multiple customers at a time to speed up the process. It took a little while but it wasn’t the employees fault it was just my iphone being fixed. The workers were very kind and even chatted with me while i was waiting. I have been here a lot of times and this 5 star sums up ever single experience.

Misty was incredible! I purchased a new phone but had some difficulties transfering all of my information from my old phone to my new phone. She talked me through the entire process even after her shift had ended! If you need a new phone or help with anything related to your phone, go see Misty at ATT on Needham Street in Newton. You wont be disappointed!

I came in for help with a phone activation and Vanessa was such an amazing help. She was very patient and very kind, I then worked with Jenasis and she gave me such good customer service as well. They were so good with me that I even came back and got two apple watches from Jenasis, I will never go to any other ATT. I want to especially applaud the staff as there was a customer in the store being verbally abusive towards them and Misty the manager handled the situation very gracefully. The ladies here are very kind and helpful and i will be referring all of my friends and family to go see Vanessa, Jenasis and Misty. Thanks again!!

Fabulous customer service. Hayley was absolutely wonderful and helped come up with creative ways to solve all my issues, big and small. I called before I came in and she was very patient and helpful, taking the time to talk through things and making sure I understood my options. Even with several wrenches in the works she had me in and out of the store in minutes- what could have been a major headache was a quick fix; Thank you!

I want to give 5 plus stars for the outstanding service and dedication of store manager Misty. she went beyond the call of duty, spending hours trying to fix problems with setting up my firstnet account. she in the end, even drove over to my house to hand me a new sim card, because of the situation. Took my sister in law to upgrade her phone . We came to this location because our store in Waltham was fully packed and no one has greeted us . Upon arriving, we were greeted by a couple of sales representatives. Our sales rep Heally was amazing, friendly, warm and knowledgeable. All the staff members at this location was very helpful and we felt comfortable. Will be coming back in future . :))

Worst experience. There is some girl who is large with tattoos in her arm, she is not only clueless but she is aggressive and hostile. I would Recommend going anywhere else cause she is a time consuming problem with no end. Overall I had horrible experience and will not be returning ever again cause anything is better than her.

Kim was amazing and signed me up for AT&T TV. She was very thorough in explaining what I was leaving with. This is a product I’m really excited about, especially since they have NESN and it doesn’t need a satellite dish.

Kim was a lifesaver! I had completely lost faith in AT&T after getting nowhere with telephone and online customer service in an attempt to resolve a complicated problem. Kim used every resource to help me and completely “owned” the problem. Amazing service!

Come ready Read on deals and special offers before you sign and you will save money for many years. That is what we did and we got better deal than the deal offered here.

A well-meaning salesperson offered me assistance for phone service for a visiting relative. Instead of getting a $35 chip (all taxes included), he recommended adding the relative to my current ATT account for $20 per month. Great! BUT, he neglected to tell me that there was a $34 connection charge plus fees and taxes. For a 30 day visit a very bad deal. Be sure to ask for in depth details at this store.

Jessica and her co-worker were professional, knowledgable, friendly, and really made the process of trading my phone in better than I expected! I had such a bad experience with Kristy at the Dedham store- the Dedham AT&T store I will never go back to! Unhelpful, discouraging, and Not knowledgeable about how the trade in worked. Go Needham!

Excellent service. i had a problem with my apple watch that took dan and kim THREE hours and THREE calls to customer care to fix, but they stuck with me, stayed late, and stayed positive the whole time. thank you guys! i really appreciate your help! :)

Tried calling this store over and over but was never able to get through to a person to simply ask about their inventory selection. ended up going to the Chestnut Hill location instead because if they cant even answer the phone then their customer service must be terrible.

I went into the store to upgrade my phone. an associate was with me within seconds and it only took a few minutes for me to get my brand new phone!

Fraudulently signed me up for a contract that I did not sign for. Been trying to get it fixed for months to no avail. EXACT same thing that happened to John Rosario below happened to me too. I am currently filing with the BBB.

Went in to see about upgrading phone. Spoke to a Matt and at the end we walked out with an iPhone 8+ and 8 (BOGO). Where it went south is when Matt upsold us with the airpods and ipad - all throughout Matt gave the impression that the airpods and the extra line for the ipad would be credited back (yeah, essentially free pods! I know, in hindsight, too good to be true!) Who would say no?! Walked out of there feeling great!Big mistake. None of that was in writing. Took him at face value that he was doing what he said. I chatted with ATT customer service with the intent of wanting to know what my new bill was going to be like - they had no idea what I was talking about (credit?! what credit - none were noted in my account). Called the Needham store - sure enough, no clue.Went back to sort it out. Manager (Anthony) was little help. Matt turned out is now working at another store - I asked Anthony to go CALL Matt and figure out WHAT Matt did (promised) - Anthony refused.I dont get why Anthony did not bother calling. Could have at least gotten to the bottom of what Matt was doing. And frankly, I wanted to yell at Matt and call him a liar. AND would have welcomed to be proven WRONG had we SPOKEN to Matt to find out what he did!No recompense suggested. None. My fault for yet again believing salespeople. Everything in writing. Should have recorded the whole transaction. Dont know why Matt did what he did (end of the month quota? bonus?) - never going back to this store ever.
