These people are very friendly and have always gone the extra mile for me. Never more than 2 people ahead of me at checkout. Highly recommended.

Never have enough product to get discount. 12 cans for 15$. They had 10 cans Clerk refuse to help. Said sorry at check out about 3xs. This is the second time this has happened. 4/12021 update. The sale is over. But good luck getting helped. 10 min wait. In line!

They will not have enough customers cuz of the road close,, Google is not car crash Ok is road close Kansas should not not close all road and work like drivers day and night people will not struggling 😉

Their website sucks. I was wanting to see if a store in Newton, ks had a product. They dont need to know anything else about me.

Poor service. Wife needed to use the restroom and she was told there was no restroom available for the public. We left without shopping at this store.

Lots of selections. Pretty much everything you need can be found there. Price is reasonable.Upgraded to 5 stars because workers there are super nice.

Traveling from Colorado to Arkansas with a boat and the trailers axel broke. You guys had everything we needed to fix it. The manager let us leave the boat in the parking lot over night until we could get the proper tools to fix it. Everyone was very helpful and nice.

Newton TSC doesnt carry corral panels or horse feed consistently and are very disappointing.

Easy in/out off highway 135. Store is laid out well and clean. Staff was kind and prompt to help

They have a great supply of high quality and inexpensive rubber work boots. The gal I talked to you on the phone was very pleasant and helpful and especially helpful when we came to the store.

They always ask if my e mail address is correct and one time I ordered something on line thinking maybe they would know it was correct but they still ask every trip

They sure do sell A lot of heaters. But for some reason never seem to have any fuel for any of the heaters that they actually sell. Very few pellets and no kerosene for the past 2 months

If you are going to ask for patrons phone number at check out your personal should be ready to imput the information. The cashier asked me to repeat my phone number 3 times with 4 other people in line behind me. If I wanted all of Newton, KS to know my phone number I would publicly list it. I will never give my # to Tractor Supply again. Ever!!!

Otr drivers.. The business only unloads at appointment time. Exit 28 i-135..will see Tsc. Turn at first the drive way take around fence to rear of build to mobile dock. Truck should be facing back at I-135 ..Slide tandems to the rear. Wait for Tsc personnel to break seal and chock tires.

They have some great decor items!

Been in there 4 times, and I left empty handed every time. The account has never been straightened out, always something wrong. People are nice, but this is ridiculous.

Staff were very friendly and helpful to answer my questions. They explained things well to me.

So I go in to try to find a part for a FINCO sprayer that I bought last fall that broke. Had to pull the guy away from his computer screen to ask if thats all the parts that they carry for the sprayers said yep thats it. Asked, can you order parts that arent here? well youll have to call the 1 800 number. So explain which part was looking for and he proceed to tell me that he sold 100 of them and that parts never broke? Turns around and walks back over to his computer mumbling something about calling the 1 800 number. Dont expect any help here.

Never had a bad experience at Tractor supply. They also have some of the best prices on top quality items. A #1 in my book!!!

Nice store. I purchased a 50lb bag of grass seed. Nobody offered to help me load it into my car.

Just got really good prices and great customer service. Thats where I go to pick up my dogs food and really great spot to pick up some Farm Supplies horse tack work boots you name it Ive got good decent prices.

This store is always well maintained and the employees are very helpful and service oriented.

Poor customer service. After I purchased a dog run I had a missing corner connector piece. The clerk was rude and got defensive saying he has never had an issue before. I was just going to ask if they carried the extra part to purchase. The 30 day return policy is unfair as most stores give 90 days to return an item and I have the receipt for the extra fencing I purchased and did not use.

Great for home improvement projects and tools to get said project done.

The manager at this particular Tractor Supply has the personality of a fence post. He is rude. Unfriendly. Unhelpful. I purchased an expensive dog kennel from them. It did not come with all the brackets to put it together. I went right back in to get them. It was half way assembled or I would have just taken it back. He looks at me and tells me he doesnt have them. I tell him the panels do me zero good without them. He tells me its not his problem and he walks off. Never offered to order me any, look at another store nothing. One of his other employees finally ordered me some. I think corporate picked the wrong manager for this store.

Inventory is always picked clean in this store or im just really unlucky
