I go to this store between 2-4 times a week. The staff is super friendly, the majority of prices are good and the store is clean. Its important to support your small businesses so they can stay open especially in our current climate. The only reason I didnt give them 5 ⭐ is because product availability (lately) is not that great!

I enjoy shopping at Grocery Outlet--great prices and the Specials are GREAT! The only problem I have is the attitude of MARK--the Assistant Manager--his attitude definitely needs improving--hes RUDE--most of the time! He needs to appreciate the customers because without customers--he wont have a job--PERIOD!

If you can live without some brand names, exotic fruits and vegetables, and the glamour of high end markets and would prefer basics, good quality meats and very good prices this is the store to shop. One example: I am a diet coke fanatic. A 12pk right now is $3.99, no deals, no restrictions. At most other stores a 12pk is around $6 to $7. When you buy multiples you can see where the cost adds up. Great selection in the frozen foods as well.

Basic food, basic grocery store as advertised. When trying to make dinner they have what you need. PROS easy to shop, small store, friendly staff. CONS, 10% Surcharge at checkout, overpriced, allot of frost bit goods, variety is slim

One of my favorite places to shop. Down home country experience with fresh produce. Friendly cashiers, and staff. Always clean and neat. I would say the only store neater is Publix. They have a nice selection of bulk goods.

Good close grocery store with great prices. Reason why it isnt a 4 or 5 star review is that most cold products butter cheese milk ect have gone up and are now on par with WalMart or other stores in the area now. Used to be cheep eat place for groceries in the area. Usually have the best prices on meats though hand down. They also have bundles on meat packages which is even cheaper. But still closer and usually no waits unlike WalMart though. Very friendly and helpful staff. Always a clean store as well.

Grocery outlet is incredible. It feels like stepping into the only grocery store for miles in a tiny town of only 400 residents in the middle of Wyoming, which is something really special. Its reminescent of Howdeys Market from Raising Hope. Its dimly lit and full of mysterious off-brands youve never heard of before, and thats what makes it special.Lets start with the prices. As is to be expected of a grocery store with Bargain Market in the name, everything here is very affordably priced, which is super awesome for low income families, or people with part time jobs, like myself. Nowhere else in Niceville can I get a sweet, sweet Mr. Goodbar for a mere 80¢.And speaking of nowhere else in Niceville, this place has supreme variety. Id lost all hope of finding somewhere to get a Thai Tea for under $5 in Northwest Florida, and then came Grocery Outlet, a shining beakon of international grocery options in the deep south. Not only can I get a Thai Tea (and other delicious Asian foods and drinks) for only $1.15 here, but i also have TWO brands to choose from. They also carry many specialty foods, drinks, and spices that are nigh impossible to find at any Winn Dixie, Publix, or even Walmart, including your favorite soda from the 90s, Faygo.Dont overlook this hidden gem just because of the old building or the suspicious off-brands. Truly, and I mean all of this without an ounce of sarcasm, this store is amazing. Niceville wouldnt be the same without you, Grocery Outlet, never change.

I dont know why I havent been here before. Nice selection of items and super prices. Not crowded and well stocked shelves. Parking lot was empty and the store was easy to get in and out of. Friendly cashiers do the bagging as well as check out...be kind and stop by for a nice alternative to Walmart and Publix.

Good meat selection and employees are very nice. However, anyone can walk in without a mask, t-shirt or barefoot. Definitely expose to COVID-19.

Shopping was great. They had everything we went for and then some. The people there were nice and it was clean. I would have gave them a 5 but it seems they are not very worried about the COVID and none of the employees or customers were required to wear masks.

Didnt have bagels or muffins. Some item selections were very limited. Pricing wasnt terrible but not very good either. Publix or Walmart are definitely a better choice.

The store does not require masks, not even for employees! People should understand when you wear them you are only protesting yourself 30%. Therefore you are protecting them more. Absolutely insane!

Nice alternative to the huge super centers. Fewer options but probably all you need. Seemed to be significantly less covid-19 mask use than other supermarkets we visited.

Very disappointed in this visit. None of the employees were wearing masks and/or gloves and there were no safety screens between cashiers and customers. You have a lot of elderly customers and you need to do better helping to keep them safe. Just my humble opinion.

This place has great prices and used to have a great staff but unfortunately most of them are gone, there are a few good ones still like donna, April and mark but the rest of the cashiers were not friendly at all. In fact the one i had when i asked her how she was doing ( because she didnt even look up to ask how i was ) answered Im tired and i would rather not get paid and go home and sleep than get paid and be here. Thats pretty sad ..........

Quality selection of meats and they offer several mix and match meat bundles to choose from to suit your needs. Found many items that cost significantly less than the other grocery stores. Overall, a great shopping experience in a clean store with very friendly employees! I live in Crestview but I will definitely be back.

I always enjoy this store. Its fun trying new things I wouldnt normally try due to the expense. Here I can purchase for a fraction of the cost. Stop in and see what they have. It will surprise you!Customer service has always been pleasant and helpful. A really nice store.

I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of good that was at the grocery outlet. While not a department store, grocery outlet process were better than Wally world for the most part. If you are a bargain shopper, adding grocery outlet to you routine would greatly stretch your budget. I thought that it would be almost or just expired food, but it was not, it was mostly off brand generic stuff that is still good. If youre in the area and have not given grocery outlet a try, I would recommend stopping by.

I prefer shopping here when it comes to my meats!! Cant beat the price and the quality is better then my other option here in Niceville. Always have good pricesand I can find those items I still want but the other grocery stores have stop carrying. Sometimes some of the employees could smile a little bit more and be more polite but still a great place

Has an adequate Gluten Free selection. They also do the 5 for 5 sales which gets you a choice of frozen stir fry veggies along with Hot Pocket bread sticks for variety. It reminds me when I didnt have much money with young kids Angel Foods would create meal packs and sell them affordably minded just not name brand. Every area has brands that distributors cater to.

I really enjoy this little store. The employees are friendly, they have all the grocery basics and its easy to get in and out of. They also carry items that are sometimes hard to find, and have a good selection in the meat department.

This is the only grocery store in the area that Ive been able to find Hawks boiled peanuts in bulk. For that reason alone, I love it. Lol
