Awful customer service! The employee there gave me attitude and was very rude. All I asked was to pay for some gas. Im sorry for asking you to do your job! I work in customer service and its not that hard to be nice to customers. Do not recommend going here at all. Honestly, ruined my day. 😡 Wish I could do a 0/5 stars!

Staff are friendly and attentive! Bathrooms are a disaster. I feel like I caught a venereal disease just walking in there!

Could not get pump 3 to give rewards discount so I cancelled the transaction which took 15 minutes. Ask the clerk, which there was only one on duty according to him, but he said nothing was wrong. Pump finally starting reading Busy even though I was not using. A second visit to the clerk said it was clear & that I must have done it wrong. All I did was push the Rewards button & put my rewards card in the slot. A third visit to the clerk & he still insisted the pump was clear. He kept pushing buttons & finally when we returned back to the pump, it had cleared. Unfortunately there were some unkind word from us because of the frustration & his insistent that we did not know what we were doing. Clerks name was Ken & very RUDE. Been using the rewards card for a couple of years now. Tried pump 2 & again it would not give the rewards discount. Ended up going to Exxon & using Exxon rewards card.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE

This circle K doesn’t honor their loyalty Circle K reward cards because I have a $2 off reward and they told me that I can’t use it and I think that’s not right and that’s why I give this place a one star and they have signs that say Circle K all over.

I bought 2 sodas from this gas station and I tried to use my rewards card to get some points and the cashier wouldnt scan the barcode for me to get the points because the cashier said if she scans the barcode the cash register will crash or rack up the cents for my gas card so now I have no points from this transaction that I got today or any cents for my gas card.Tons of people in the gas station with no masks on and 1 employee that has no mask on at all and I would recommend not to go here at all.

Receipt at the pump was inop and the line inside was huge because there was only one employee during the lunch rush. I pay at the pump for convenience and speed...so I expect it to work.

Gas 2.29. Bathroom not so clean, but fast service. No fuss
