I shop here quite often and I know that it may not be an accurate review because I go there so often but I walk in there and people know me by sight or by name and if I have any problems trying to find something you know theyre quick to help me and their return policy is pretty good yeah youre going to have to pay a little bit of a fee you know for restocking in that but its much better to do that than have to have somebody tell you what we cant take it back I highly recommend anybody that buys anything from them to buy the extended warranty at least a year because things do break and you got at least a year to be using it and if it does break theyll take it back no questions asked have a good day

Large tool store with their own line of power tools and equipment. The Hercules line of brushless motor tools with lithium batteries seems to be close to DeWalt level of quality, at very reasonable prices. Overall, a fun store for grown children like myself to shop at!

Great selection of drill bits and attachments. Just so much stuff there. Theyre having a parking lot sale March 13, 14 and 15. I shouldnt go but I will. I got on their mailing list. They send coupons. Crazier prices still like 11 bucks for an angle grinder. If these super cheap (inexpensive) electric tools only last the life of your project, its a good deal. Anything after that is gravy.

I was at this location earlier today and made a few small purchases. Harbour Freight has a large selection of products and the prices are great. Keep in mind that most of these items are made overseas and sometimes the quality can be suspect. Id stick to products that have average reviews of 4 stars or higher. They also have a great return policy, so even if you dont like your purchase it can easily be returned. Finally, always check on line for coupons or discounts before going to the store, they always have deals on top of their already low prices.

The tools have the same heft and feel as those found in Home Depot. Yet they are much less expensive.I have purchased a few things and if they hold up, I will be coming here first before going to the other home improvement centers.If you have diy projects, this may be the best place to get what you need.

I have been going to the Niagara Falls NY location since it opened a few years ago. For the 1st few years it was a pleasant experience going in to shop. They have changed employees since and the experience isnt quite what it used to be. The employees at the store now are very cold and rude in most instances. One of the 1st managers there had the same name as me, 1st and last name. He was very polite and professional. The cashiers were friendly and always willing to help. When I went in today I must have been assigned a loss prevention employee who kept following me around the store and even kept reaching in front of me to take items off the shelf to look at them. I have spent a lot of money in the store, thousands and thousands. In the future I will start to shop at Home Depot for a lot of similar items I can get there as opposed to HF. I hope that management from Harbor Freight looks at these reviews from time to time and corrects these problems before it gets to be an even more miserable shopping experience.

Decent tools. The 4 star rating of for the price. When something is on sale it is really a good deal. Not the best quality but decent serviceable tools.

They had a miss labled torch set which was labled at $59. I got the set went to cash out and they told me the torch set was mislabeled and they cant sell it at that price. Further more went to say someone shouldnt play games, accusing me of changing the price when the manager was standing beside me in the same aisle the whole time. Horrible customer treatment.

This is my home store, come here sometimes on a whim just to look around. I love their coupons and there is a great app for android thatll show you all the sales and coupons running. The selection is great and the tool are great IF you understand their limitations:Doing a simple job? SURE!Want to do a major renovation? NO!Dont come back complaining that your $10 drill died because you were trying to bore 1-1/2 holes through joists

Great customer service at this location, the young lady at the cash register helped my wife and I load an oversized item into our tiny car and disposed of the extra packaging for us. Thanks for going the extra mile!

Tool quality has really improved

You have to be cautious what you buy there because of the quality but thats expected with the deep discounted rates anything requiring really wrenching on something I recommend buying brand name with warranty

The store was nice and organized, products were great for the price BUT the staff was treating its customers like thieves and following them around. When I came to the cash counter the staff there told me to go to another counter and made a smart remark about the supposed 2hrs I spent in the store (I was in and out within 45 minutes max). Then when I moved to another counter, the lady there intercommed the first staff informing him that another customer was going towards the back of the store.

NIAGARA FALLS NY STORE, MILITARY ROAD. Terrible customer service, manager was very unprofessional and ignorant when I returned a purchase I made because the pump didnt work.I wanted to exchange it for the same thing, they didnt have any more and didnt know when more would come in, had one at another store but refused to have it shipped to this store. Also refused to give me the floor model part/pump. Could of easily swapped the part out being it was only for display no one could tell by looking at it.What if I had the extended warranty ?Guess they didnt care.Wont be shopping here again, need to hire a better manager with a better professional attitude and people skills.If it was my business she wouldnt be working for me.

Do not buy anything worth more than $10. I bought generator and did not work. I went to replace it and said I have put $10 gasoline. The answer was you can take your gasoline back from the gas tank if you can. I said I cant. Just replace it. So they replaced and at the job site same thing. It did not start. I lost my to time, had to pay my workers, and kind flashed my money down to the gutter. Although I got my money back. But the amount of time and money I spent was not worth for a generator 50 dollars cheaper than home Depot. Well I bought it from home Depot and it worked like a charm. Very bad quality products.

You have to now watch for sales that only apply to people that have a paid discount membership. Sounds like a scam to me bought what i came in for, saw another item for 30% off after i pay for it i got no discount. Ask why and was told you have to be a paid member to get the discount. But they put the price right on the shelf i just returned it full refund. Watch your recites.
