Reason for the rating is due to the constantly broken machines that accept payments but don’t work. The larger issue is when attempting to get money back or reimbursed the staff always claim they can’t help and that customers must jump through loops with a 1-800 number. Very much appears to be a setup to collect money without rendering services.

No one wears a mask and store was nasty

I dont use the convenience store itself, so only can speak on the fuel pumps.Easy to enter this fuel station from all directions, and easy exit as well. The fuel pumps are decently clean and in working order. Brightly lit at night or evenings for safety.

Best convenience store chain in the state. They have a great layout with tons of options, excellent helpful employees, decent prices and a nice big parking lot.Amazing what a difference it makes to actually be able to drive in and drive out without waiting 5 minutes for everyone else to manipulate a tiny parking lot.I must not forget to mention the nice big bathrooms. Multiple stalls for quick access and theyre clean!

Conveniently located with easy access from the street without causing traffic. Huge variety of foods and beverages and whatever else you could possibly ask for from a gas station. Its clean and quiet every time I visit.

It has plenty of parking and pumps and sits on the corner with access from both roads. The selection was good and had several food choices if you are looking to grab a quick bite on the road. The cashier called someone from the back to speed things up when she had a line form.

Cashier was very rude, I was trying to explain about my purchase of lottery tickets and she kept interrupting, when the other cashier tried to find out what was going on I started to explain, the first one I interrupted me again saying she dont get it, goodbye and when I turned to speak to the other cashier the first one interrupted me again, so I cancelled my purchase and left.

Long lines. I saw like 4 employees and only one was on a register. 2 ladies wheeled an empty trash can outside and were having a good old time smoking and laughing it up while one person inside is dealing with a line of 15+ people.

Out of coffee, 7 a.m.

Clean restrooms and good coffee.

Blonde woman had the most awful facial expression the whole time behind the register. Acting like she had better things to do than check out customers when the older woman had 5 people in a line while the blonde young woman was SWEEPING. Which is supposed to be done in a gas station when you have nothing to do. 5 customers are waiting in line, that takes precedence over sweeping 😂😂

Usually only 1 register open at the busiest times....the line is backed up to the frozen yogurts. Some mornings, it’s easier and faster to go through a drive through for coffee.

Most Cashiers super friendly and efficient, but management should get more training. There was 1 cashier and the line wrapped around deli area towards the drink cooler... Not even sure if there was any management hereWith covid pandemic its nice to see stores requiring employees to wear masks... but apparently at night the coronavirus sleeps and noone needs a mask

This is my favorite Cefco. Staff is always friendly and helpful. There is a good selection of gab and go items.

In my opinion, its better than the Tom Thumb across the street! Why? Because when you get to the cashier and they scan your items and you dont have to correct the mistakes in pricing. The Tom Thumbs are a rip off! Got gas there and saved 18 cents a gallon over tom thumb stores in Crestview. The people in Crestview are being gouged the tom thumbs.

The best one stop gas shop, in our area they have a sandwich shop called Which Which attached, huge selection, enough pumps that their is normally no wait time, and by far the cleanest gas station chain, I have seen hospitals that werent as well cleaned as these stores.

CEFCO gas seems to give me between 3 and 5 MPG better millage than other local gas vendors. I try to use it exclusively now.

Bad customer service. Employees are not knowledgable about services offered at thier own store and too busy talking amongst each other instead of bringing up customers. Go to tom thumb!!!

I worked here for two years and at first it was ok but about a month in the at the time deli manager constantly harrassed me and it took them a year and half to finally get rid of her they pay their employees awful wages and most are forced to take up multiple jobs to support them selves they dont offer a lunch break as well as they make you buy your food from them since theres no fridge for employees and is just a overall a terrible place to work so happy I got a real job where the company veiws me as a person and not a chalkboard number dont work here at least bp and Tom thumb give their employees good wages and let them listen to music also they refuse to maintain the place and havent cleaned the soda lines since they opened who knows whats growing in there
