As I waited on hold for the pharmacy for over 30 minutes the 2nd time I called understanding that they are probably busy on Halloween. The only thing I needed to know is if my remainder prescription was ready for pick up. I did not want to add to more people in an already cramped enclosed area if there was no reason for me to be there. I could have been told to call back or just to come in, but no, I was just placed on hold and probably wished upon to just go away. I have worked in customer service my entire working career, so I clearly understand that when you are busy your just plain busy. I would have called back at a later time or just went in, but why expose myself to a indoor place if I dont need to.. Especially to sit at a pharmacy waiting area. I have been a patron of this pharmacy for over 2 an a half years and suggested to friends they go there because I have always felt very well heard and taken care of. I am pretty shocked that their explanation the 2nd time I called was we are just so busy...... Then why answer the phone is my question??? Why not have a recording saying as such. The level of I dont care was astounding to me and hurtful. I have never had nor felt a pharmacy or stores customer service for that matter be so heartless in their tone of explaining they are just too busy. Its a grocery store on a holiday weekend I could assume as much hence why I called. The lack of care and plain down right lack of consideration for my time was so disheartening. What Im very concerned about is not only the customer service desk people, but the pharmacy as well could treat a customer calling for a medical need with such disrespect. When I first called and was left on hold at the pharmacy I had given my name and medication I was calling for, then processed to waited for 17 minutes. I tried calling back thinking maybe they had just forgotten about me. Thats when I tried speaking with customer service to see what was going on. Huge mistake. They definitely made you feel unimportant and a waste of time. Ill be looking into changing my pharmacy and my grocery shopping in general. What a horrendous way to run a business. Being busy shouldnt mean you toss customers to the side or put on hold hoping they just go away. Well... I will be going away. Straight to Publix.

Usually its a nice place to shop. But lately the children watching the self check out are very rude. Today I had some items that were bogo and didnt come up that way so I asked the little blonde girl. I had to try a couple of times to get her attention because she was staring at her phone. She comes over and rudely pecks a button on the screen and walks away back to her phone. No explanation, nothing. I didnt see what she pushed. Sorry to be a bother but....Also Im really surprised employees are allowed to have phones out while working.

Very good and clean grocery store. Could it get better, absolutely. However, as its the only grocery store in Bluewater area, it has most of the products one may need. Prices are competitive. Although, some products are a bit pricey. Customer service is A+! Our favorite is their produce products, their fruits are delicious and always fresh.

I love this store over publix and Walmart. I am so grateful for the wide selection of organic foods they are carrying that no other store is in Niceville. It saves me the trip to Destin to Wholefoods or Evermans in pensacola when I want to get something quick. I especially love the organic snack selection :) super convenient thank you so much for continuing to carry these items ♥️

Friendly employees, clean store, and pretty good deals every time we shop here. This was already my favorite grocery store in the area, but my husband gifted me a cookie cake for Valentines Day and it was the best tasting cookie cake Ive ever eaten! Hopefully Ill get one for my birthday too!

Winn-Dixie has some different items than the other big grocery store in town. Their bakery usually has their freshly baked items throughout the day. You can usually run in just before dinner and still get some nice fresh rolls.

This is my go to store for most of my groceries. They have good prices and great sales every week. Also give you rewards for cash back to use on groceries or gas. Great pharmacy, bakery a friendly place to shop.

If there were another option nearby I would use it. This store is convenient to my location.The variety here has been limited over the years. More and more Im seeing store brand items crowding-out top brands. In my opinion Winn Dixie store brand items are a cut below the norm.Customer service is just not there. When I went to check out, one person operating a register and three Associates chit-chatting two registers down. I think this is reflected also in their cleanliness, tidiness and organizational aspects as well. I used the self checkout which was totally unmanned.My visit was 2 days ago around 9:30 p.m. This is not my first trip to Winn-Dixie. Ive been going to store for years and years.I took the time to write this because I saw one associate pulling the load of four. Every hard-working person on Earth knows what its like when you have co-workers that dont pull their load. Where was management?Hopefully somebody with some managerial skill at Winn-Dixie will read this and I can review again soon.

Always find what I need here. Staff and management are always very helpful. I am particularly impressed by the cashier and bagger working evening shift this evening.

Great sales! So nice to have a great grocery store close by. Its pricey if you have to buy something full price, but very affordable with the BOGO sales.

Wheelchair accessible. Convenient, has most items, sushi, fish and meats, wines, beer, liquor (Cashs) nearby. Subway nearby too. Has a Pharmacy, Bakery and small flower shop. Mailboxes (UPS) nearby.

Good store to do your grocery shopping. They have everything and then some. Great sales each week to save you money. The staff if beyond great!

I love shopping there. The pharmacy is wonderful and all the clerks are friendly. I do think they need to do something with the deli department. Seldom have good buys.

Everyone smiled, greeted, and was very friendly. I know several stores that have this policy, but I have never seen it in practice. A small town feel in a relatively large city.

Tonight Winn Dixie really impressed me.It was 5 minutes before closing and I didnt have my card, just cash. The self services machine only accepted card, not cash.......I was about to leave, frustrated, when the assistant Manager stopped ne and offered me to use the cashier and she did. Thank you Winn Dixie staff, Managers, assistant Managers, cashiers and all of yiu.

Found a great deal on the coffee and tea that is hard to find back in Texas.Stocked up and will be back next summer to buy more.

We spoke to the store manager about always running out of a certain product. He assured us that he would order more to prevent them from running out all the time. We have not seen it in the store since we made the request. Im not going to beg him - we just go to Publix now as they always have more variety and better quality produce and selection. Its even more distance for us to get there, but its worth it if they have what we need.

Beautiful, clean store. Got Pineapple chunks BOGOF and some pretty red grapes to put in freezer ! Love frozen grapes! Great prices!

Good service. However, it always seems there is just one thing on almost every shop they dont have that we can get from a competitor. Ill still shop here, just saying that I dont always find what I need.

Ive never used Western Union... Patrick there taught me how to get cash and send it! My neice sent me cash there ! Was very interested I use the credit union myself:-) but I really like the young man Patrick..hes very fun!!

I personally always buy my meat from Winn-Dixie, when Im off of the bases near by, due to Quality and price. The meat department has staff there that are very knowledgeable and will cut something for you to your size liking and even large orders can be placed.

I love Winn Dixie. But the checkout situation is ridiculous. I refuse to do the self check out. Today is a perfect example. 1 live check out open, the rest were self check outs. I shopped, I am not checking out my own groceries.

I shop this store out of convenience! Its ok. Fairly good sales prices. Staff are friendly. Produce is ok. Nothing too exotic. I think the meat quality has improved and you can get some pretty good buys when they run specials, but I still prefer the quality of meat from Sams Club.

The store is clean, aisles are labeled n great sales on many items. Cashier was friendly n efficient.

Our kids love the shopping carts they have for children, and know to ask the clerk for a lollipop on the way out.

I usually like shopping at Winn-Dixie, but today I seen someone with a dog in the shopping cart at the register. Not one of the employees said a word. This dog had no vest on and even if it did it should not be in the cart where someone else is going to place their groceries! I have shopped my last at this store. I will no longer frequent any store or restaurant that allows just any dog. This is unsanitary!

Of all the Winn-Dixies on the gulf coast, this by far is the best one. None of them are horrible, but this one just seems more service friendly, and better stocked.

I really like it, sweet people at pharmacy.... our brownies we only can get there.

They often fail to carry the basics. Just now i called to see if they carry fish stock. I called first as they often dont have what i need. They didnt carry it. Their produce, especially on the weekend is very poor and they often have few checkouts and long lines. I now often go to Publix, even though it is out of the way, as i often end up there anyway. If youre child has an allergy to peanuts or nuts there are few bread products that are available.
