Really excellent selection. The prices were pretty good compared to other book stores. They were very friendly and organized as well. Definitely worth the trip if you enjoy books.

It was clean. It did not have whst I wanted. I saw no section for Computers. The YA and SciFi/Fantasy sections was pretty large.

You will always find something worth reading here. If youre still a page turner like me, its one of the best book stores I know of...

This store is always clean. The staff is always helpful. The shelves are always stocked.

The employees there are very nice and helpful. We couldnt find the book I am looking for so they ordered it for me and having it sent to my house. I will be going back again

Prices are very high, even clearance. Better selection at other stores with better prices.

Many books of course. Prices better than Barnes and Nobles. Negative books are scattered a genre can be in numerous shelf location. Series are numerically ordered but not together. Staff didnt really speak to customers either

It was great we came away with many books and the staff were friendly and professional. The prices are great here, too.The only issue I have is their bonus card program, they charge for it and I have trouble seeing that as being ok.

The sales person went our of thier way to show me a cheaper version of a book I was purchasing. Staff are really knowledgeable.

Plenty of books of all varieties. Came to BAM for jigsaw puzzles, but they have a very poor selection of them.

Ever since they opened Ive loved going. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, and the selection is amazing. It definitely filled the shoes of Borders.

One of the few remaining true book stores. Very helpful staff. I go there every time I visit the mall. Its a clean store and the categories of books are very noticeable and easy to read. However, the Pop! figures need to be placed in one area and in alphabetical order. If your looking for a certain Pop! figure, its very difficult to find with the current set-up.

Very nice BAM. I frequent various books-a-millions and this one was very nice. Wide selection, clean store, very impressive kids section and super friendly staff!

They were out of the three books I wanted to order but they did have a sale buy-two-get-one-free. I ended up ordering the books online at the store and paid for them at the store. They did not tell me because I bought the books online I did not get the same promotion going on for the buy two get one free. So Ive ended up paying full price. Not very happy with that. I usually love the store but because of this I have to leave a bad review. That was mentioned nowhere on the sign that it had to be bought in-store to get the promotion
