Good service, knowledgeable staff. Natalia & the rep with the ponytail helped me upgrade my phone. She was very careful with my phone & offered to set up the screen protector for me, which she did an excellent job.
I am a Koodo customer, I go to buy a new phone and they tried to push a plan change when I can do it online with no sales push. Before telling me to either change plans or do it online, they tried to sell me a protector which I already happened to have for that phone. When I said I already have one the guy says are you sure?. EXCUSE ME? You can keep your phone, your plan, and perhaps your job depending on who your manager is. I would certainly not want you in my business.
I brought a few international students to this location to purchase plans and SIM cards for the month they were here. Steph did an awesome job at helping every student and also helped to set up the SIM cards. It was great customer service.
Transferred my phone plan from Telus to Koodo. Nicole was SUPER helpful and helped me choose the right plan, as well as answered all of my questions. Would highly recommend!
Dealt with an amazing Koodo representative, Steph, at the Edmonton City Centre location. She was incredibly patient and attentive. Steph spent the time to understand my needs/concerns, and went above and beyond in researching the process to deliver the services I requested. I needed help getting my one volume button unstuck there employ for some reason thought taking off my screen protector was gonna fix it, I told her how important it was and how clumsy I am, so what does she do she gives it back to me stuck on a piece of paper, next day I drop my phone and it wont work at all what do they do, they tell me its my problem and pretty much shove me off. I told them Im switching companys and they dont even bother to tell me I still have a balance to pay months later they come at me with you you have an outstanding balance of 195$ wouldve been good to know when i switched... shove it koodo you have terrible customer service!! Thank you Steph for f****** up my phone!!
NEVER sign up with this company! They trick you to think that you will pay less than you actually have to do. When you ask for help they will forward you to another service desk or their call back phone which do not work. They will trick you, take my words for it.

Dont Blame the carriers for the CRTC it is really the CRTC that decides prices plans features, examples rogers took bell to the CRTC to remove the free 10 hours of bell tv simply because rogers didnt offer any free use of the service to its customers.
