Dillons just doesnt seem to have the products that Im looking for, or when you do find a product you like they stop carrying it. I do appreciate the pharmacy, and it is only about two blocks from my house.

Best store in town. Everyone extremely friendly. Will never go back to Walmart since no one seems to care about wearing a mask! I care about my health and so do the employees at the South Dillons. Thank you to the employees and to the shoppers who all wear a mask. And to those who desire to post a comment, it would be nice if you would use proper English.

The store is well stocked and clean. I just wish I could apologize to the young staff. I went in a couple weeks ago, grumpy as ever because I thought they accepted Apple Pay and they didn’t and then I thought if I used Dillon Pay I could get cash back and you cannot. I was rude and a jerk all because I lost my debit card and it wasn’t the staffs fault. I’m really sorry.

This location is consistently the worst grocery shopping experience. For -SIX- months straight they have been screwing up my pick-up orders. I have had to request refunds/proper adjustments and/or report on 18 orders. EIGHTEEN.This is mainly because when I purchase more than one of a particular item, I only receive, for example, 2 of the 4 items. So I end up with 2 and pay for 4. I am consistently paying for items that are not in my bags! There are also instances where I am okay with the substitutions but they end up charging me for the higher prices items! These are errors that are $10, 15, 20 per order and this is unreasonable to experience this many mistakes.In my current situation, I have been waiting and staying on top of Management as well as the 800 Dillons Customer Service line you can call to report a store since October 2nd for a refund over $30. On Oct.2nd, I was promised a refund by this 800 Customer Service back to my card that I never received- so I reported this to Jade in Management on 10/31. She let me know she would do an investigation and follow up with me by the following Monday or Tuesday. I waited. No voice message, no missed call. I then got to talk to Mike in Management on 11/6 to let him know all that has happened and he stated he would leave me a gift card at the Pick-Up counter for the employee to bring out with my next order. Guess what? You guessed right. The card wasnt there. So now I will be dedicating more of my time to get this refund and the consistent inaccuracies of my order resolved and I will be taking this to Corporate next since my attempts at calling the main Customer Service number as well as speaking to Management have been in vain.I gave 2 stars on my review because they have excellent, fresh produce and well kept packaging on all else.... Any Dillons is known for that....But this locations lack-luster empathy, empty promises, customer service flaws, absence of professionalism of some employees and order inaccuracies leaves me to this review and more headaches, phone calls and emails all the way to Corporate.

Wide selection good in-store coupons and even better online coupons

My rating is in regard to the pharmacy. The rest of the store is fine.The pharmacy play games particularly when it comes to opiods.Store policy is they can fill 2 days early. However this month they are throwing a fit and refusing too.Cancelled ALL my medications. Will not EVER EVER buy medications from them again EVER

Best Dillons in Kansas. Always well organized, stocked shelves, easy to find the food you want, sale items are easy to access, workers are efficient and friendly. The store has all the food, cleaning supplies and an efficient pharmacy to serve all your needs. It’s smaller than some of the super Dillons in Wichita, so they don’t have all the clothes and other items, but that also means if you forgot to pick something up on one end of the store, you don’t have to walk a mile if you are ready to check out.

Laura decorated my husbands birthday cake while I waited. It was beautiful. One of the nicest cakes I have brought home.

Easy and quick shopping. The people who work here are more than willing to help you, should you need it. The pharmacy staff is compassionate and willing to tend to any concerns you have. I definitely recommend the pharmacy above all others in Newton, KS. They are sincere in caring about their customers.

Nice more quiet Dillons location, compared to the busy north locale. Only complaint - some items at this south store are higher than north one.

Its always a gimmick in kroger stores buy this for $3 if you buy four but if you buy one cost you $9. on sale if you have a card for 299,half the time it doesnt add up right at the cashier play so you always spend more money than you should more or less you get stolen from

WE LOVE THIS DILLONS! Its always nice and clean and the workers are friendly...much like other Dillons in the area. However...We really like this one because it is smaller than the other Dillons in Newton. I can find all I want in a short amount of time
