A great Dunkin right up from the Falls. Its a tradition for us to stop there is after a Falls visit.

I am a big Starbucks fan but this location.. this young man.. made one of the best cups of coffee.. I have ever drank..

Hard to understand the cashier. Ordered a hot chocolate and got peppermint flavored chocolate. Donut and Iced coffee were good. Place looked pretty clean.

Woman @ the counter, taking orders was nice, polite & offered suggestion for my indecision of food & guy was fast making my cappuccino

Every time I go to the location by the casino, I get out of this world customer service, and always the freshest hottest cup of coffee. The employees are absolutely wonderful to me and of course the coffee is always top notch

They forgot 1 of the toppings on it. Did not realize it till we were back on the road.

Came in to get a latte and it seemed to take a very long time. Once I received my latte and got back in my car, it was not hot at all. I literally drank it in less than 5 minutes. Disappointed to say in the least.

Employee at the counter was extremely rude . Have always been a fan of DD, but this time the experience was horrible.

Rude employee and talking sarcastically in their native language without knowing I can understand what she is speaking.

Had a miscommunication with the guy about my order but he was super friendly and apologetic! Also very clean and sanitary! Would recommend for a quick stop.

Was really disappointed in this particular Dunkin. Unfriendly staff, confusion and disorganization, stale food.

Nothing to do with the doughnut shop services. Its the amount of times I have been solicited for money is growing. Going in or getting gas. Not a good experience.

The gas station associated with this DD has the cheapest gas in the area.

This location has pretty normal expectations for your Dunkin donuts. However, theres only 2 tables for dining. So if you want to dine in your chances are very low to get seating. Other than that services were great.

A few months ago i would of gave it 5 stars always great service and friendly and quick. Recently tho during this virus lockdown they have changed their hours and now close at 2 which is fine. But whats not fine is the ignorant worker you now have working there closing who chooses to close anytime between 1230 and 2 which is just unheard of in any corporate business that im aware of. I mean i wish i could choose to close the store i work at and leave early but i get paid to stay till their suppose to close so thats what i do. Maybe they just need some more employee training i guess. Because the two girls that always use to work were the nicest dunkin workers ive ever met bit not this new one.

Cant get an order right to save their life. Not sure why I continue to try.

Hey I just visited this location it’s really good experience

Horrible service. 3 remakes and still couldnt get my order correct. Hot Chocolate Machine was filled with wrong contents. Employees dont LISTEN to EVERYTHING you tell them. They hear ONLY what they assume you said. 3 times I HAD to convince them the machine was filled incorrectly, while they insisted it was correct. Since when does MINT hit chocolate smell like vanilla chai???

I had me breakfast today at this locationFood was super delicious and their customer service was awesomeSuper friendly staff.

Over crowded

Seemed to be short on Inventory. I made a early visit and no bagels no crescents. I was nervous to ask for a decaf at that point, but they had coffee at least.
