Ive never had this much fun buying a car! Katie was a pleasure to work with. Went in for, oil change, tires rotation, what they call “Peace of Mind” service.Left shop with low tire pressure, same as I went in shop with. Was told ; air pressure will increase after driving, from friction. I never left other dealership with low tire pressure, but okay I’ll try.Week later, not only is tire pressure below recommended amount, rear passenger tire sensor says it’s really low, add air. This is SAME tire I was having problem with before I brought to dealership. But how can this be so, if they rotated tires like they alleged, and I paid for!Called to speak to service manager, he was EXTREMELY rude, told me he was busy!!! I promptly called FCA Canada to let them know how this particular Service Manager was too busy to help with a problem, with their FCA Chrysler product.It was at this time I obtained the owners name at dealership. He was much more willing to help correct this error, however I don’t even feel comfortable going back there. Who knows what they may do to vehicle behind closed doors, i’ll just take my business elsewhere.

The best way to describe our experience here in the last week would be Above and Beyond. My vehicle had developed a couple of issues that needed immediate attention. Amazing customer service. I am from out of town and had an issue with a Wrangler purchased from another dealership. I purchased a dodge caravan. Then a dodge dart a couple years later. Part of the purchase agreement on the dodge dart was to pay $500 at time of pickup. Well that was never recovered at time of pickup. So the owners son ANDREW PAGE part owner upcoming owner whatever he is decides to use text messaging to contact me asking for the $500 weeks later. He ask did you pay the $500? I told him i will have to look at the paper work. Well about 3 days pass as i was working out of town. I received a text message that this guy put a lean.... on the dart. I did end up telling him to come pick the money up at my house and i would never buy or deal with dodge again. About a month later I received the papers that he indeed put the lean on the vehicle.Totally disorganized.Many years or not its totally incorrect . Admit it and carry on. Arrogance always gets you. Apologies go a long way. It is what it is. Did you read the post? I will never buy or deal with dodge again because of your doing. Take care and have good one.

Get a second opinion. They lied about the mm left on the brakes saying there was 1mm when there was 6mm.

My mom took her truck in to the shop..my neices dvd players. My moms change was stolen. When we called back to report it. All they told us was that they would check the cameras. A week later after calling back to see whats going to happen about the stolen stuff. All they told us was that nobody is coming forward ..not good service!

Bought a new RAM from them in 2017. Took my 2016 Hellcat Challenger to them for a safety inspection January of 2021 due to selling it. They totally lied telling me I needed all new tires. For tires to be legal as a safety, they need to be in good condition, no cracks or damage and minimum 2mm of tread as per regulations (Passenger / Light-Duty Vehicle Inspection Standard). Two of the tires are close but two of them are almost 5mm.They refuse to allow the tires to pass. I tried to talk to the owner and he wouldnt listen. They have lost a customer for life.Edit: Niagara Chrysler responded to my message and I strongly disagree with their remark. I asked Joe to double check because I was certain two tires are fine. I explained that I know two are borderline but he wouldnt listen. He insisted that all four had to be changed. The tires are not worn unevenly and I DID check them at their lowest depth. They never offered to let two of them pass which I would have accepted. It is ridiculous that they wont follow statutory guidelines. BTW, my wife was with me on speaker phone and heard the conversation with Joe. I asked him if he was sure it needed all four and he said yes. She heard him as well.

I was always the type to go to Toronto to get better pricing because they are volume dealers. About two weeks ago, I was checking local dealerships and found a similar truck that I was looking for. I decided to go, called and I had a sales person, Jason Zarb, come out and meet me.I explained that I was in the market for a new truck and between himself and Sales Manager, Josh Hatten, they started looking immediately for the options that I wanted.Ultimately a truck was found at another dealership and Josh called them on his day off to make the deal happen and get that truck to Niagara. It was less than a week for delivery and Jason was able to get my truck done a day early. The GTA dealership wouldnt even entertain looking at another dealership. The truck that was found was a 2020 with the no-charge diesel engine which I was able to take advantage of as well as other incentives.There was no hassle for my trade in and they actually beat a big Toronto Dealership. My advice is give this local dealership a shot if you are in the market because they can it happen.The dealer, Andrew Page, Josh and Jason made this deal happen! Give them a chance and Im sure you wont be disappointed with your buying experience

My experience at Niagara Chrysler Dodge Jeep was nothing less the spectacular.I went to the Parts Dept looking for a couple of small pieces for my Jeep soft top but after doing some research they informed the the pieces were not available separately as they were part of the main framework assembly and could only be purchased as a whole. Normally that would be it, but not here, the parts representative then suggested they have some used soft tops in the back and after a short search we were able to find the parts I required. He then approached the principal of the dealership and explained my situation and was happy to sell me the required parts at a reasonable cost .They say its all about the little things, well I agree and was amazed with the genuine approach and great service I received from the staff, as well the owner of Niagara Chrysler .Thanks again, Brad

We no longer go to your location for help with our vehicle and we’re very happy with the customer service we get at the St.Catharines location. It’s too bad. When we were buying the car you guys were great and helpful. As soon as we had it and realized it had issues you guys played games and made us waste time and money. I still have the paper work from Canadian Tire for our alignment that was wayyy off and you guys promised to fix. 3 visits later we had enough and went to get it done somewhere else. Well Roland! It finally happened; the car that we tried so hard to keep on the road for another year, finally let me down however you did not! When it came time for me to get a new car it was an easy decision to go see Roland. We bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee from them two weeks ago. The whole experience was excellent. We had to make an appointment so they could ensure physical distancing. They were set up to keep distance during the pandemic as well as sanitization wipes and sprays. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Wonderful buying experience from this dealership, I usually dread the whole car buying experience but everything went very smoothly. Buying a Jeep in the middle of a pandemic was not really on my radar but it happened. Andrew was awesome through the whole experience. Even thought we couldn’t test drive at the time of purchase Andrew made us feel secure in our purchase of my first Jeep Wrangler. I can not say enough about how great Andrew made our experience. Had a great experience. We were on the lot all of 5 minutes and Greg Seymour came out to greet us. We discussed what we were looking for and he showed us a couple great options. He answered all of our questions and spent a great deal of time making sure we could come to an agreement we were all happy and comfortable with. Overall it was a great experience with excellent customer care. We are happy with our decision to shop there and would recommend it to others looking for a new vehicle.

I just had to update my review of Niagara chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I traded in my truck and bought a Dodge Durango. I couldnt be happier with my purchase. I love dealing with this dealership. They went above and beyond to find me the exact vehicle I wanted. They even had to go to Sudbury to get it. They have a customer for life. I live in Ottawa and recently purchased a used GMC Terrain from Niagara Chrysler sight unseen in terms of physically being onsite to try and test drive the car. Certainly, it was a risk but I try to give people the benefit of the doubt that they will operate with honesty and integrity. I made the initial contact via email later on a Saturday evening and was surprised to get a professional response the same evening from Roland Stiller. Roland was very helpful and patient in providing answers to my questions over the next 36 hours, as well as taking photographs of the areas I requested and sending them to me. By Monday evening I had made the decision to purchase the vehicle based on the photographs both on the advertisement and from Roland, the CarFax report and Niagaras willingness to repair/replace some blemished areas as part of the agreed price. When I asked about my options in getting the vehicle to Ottawa, they actually offered to drive the vehicle to my door, which they eventually did at the end of that week, following completion of the repairs and safety. That was a substantial offering and much appreciated. The vehicle arrived plated and ready to go. I had one complaint after it arrived, about the condition 3 particular parts to do with the liftgate and the hood, and I did feel they should have been replaced, but this was discussed and I accept that it was not their responsibility to do so. Otherwise, the entire transaction in these weird COVID-19 times was very good and I am pleased with my new 2015 Terrain. I certainly would recommend them based on my experience to date. Thank you.

I purchased my new car from here and they were fabulous! From the beginning of my quest to the end when I finally drove away, they made me feel comfortable and they simplified everything for me. They recommended that I have the 3m stone guard installed on the front because of the highway commuting I was doing. Filippo and Brett were both amazing and took care of my purchase and the financing. They were informative without the pressure so I felt very excited to go pickup my car.

Dodge Durango vehicles are not easy to find. Sales consultant Jason and GM Josh were able to secure a Durango GT for us and delivered it looking fantastic. Jason demonstrated all the many features before we drove off. Shannon from finance made the purchase easy and explained the financing options available. I dont understand why these guys are getting butt raped in the review section, ours was a positive experience and we got a great car at a great price.Our salesman Kellen was easy to work with, generally a chill guy who I found to be honest and likeable. Granted we were lay downs but given the low kms and year of the car we knew we were getting a good deal. I dont feel the need to negotiate for the sake of negotiating. He was a real helpful, easy to talk to, let us use his computer, would sit and crack jokes with us, no pressure, no greasy sales tactics. Just an awesome guy who helped make buying the car an easy pain free experience.The financing department wasnt the most pleasant, but they got the job done. I felt a bit brushed off, she seemed to assume I had bad credit and wasnt going to get approved, and seed somewhat apathetic about helping me. At the end of the day she did get me approved with a co signer, albeit not as quickly/eagerly as I would have liked. I imagine they deal with a lot of bad credit white trash so they get a bit jaded.Overall I am recommending this place to friends because I had a good experience there. The car was a killer price for good-as-new kilometers, and staff has been generally awesome. Thanks guys!

5 bright shiny stars for the service department. Shane and the guys are the best, they got me in right away (twice) when I had urgent repairs needed when the dealership closer to me made me wait almost a week for an appointment. I called Shane and he got me in right away. I will make the drive next time I need my car serviced, love this dealership and their customer service was fantastic. Provide TV and coffee and goodies while you wait. I highly recommend the service department, thanks again guys!!
