Went in for a couple of small things, got a water hose, with easy to turn grip sleeve, found a 60 gallon Air compressor, that I have been needing at my new shop, on sale, $ 200.00 off woot Woot..

Poor customer service. We bought some expensive boots, which, after around two weeks of use, had a major stitching malfunction. They were now excruciatingly uncomfortable, so we asked if we could exchange them. We no longer had the receipt, so the store refused. It is wrong to sell defective products and then expect people to keep them.

They have name brand dog food at good prices.

Always friendly, have had some problems with the grain mix in the scratch grain I buy for my animals. Seems the people packaging it gets way to generous with the corn. I am concerned that GMO grains are being used, my animals sometimes wont eat the corn & other times wont eat the milo. Nothing is ever marked on the pkg about that. GMO isnt healthy for animals or man.

Compared to Hutchinson, McPherson and Salina this orchlands has a larger variety of items in the store. Weather is seasonal or a regular item by the look of things.

Nice clean place to shop. A wonderful variety of merchandise to browse through and buy. Great stuff for the animals in your life and for your self!!😊

Great general purpose farm/hardware store. My safety glasses bit the dust (well ground into the gravel) they were out of the cheap ones that I buy by the fist full, so I got a pair of the nicer ones. In spring we get chicks here.

Good choices and they usually have what you need. If not, they might have something else you can use to make things work such as fencing options.

Never get discount for 20bagsfeed with out problem

Tried twice to make a purchase of at least $50 and they are apparently doing so well they don’t need my money. Guess I’ll start getting my regular order of chicken feed somewhere else. Most small town businesses are happy to help and way more accommodating. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE loses another shopper.

Was able to find what we needed and then some. The employee was so helpful and nice. She acted like she really loved her job. It was so cute how she was dancing to the store music as she worked.

I was in your store today. The 2nd time ever. The entire time I was in the store, all the 1 employee did was talk to one of her friends. Check out the store video and you will see your employee at the cash register with another girl standing right in front of her. I wont be back. AT least if you go to tractor supply they will greet you or ask if you need help.

Great farm and homestead store! Depending on the store you go to will depend on the setup, care and quality of chicks during the spring season. Most things here are priced to be competitive. Great feed, parts, plants, clothing etc...

I used to spend a ton of money at here. I will not buy a thing from here as long as this manager is here. I have had and seen multiple interactions he has had with customers with issues or questions. He constantly has an attitude and his customer service is terrible. If I could give a zero star I would.
