I hope there isnt ever an emergency while people sit at the crossing for an absurd ammount of time. If the facility cant handle that many cars, dont allow them to bring so many maybe?

This place is a horrible place to come to the office staff are rude I arrived 15 minutes early they have you sit and make up excuses why they cant unload you they are a very unprofessional company they have no idea what they do to the trucker and trucking company when they make them wait out of petty it cost a lot of money to the driver and company when you have to deal with rude disrespectful companies like this they dont care !!!!!!!If only I could write a review with no stars I would give a minus the stars because thats all it would be worth for what they do to a truck driver!!!!!!!Oh Im still waiting here I arrived at 845 this morning and it is now 109 pm in the afternoon still havent unloaded me there is another excuse they gave me there unloading area is under maintenance so I have to wait and there corporate office hasnt got back to them and they go eat and they leave but the trucker had to stay and be treated like trash pretty sad and unprofessional company!!!!! They say you have to have food grade wash out for dirty grease that they use to make the bio diesel that messes up your engines anyway knowing they are going to filter it and etc well I dont have any thing positive to say about this place its a very unprofessional company and I think there very very awful to have to deliver here !!!!!!! Its so sad that the bio fuel places in California and Oklahoma are better than here and are very respectful to truck driver and company and are very professional
