Stay away! BAIT AND SWITCH! I ordered a specific braiding hair, and they sent a partial order of the wrong hair. I notified them, and they asked me to send a picture of the items that were wrong. I did. The. Then they asked for a pic the correct items. I sent it. Visual proof of their error, and they had the audacity to say that the order was correct. Do not, and I repeat DO NOT waste your time.

This company Post a fake discount code on their website and when you order they asked that you use your reward points first. When you try to use your discount code, It doesnt apply. I can honestly say, that I prefer to order from this site over any other hair/wig site. My orders come less then a week (maybe because I live a few states from the actual store. However, Ive never had an issue with HairToBeauty.

Hair to Beauty was a winner. I was nervous reading the reviews after I placed my order but I thankfully was pleased. One item wasn’t available and I reached out to them about it. I asked would it ship out later or if I would get a refund. They replied quickly and 2 days later I saw a refund was issued. I would order again.

Ordered from this company recently and I must admit I failed to read the reviews before ordering, because I was so excited they had the items I was looking for, however NEVER AGAIN!! This company cares nothing but about their customers. With everything going on you think some people would be a little more considerate of others.

I live in NY and I just want to say thank you. Every other beauty supply store cancelled because of whats going on, but HairToBeauty came through. The shipping was fast and the order was exactly like asked.

You can read this and decide if you want to deal deal with them or their fake 5 star reviews. They sell stuff they do NOT have. You will be waiting and waiting and good luck with customer service. When I finally got an email back they said they cancelled my order but never refunded me. I had to open a claim with PayPal and won. Dont waste your time. I dont know happened with some of these other orders. I got some items a couple of months ago and wanted to submit a review about the delivery because it was a good experience. I was about to make another order and remembered I hadnt done the review. It was really surprising. Compared to some of the reviews I had seen before I did my order, I wouldnt have done it if the deals werent so good. So I really tried to be hopeful on it and they met my expectations, well surpassed them really because I didnt know what was going to be the case. They sent everything I wanted. They even took care of stuff that I included in a note for the order and didnt give me any problems at all. I dont know. Maybe its a matter of trying to have to take care of all the issues from the forefront, like sending messages and requesting the communicate if there are any problems. They didnt have to reach out to me because they did everything fine, but, even though it seems like extra work, making those requests from the beginning could help. At least you have notes in case theres any misunderstanding.

They have the items I want but now expected delivery was extended by another 10days! Totalling 2weeks (so far) . Will update if my package is delivered any sooner . I understand some delays but if it get extended any more Im just asking for a refund . Do not order if you need asap

Horrible experience!!! Ordered my braiding hair June 23 and paid an EXTRA $15 for ground shipping because my hair appointment was less than a week later. They emailed me about an address verification and which I complied, then they send me another email saying my hair would arrive June 29th which was the day of my appointment! I had to spend more money on hair somewhere else. When I called about returning it they want me to pay for shipping but that’s not fair. They messed up! I have been trying to speak with a manager ever since! I keep getting the run around. This company is horrible do not order from them!

I ordered a mommy 1 wig and received a mommy wig with a part. I called the number that pay pal sent me but it was a worst customer service. I called and sent and email. No reply!!! Don’t order from this website. I’ll Stick with sams beautiful and hair stop and shop. I want PayPal to refund me my money.

I have had a great experience shopping online with Hair To Beauty. Customer Service is phenomenal and shipping is the fastest ever. This is my go to for beauty related products!

I ordered through their website and paid through paypal. I got confirmation email that the order was being sent. I even got an email with a tracking number. So far so good. Then the products came in the mail. I ordered the same product but 3 of them. They sent the wrong ones. I called them and the rep I spoke with wanted proof of what I received along with a copy of the invoice. I asked to get a return label since it was their fault they sent the wrong ones. She said ok. So I do as requested and I got no response. This was on 1/31/2020. On the following Monday, I forwarded the email back to them with the requested information for a second time. Again, no response. The next day I tried to call many times and they would not answer the phone. I think they have caller ID because I tried different extensions and the automated machine hung up on me after ringing several times. All extensions go to 501. I did some research on them and many people have complained to the BBB about them for various reasons. I wish I had read those complaints before putting my order in. My bad. I went to Paypal and I opened a case against them for sending the wrong products. The next day they responded to my initial email with a return label. I am not ordering from them again and am not risking losing my money. Buyer beware.

This review is for an online purchase. To get right to the point - dont buy from them online! I wondered whether or not I should, so I took a chance and regret it. They took my money for a wig they did not have in stock (with no warning that it was not in stock) and after a week of wondering what was going on with my order I called. Getting a hold of them was a nightmare. A girl told me she would look into my order and call me back. Of course she didnt. I called again the next day and waited forever to speak with someone and the girl was so short with me telling me they didnt have the wig in stock I didnt even get a chance to speak before she put me on hold AGAIN to go see what they had. When she finally got back on the phone she told me they had the color I ordered in the first place! MAKES NO SENSE! I had to cut her off and ask for a refund, and I asked for a confirmation number and she said I would get one via email and hung up before I could even finish asking about the process. I said all of that to say, dont bother ordering from this place. It will waste your time and money.

Ordered x-pressions 2x the hair is so thin. They took must of split the hair the braiding hair packages usually are think. Then requesteda refund and havent heard anything. Called my bank and disputed the charges.

I will no longer support this business. I placed an order online for pickup at the warehouse. I included the time I will pick my things up after I paid for everything. I drove more than 30 minutes away during my lunch break and pulled up at the facility and received a phone call from an employee who states that 2 of the 3 items I paid for were not even available or in stock at the time and they didnt have any of the entire line available either. She blamed the issue on the website when its clearly an employee issue as to why the inventory is not updated on the website. All the brands of hair were listed as in stock on line and are currently still listed as available. She offered no compassion or anything. I will not be ordering from them . Unprofessional and a waste of time and gas!!! Go to Sams beauty!!

Ordered hair and beauty products and they didnt give a order number called 2 days later to let them know and then the said the hair I order wasnt in stock so now they can only send my beauty products. Now Im trying to get into contact with them because my refund should have been sent out and there not answering the phone keeps going to customer service then rings then hangs up on me.

Ordered a few pieces online was charged for pieces that I did not order or want. Filed a complaint with PayPal. Minus the money for the pieces I wanted PayPal gave me a return. The other monies was given to hair to beauty to cover my order. I called several times and was refused my money and my order. To this day hair to beauty has never shipped my order and refused to refund my money. I told them that the only reason why I allowed PayPal to give them any money was because I wanted the stuff I ordered. I gave the rep a list of the things I wanted they gave me the run around. This was in April 2019 and in July I’m convinced they have simply stolen my money. I would never order from them again. They don’t care about the customers and maybe one day this company will get what they put into the universe.

However, they did take some money out of my account. The same thing also happened to my best friend. Do NOT trust this website. They’re a scam. And of course when I call customer service, they don’t pick up or they’re always “busy”, and when I tried to email the customer service, it says that the email is not valid. I hope I get my refund but do NOT trust this scam.

Ordered a wig based off of a youtube review, the color was not right for me. Now mind you the wig is long about 22” and SYNTHETIC.. so what does that tell you ... that it WILL tangle .. so I tried it on parted it different ways, brushed through it .. trying to see if I could work with it. Nope too red.. so I sent it back.. I was aware of the 30% restocking fee policy, but I didn’t have any doubt that I would NOT get charged because the wig was not tampered, lace was not cut it looked perfectly fine. Nonetheless I took pictures because I wanted to cover my own butt. So I sent it back, and they gave me a refund with the 30% charged. So I asked him why and they told me that I was played with and it wasn’t sent back with the original packing. Which I know for a fact yes it was plate wi nonetheless I took pictures because I wanted to cover my own butt. So I sent it back, and they gave me a refund with the 30% charged. I sent them pictures of how I sent it back to show them how dumb and incorrect their replies were to me. Moral of the story is do not buy from this company if you are just trying out a wig and don’t know if you like it. Because if you buy it and you try it on (which you’re supposed to do because how else will you know if you liked it or not?) o and you don’t like it just know that you won’t get your full refund.

I have ordered from them a few times and had no problems . They had a clearance sale and I took advantage of the deals . Wow it is almost a Month later and I have not received any email telling what was going on until I called and called then they told me items were not in stock and not another week is going by and I still havent received my order or information on my order. The wigs look nothing as on the models. The curly wigs I ordered are huge masses on my head. Looks like I am putting on a lions mane! The quality of the hair (synthetic blends) are nice. Very soft. The hair is just to BIG & poofy for everyday wear. It might be good for performing on stage; where you want everyone in the cheap back seats to SEE YOU.Of course after the fact I read the return policy; only to find out items under $15 aren’t returnable, as well as, ridiculously high restocking fee’s are assessed on returns. I bought Scented Shea Butter and Whipped Unscented Shea Butter that I do like. That’s the 2 stars in my review. Everything else about Hair To Beauty is a bust !Turns out cheaper to just keep the mane’s! If I didn’t look so absurd in the big hair wigs I tried on, (that would certainly block everyone’s view) I’d attach photos. Not a chance! lolI won’t be ordering from here ever again.

If I could give them a fat zero, I would. I purchased two wigs from this company, one of the wigs wasnt even what I initially purchased. I called and spoke to the manager, she told me she couldnt send a shipping label because my order was right. I know what I ordered and the wig wasnt the right one. Its even in my email of the wig I purchased. I wasnt satisfied with neither wigs so I sent them back the next day. It took these ppl weeks to refund my money. Lies after lies saying they refund it, but didnt. I will never shop with company again nor will I recommend anyone.

I rarely write reviews, but had to share my experience on this site. I ordered a hair straightener, which I received in a timely matter. However, upon opening the item, I found a sticky substance all over it and emailed the company asking for help. They responded right away saying they were working on the problem and would rectify it shortly, but asked in the meantime if I would send any photos. I emailed back shortly with the photos, and now after a week and half I cannot get these guys to respond and rectify the problem. If you get a good product with these guys, great! But dont expect good customer service if you dont. :/ Luckily I only lost $40 in the deal...could have been better, could have been worse!

I will never order from this company again. I placed a order with them November 15th received the package on the 19th of November clearly no one double checks the orders i received the wrong items and it has been a big headache dealing with them to get my items sent to me.

Omg! I have been ordering through them since 2012 or 2013 and never experienced issues. I am sure if I did, they would respond in a business apropriate matter to any issues.
