Always like game stop only once coming here was their an employee that seemed less then helpful and disinterested in my business.... But it doesnt stop me from coming here.

This is the GameStop people in niagara falls should go. The dudes in here are very professional. If you have any kind of questions about games or technology they can pretty much answer it. They give good recommendations about the newest games and even older games. I want to give kudos to nick I believe his name is. Everytime I go into this store he is extremely helpful. The game system my husband purchased does not recognize any discs at first we thought it was the games themselves but hes come to realize its the system it also doesnt let him access apps or let him download.

They were out of ps4 headsets and controllers when I went. Staff is very friendly and know whats good and whats bad.

Its like every other GameStop. Hard to walk through because its packed with stuff in the middle of the floor. You can find any game you want but it is probably more expensive there than a retail store.

Staff is generally pretty helpful and friendly. Just have to deal with the sales pitches youre forced to endure at any gamestop.

This GameStop is the worst. We have pre-ordered games multiple times and then when we go in to pick them up have been told they dont have any despite the fact that we already paid in full ahead of time. Terrible customer service.
