They add charges on your account you didn’t ask for. They have horrible customer service. People in the store don’t have ANY IDEA what their doing but they sure know how to offer you $90 speakers that are worth twenty bucks max lmao zero integrity in that store. Not to mention Boost Mobiles service is TRASH. Just like everyone says. I’d go to the other guy up the street. Or Walmart lmao 💯

Kristen was so helpful! Went to switch 4 lines over and she helped my daughters get the phones they wanted for a reasonable price unlike some other stores. She helped set everything up for us and made sure we were comfortable before we set foot out of the door. Customer service is awesome! Definitely will be going back! Thank you

Went there the girl was on a 3 hr brake I guess and when she finally got back said she couldnt help us...drove 23 min away to another one that girl helped us with in 20 min and we was on our way....dont know who her boss is but she dont deserve to work there...this company lost out on more than 8 people that we seen come and go smh

I was sold a Coolpad Legacy for $150 that was in the back. It dont want to work. You cant save contacts and constantly is telling me launcher 3 isnt working, messages not wrkn. It has to be restarted alot. Why is this phone setting out for people to buy? I usually dont do business on North main with boost. You really pushed a phone at me to make a sale knowing the reviews were bad. And Ive had the phone 2 weeks! Ive done went in the store explaining my problem. No ones getting any answers to if our coolpads cant be fixed. I want my money back. My family plan with this company will come to a end and Im taking 2 other people if this isnt fixed.

Weve had boost mobile thru this store about 6 years or more. Weve had but great service from that store every time!!
Do not waste your time and money at this place. Bought a phone upgrade for my wife. Got home, phone worked ok for a couple days but then it starts to have a hissing noise. Hissing noise went away, went to shop for a screen protector and find the phone is $50 cheaper at pretty much any boost store. That night (5 days after purchase) took phone, charger, receipt, box, etc back. The store will not exchange or give a refund. The phone is also back to hissing everytime I try to make a call. I asked for the owner of the store--to which I was told there isnt one. The fairy godmother must own the store. Do your homework, and shop elsewhere. They are overpriced, and whereas you get 7 days to return a phone at ANY OTHER boost store, they will not return it once purchased for any reason, and only exchange 3 days or less. They have zero confidence in their product or service--save for three days worth--so why would you put your confidence in them. I shouldnt have--and it was a $163 lesson learned.

The manager here not only over charged us for our phones but when we paid in advance in cash for our next month service he cancled the payment and pocketed the money and when we went to ask him about why our phones were cut off he told there wasnt anything he could do then said if we didnt leave he would call the police Even though I had proof right there on my phone showing ut had been paid The managers name is Jodey and hes a crook Either pay online or go to another Boost store because when he gets busted ripping you off you get threatened with the police

Got charged for a USB car charger on my receipt when purchasing a new plan, I never said I wanted one nor did I receive one.
