I bought Freeze on 11/14/16 supposed to be delivered on 11/17/16, no body turn up I contacted sears, they said it was scheduled for 11/18, said ok, but not delivered and reschedule for 11/22/16 still waiting, My tenant took day off to received her Freeze, she lost day salary and still did not receive her Freeze and I already paid 9 days ahead. Delivery service is calling automatic call for that performance rating where they never perform. ridicules.
.I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I tried calling this place to make a change to my order. Three times called with no answer and just got disconnected after the phone rang. After a few minutes, I called back to a ruder person on the phone who tells me they cannot talk and they will have to call me back. I told them that I needed to talk to someone Asap as I was leaving and wouldnt be able to deal with my order. They told me that they shouldnt have answered the phone. I finally settled for giving the guy my phone number only to never hear back from the guy.Now lets get to the website, which my not have to do with this specific store but still. I had gift cards to make a purchase. putting in the card numbers I received a never ending load icon. I tried multiple computers and multiple times. After checking back multiple times on different computers no change. I contacted customer service who tells me the system is down. I told them it wasnt working all day and they apparently didnt realize all day the system was down. I find that hard to believe and more likely the associates incompetence in being able to solve a problem
We ordered a refrigerator and a microwave for our new office. It was originally scheduled to be delivered on Monday. Monday afternoon we called as it never showed up and we found out there are no deliveries on Monday. Completely unacceptable since we dont know the delivery schedule, but we reschedule for Thursday. We have someone at our office on Thursday night until 7:30 as they say it will arrive between 4-7. By 7 we are on the phone and are advised there is no way to get ahold of the driver or estimate a delivery time. At this point this is completely ridiculous as someone is at our office 2 1/2 hours after closing and 30 mins past the time we were told they would be here. After being told there is no way to get ahold of the driver (which by the way is a downright lie) we are told we have to wait until NEXT WEEK for a delivery that is already 3 days past due. The delivery guy calls us at 8:30 saying that he has arrived. 1 1/2 hours AFTER delivery time. And he also said that Sears has his number. This has been the worst customer service I have ever seen and the delivery is a flat out joke. To top it off you lie to customers when you are in the wrong and then make them wait another week to get their merchandise. This isnt a small purchase and when I set up a delivery time/day and I am there waiting I expect it to be there within those times. The management staff/phone staff did not help at all and only made excuses as to why it wasnt here instead of fixing the problem. Now we will have to have someone else wait a 3rd time for a delivery that may or may not show up at all. UNACCEPTABLE!
Horrible.. Never again... Do not waste ur time here people.. Worse ever expireance. And even worse is the delivery service
Complete TURDS working there. I bought a fridge from there 2 weeks ago and these idiots cant get the delivery right. And When asked why, they just dont give F@#@$.
This place is so sketchy, seriously Sears. The store is rundown, and the salesmen were innapropriate. What a dump.
At all cost avoid SEARS, my experience is so bad getting my appliance repair which is under warranty and even with extended warranty. This company is so bad in all services of any kind. Take my word for it.
I canceled an order over six weeks ago and have yet to receive a refund. One sales lady told me that the store would refund my cash payment to my debit card. When I went to the store, another man told me that I will receive a check in the mail. After all the discount was not real; items were marked up and reduced to show 40 or 50 percent off.
