Maria is so awesome. She is always professional and courteous. She always answers my question and figures out my problem in a flash. So nice to my kids. I dont want to deal with no one else but her when I come in the store. Also I will leave and come bk if she is off work that day but that is very seldom because shes always working. The store is better ever since she started working there. Shes never done me wrong at all. Ever.

I apologize I do not know their names but I have met a white female once working there last year. She was really cool, outgoing, nice & explained everything I needed to know. I liked her a lot.Every other time when I go I see a younger petite female with a bit darker skin. She is AWESOME! She’s so sweet, she will help you out the best way she can & you can tell she loves her job. The customer service was great and the phone selection was awesome

They told us they had no light screen covering so they put us a dark one on and said try it and if you don’t like it bring it back and we will switch it out so we did and now they charged us for it. Bad service like that finds me looking for someone else to do business with

After a day of insanity with At&t which is a whole other story, my girlfriend and I went to Metro PCS in Nicholasville and talked with a sales rep named Angel. She was absolutely fantastic in communicating and assisting me in getting setup with a new phone plan. Very honest and to the point about the process. I thank you for your help and absolutely love my new Samsung Galaxy A20. Love the fact that we have unlimited mobile data and 5gb of mobile hotspot sharing. Thank you!
