This place does not follow rules to well here been here since 8:30 seen the associate go in early and its after 9 clock and there suppost to be open not everyone has time to sit in a parking lot because people dont open when it says what time there open on the door need better customer service.

All I said was I had a question over my phone because it just recently lost connection and cell services in areas were it used to work fine aftet that they hung up Ive called numerous times and on seperate days same thing happens each time.

They are a crooked business do not inform well how the carrier works and what tower is used up front. Then when I call ask to cancel service due to you can not get service and network they tell you possible no refund. Then when you cancel the service they lock your phone and do not tell you and you find out that by another carrier.They can also deny another carrier to port put your original number and take up to 72 hours for your service to work with another carrier!!!Never recommend they ! They are dirty!!
If you go in while busy, you will wait a while. Selection is good, but availability is slim in store. Learned that they are just a retailer, cant help with complicated customer service stuff.
Listed as open at 9 on saturdays. No one in the store and doors still locked. Either show up on time or fix your hours on google.
I will never go back to this store. They will smile in your face with the I WILL GIVE YOU A GOOD DEAL and end up fųçķįN you in the A$$ with no vaseline🖕🏼 straight up!

Ur authorized dealer in conover NC had a deal saying free phone with new line of service which they would not honor so I called customer service as I was in my car they pulled all the tags and was replacing them as I came back in the store because the metro guy on the line wanted to talk to the lady at the store and straight lied saying they didnt have that anymore but I got a pic of the tag next to the phone I wanted saying otherwise. So he tells me there is nothing he can do to help me. This company is shady and metro dont even care . Metro does not care about there customers. ..
Crappy service and liars! I would not trust them on anything. They overcharged me and I am fighting to get my money either as credit or cash back!

Four people were working in the store, only 1 customer ahead of me in the store, still had to wait 30 minutes. Really not impressed with customer service overall.
I recently purchased a iPhone 6s and toward the end of the month I made my payment the next month then the next month I got cheated out of a couple days went for the 72-hour reactivation when my service come back on my 6s all a sudden started overheating cant get them to answer any questions good luck trying to get anything from them somebody out of stand out and pick at that place theyre Crooks!!!!!!
